I booked the courier from Melbourne to India via Courier Please, it was picked on 4th June and as per the booking which states it will be delivered in 7-12 business days. Today is the 15th Business Day and it has not been reached.
On the tracker the item was showing attempted delivery since 14th June, I am contacting Courier Please team and they are coming up with all kind of stupid responses. for 1 week they are telling me they don't know where the parcel is and they will follow up with their agent and let me know. Yesterday they contacted and asking me description of the parcel. Today I called and they are saying it was attempted delivery in India.

We despatched a box to go to 500 Hunter Street Newcastle on Monday 7th May just after lunch. It is Friday 11th May at 3pm and it still isnt there. That is nearly 5 days to go from Castle Hill Sydney to Newcastle. I could have walked there faster.
There is NO reason why it should take 5 days to get there. I asked for reasons why and I was told they dont know and that the driver/courier driver wouldnt say. I mean, who is in charge here! We should not have to pay for that. It was not worth that type of money.
Please investigate this and I would like the driver held accountable. It was sitting somewhere for at LEAST 3 DAYS. Its quicker when we send things to QLD or VIC.

Tracking number [protected], Parcel sent from Gold Coast on 26/3/18, tracking is a joke, sent back to Gold Coast late April, parcel now heading back to Sydney, rang company Courier Please said they would ring back, that was over a month ago, sent email, they had given it to their investigation team and would get back to me ASAP, again still waiting, has been over 5 weeks, this company has no idea .

Hi, I printed a label for stock to be picked up from one of our customers located in Rochedale QLD on the 10th April 2018. I have called Couriers Please everyday for the last week and I keep getting advised that they're unable to reach the driver or the driver will pick up on the day I called. It wasn't until the 12th April I was told the driver needs a reference number which I supplied but it would have been nice for someone to contact us to get this information. Then when I called on Friday I spoke to someone who then advised that Couriers Please needed to assign this to Collection number and it would be picked up on Friday 13th April. Its a new week now and I called yesterday Monday 16th April and still this has not been picked up and then I just spoke to someone at Couriers Please and I'm now advised I needed a booking number that started with "53", which we were never aware of because this isn't the first time we have booked for stock to be picked up from one of our customers. This order is being picked up under our account, this is now a very URGENT matter as our customer is waiting. Can someone please contact us on [protected] or email [protected]@trend-group.com
parcel delivery
On two occasions it states in an email that a card was left after a failed delivery when it wasn't and then I was asked at the newsagents for a PIN number when I was never sent one. This time I requested authority to leave my parcel at my property yet somehow my parcel has been delivered to my local newsagent. Understandable if the item is valueable but it wasn't . Bad service.

This service is less than competent, lacks customer service and like so many company's shield those in charge from being contacted. Being left to the front line staff to feed a story. - Oh the drivers are impatient and don't wait for you to come to the door, then having the redelivery escalated after another several days no response .. now it is Easter and nothing until Tuesday - maybe!
How is it that an item is there to be delivered one moment then oh not sure where it is? I will be initiating a police report to investigate possible goods stolen, or how else do you get access to people who actually make the decision's and can fix the culture of this business. Paying a premium price for a third world service in this day of on line purchasing is not on.

pick up service
My scheduled pick-up date was 2nd March, I literally waited at home for fkin 5 HOURS and no one came. Later rescheduled to 6th March, 11am to 1pm, the drive called on 10:30am on 6th March saying he couldnt make it between 11-1, he will arrive after 3pm. I said okay if I can be home after 3pm, I won't call you, just come. If I won't be home after 3, I will leave the parcel at concierge AND CALL YOU. AGAIN, HE DIDNT SHOW UP. No phone calls, no buzz rings (I left my unit number with him), he left. Later, according to him, he called and no one answered. I doubt that: if he really called and somehow I didnt answer the phone, why could I receive his phone call about rescheduling in the morning?Okay, if no one answers the phone, can't you try buzz rings?messages? This is fkin rediculous and unresponsible.
haven't received my parcel from over a month and a half ago
I ordered a parcel on the 25 of January 2018, the parcel did not arrive I waited hoping that it would have been delayed or something and it was 3 weeks come by still no parcel during this time I called couriers please and asked about my parcel every single time there response was " we have an agent getting onto this we will contact you once we know something" no answers nothing it's now been a month and a half and I called and they Have said " we are getting our agent onto it" not good enough? You provide a service for help and don't use that service to help at all? I contacted the provider that I braught the parcel from and they looked into it for me as well and yet again they were left with no answers too? I have to keep following up something that isn't even my fault? What kind of service is that? I just want my parcel that I paid for and answers?

