Parcel delivery
I booked my parcel into be delivered on the 4th December and it still has not been collected and its the 11th December
How to I get my money back from this shockingly poor company.'
I have tried to contact the company to get a resolution but their phone number has a message bank, the only way to contact the company is through an online form which they rarely reply to with generic responses
It has been 7 days since I booked my parcel in for delivery, I paid for a service I am yet to receive and I am unable to re-book the delivery, I have a client who was expecting a package and its now a week late and I cannot even request a refund
1 parcel delivered to the wrong town, a second one smashed
My first parcel was delivered to the wrong town! They left it at a newsagency located nearly 2 hours away from where I live. I asked them to go back and collect it and deliver to the right address and was told the resolution team would get back to me next day.
Their 'resolutions team' took 4 days to respond and their 'resolution' was that I should travel up to where they left it to collect it (a nearly 4 hour round trip). When I refused and again asked them to fix their mistake, they had my parcel returned to sender.
The second package arrived damaged by the courier and he knew it. He knocked on my door and was literally running down my drive as I opened the door a second later (my office is right near the door).
Probably because he'd managed to kick a giant hole in the box and didn't want to wait for me to say anything. The dishes inside were smashed and the store has no more stock to replace it.
They're incompetent and careless.
Zero customer service at all!

Parcel posted Brisbane 191120 - tracking shows it is 'in transit' from that date, but no updates since then. I've contacted Couriers Please daily since then. Waiting on delivery from Zara - Text said delivered at 11.47am 4/12 - I was at home at the precise time they said it failed to deliver - the buzzer is too loud not to here it - no way to contact them to try to sort - phone will not accept calls and website refuses to accept complaint form saying incorrect suburb over and over - feel like my parcel has just been stolen to be honest - now have to worry about contacting client for refund and complaint - this is not acceptable at all that you do not even have a way to call! If they had genuinely tried to deliver I could have called and they could have come back within minutes. Never again BTW - online complaint for would not accept my suburb which is my suburb the delivery was comingt to - a real suburb. I want an urgent response - this was to be my sister's present in QLD with a broken leg. Despite providing tracking number now you are trying to make me sign in to a 'service'I will never ever use again. I will do so to try and get this sorted but do not ever send me anything marketing wise
International delivery
I'm a small business owner in Melbourne, and I used Couriers Please for an International delivery from Australia to New Zealand.
After 12 days and no sign of the parcel moving from Sydney, I spoke to a Courier Please customer representative on the phone and she assured me that she had contacted the driver and the parcel would get to the customer in time. She also said the resolution centre would contact me and confirmed with me that I could contact the customer and let them know that the parcel was on its way.
A month post pickup the tracking still indicated it was in Sydney. The parcel did not get to the customer on time and the resolution centre never contacted me.
After several attempts to follow up the issue and being told they would ensure they get the resolution centre to contact me about it, I never heard from them. Do they even have a resolution centre? You start to wonder!
If you're a business that values customer service that's honest and transparent, do not use couriers please. They lie, they mislead, they tell you what you want to hear and they have no intention for resolution.
The service they made me pay for was not fulfilled. The tracking wasn't updated, they had no idea where the parcel was and they refused to communicate the issue honestly or rectify it.
The customer requested a full refund, which I granted because that's what businesses with integrity do. As a small business, I lose out on not only a sale but a valued customer. Never again!
Refund
I paid and tried sending an international parcel on 2.11. After 2 phone calls of trying to obtain a CN23 customs declaration form, I was sent a commercial invoice instead (not used independently without the CN23 form worldwide) on 4.11. I lost all confidence in them being able to deliver my package (gifts for family and friends instead of sales of goods as stated in the commercial invoice) and requested for a refund. The agent assured me they have lodged the application for refund on 4.11 and advised to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. I'm 13.11 I called their helpline again to inform them I have not received any refunds. The agent on the line told me that they have escalated it and it should be back on my card within 3 business days. Today, 17.11, I called back to inform them again that my refund hasn't hit my card and was told "if I was the supervisor, I would have already processed it" but it was apparently out of their hands because it has been escalated to a supervisor. They have escalated it again (to no effect in my view) and it does not look like I will be getting my refund anytime soon. I have also responded to their customer. care email to no success.
Lies. No delivery. No remorse
After waiting two weeks for a package from kmart lying about having tried to deliver it - I was obviously home the whole time, we were in the middle of covid lockdown and I could literally only leave the home to go shopping, but I couldn't walk so I didn't - they left it at a news agency 3km from my house. When I complained that I couldn't go and pick it up because I had had an operation, I was told me in their exact words that they were "taking the very case seriously".. but even dared to suggest that I still had to go and pick up the package that had not been delivered due to the fact that they had not attempted to contact me while supposedly delivering.
Today, after trusting their emails that they were taking the issue seriously, they sent me an email stating that the