My parcel was apparently onboard for delivery as of 19/02/2018 but for some reason that the company cannot or will not explain to me why it wasn't delivered at the same time as my other parcel has been returned to the depot. I have sent numerous email and phoned several times however no-one can tell me what's happening with my parcel. I have been contacted by phone a couple of times and told that they will call me back however the return calls have not eventuated.
To make matters worse, the parcel that was delivered on Monday required a signature. The driver rang the doorbell, left the parcel on the doorstep and returned to his van. He put ATL in the signature box which apparently means authority to leave. I nor the sender gave any such authority. The sender paid extra money to have the signature to ensure safe delivery of the item, a service he did not receive.

This morning I had a parcel delivered by a Couriers Please courier. For your reference the tracking number is [protected]. Rather than knocking on the door or ringing the bell the courier chucked the parcel over the fence and into the front door then got in the car and drove off. The parcel contained some rather expensive electrical equipment. This is not the first time I have experienced this rude, careless and inept service from one of your couriers. In fact its a common occurrence.
The courier did not remain long enough to receive a delivery signature. They did not even set foot on the property let alone try to see if anyone was home to receive the parcel. In short no one from my family signed for the parcel, although we did all hear it collide heavily with the front door. Despite this when I logged on to the Couriers Please website to track the parcel I discovered (to my surprise) that it had been signed for by someone (the signature does not belong to anyone living at this address). I also noted that it was signed for at 7.38am, the exact same time, according to the Couriers Please website, that the parcel was loaded for delivery (see screen grab attached). How could the parcel have been loaded for delivery and delivered in less than one minute? The timing suggests that it was signed for before arriving at the delivery address. Who signed for the parcel? It is hard not to wonder if the courier themselves signed for it, which would be a forgery and evidence that this particular courier never intended to deliver the parcel safely into the hands of its intended recipient preferring to throw it at the front door and skedaddle. This level of service is disgraceful and the forged signature is surely illegal.

Your company is frikken hopeless! I'll never go through you again it took over 2 weeks for my delivery and I payed an extra $20 for express delivery which I believe you should refund me for seeing as it took more than 3days to arrive, plus I can't count how many times I had called up and emailed just to get no response or broken promises! This is my tracking number CPAK5QZ0980761001 and it mentioned on the tracking record that "do not have access to leave a card" which is absolutely rubbish! we have a fully functional mailbox that you can leave the card in. after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone, I finally talk to someone and they said "we are not sure it's all the driver" and you asked me to contact Kmart directly as it has been returned despite I told you that I have arranged the redelivery and received the email notification that your customer service will contact me. I called KMART and they said that they already unpacked all of my orders and will refund my money. I have to submit the order again online. YOU GUYS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! All the hassle that I have to go through. The reason I ordered online because I am 37 weeks pregnant and want to have the convenient but you guys made everything soooo difficult.

On 2 November I ordered some dog food from Pet Circle. I cancelled the order an hour later. I was told that the courier service (Couriers Please) would be contacted and the delivery would be stopped. The delivery went ahead anyway.
Then it took over two weeks for the courier service to pick it up. I can't remember the date but the dog food wasn't picked up until after 17 November.
Then the courier service came to my house three more times to pick up the dog food. I had told the courier that there was only the one bag/order of dog food.
Now I have just been told by someone at Pet Circle that the courier service has been back to my house a fifth time to pick up more dog food.
Can you please tell your courier to stop coming to my house. There is no more dog food.

I have been a couriers please customer for 17 years. A couple of months ago, strange things started happening like packages taking 5 days to arrive (from 40kms away) The last 5 jobs have been hurrendous. Hours on the phone, trying to track packages. Told numerous times I would be called back etc. This is now the worst business I have ever dealt with. They do not honour their word, PLEASE USE ANY OTHER COURIER COMPANY. They have treated me so badly...over and over.

I am appalled at the lack of service of your organisation, I received a yellow card in my front door approximately 2 weeks ago, I have tried daily to redirect the article via the Website and get a message from the day after I received the card that the article cannot be redelivered and to phone [protected], I have phoned repeatedly a minimum of 3 calls a day for a duration of 20 minutes each call. Today on my 4th call exceeding 20 minutes I finally got through to be told by a polite apologetic staff member that the article has been sent back to the sender. What in the hell are you running there, get your website organized and more staff if you are going to take on extra deliveries. And answer your bloody phones. You have no idea how much this has inconvenienced me. The only redeeming part of this experience is the staff member who finally answered the phone.

massive delay in my order
On the 14th of October, I placed an order with Sephora Australia. I was informed it was being dispatched and I was tracking the shipping online. On the 16th of October, it said that it was with the driver and due to be delivered.
I received a card in my post box. This card has ridiculous information on it. It has nothing to tell you where your parcel has gone. This is the first annoyance I have.
I then attempted to message your company on your website. However was told that my Delivery Advice Number that YOU provided was not active. I then sent you my parcel number and was never responded to.
I then called and was on hold for over 15 minutes before someone decided to answer the phone. The lady I spoke to was nice enough and tried to contact the driver to see what had happened but this driver was unreachable. She told me she would get back to me.
It wasn't until 3 days later I got a voicemail telling me you were STILL trying to locate it. I called again on the 23rd of October and was put on hold again for 20 minutes before my call was answered and the woman said it had gone back to the depot. This is NOT on the tracking I was given. The tracking I was given still says it is with the driver on the 16th of October. She phoned me back later that day to tell me it would be delivered to my nearest Popshop on the 24th of October. I was never given confirmation of this and called again this morning.
I was again on hold for over 15 minutes before I was told it is STILL with the driver and he is unreachable as well.
I'm sure you can appreciate my level of frustration and anger towards your company in light of what has happened. My parcel was due to be delivered over a week ago, I have been given the run around for days and no one is giving me straight answers.
It is ridiculous that this has happened when it should have been a simple delivery to the popshop (which I know is my news-agency basically around the corner from where I live. I have been put on hold for stupid amounts of time and told this would be rectified and it hasn't been.
Your customer service is extremely poor.
I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to the next person who orders an item and needs it within the month.
If my items are broken, you will be hearing from me again.

They came here and left a redelivery card as I was not home and there was no way I could find out how to pick it up from their so called popshop. Told it was at a newsagency, went there and they knew nothing, called CP and then they said it was somewhere else, still in the couriers car 2 days later then it was out in some warehouse nowhere near me.
They promised to sort it out and still after all this, 5 days later still nothing! No follow up, no remedy or concern at all! What a terrible company to deal with and I will be 100% sure to use someone else next time, or if a sender wants to use this company, I will say forget it.

I placed an order for a package from America last week on Tuesday. service from UPS was great ! they had my package here in South Australia by that Friday, however apon delivery with couriers please i was very unhappy with the way my delivery was delt, was appalling and i will not be getting any future delivery’s done by this company!
apon redelivery as i was at work during the hours my package was delivered i instructed the driver that was delivering my package to open my gate using the pin code given and leave it at the door for when i got home. when i got home from work my package was in my front garden as though it had been chucked over the fence !
my front fence is not small it would be easily 6 foot as this is why i gave them permission to open my gate with my given pin code...and my package was laying on its side within the bushes out the front of my home i am disgusted in the lack of care that was used while delivering with a service that i thought was meant to be great and reliable ! very very unhappy customer. will never use this company again .

Receive two attempted deliveries for my parcel I paid express for - first thing is parcel is a week overdue, secondly no one attempted delivery the first time and thirdly on the second attempt driver DID NOT follow instructions and left another attempted delivery card! Customer services were useless and DID NOT help AT ALL!
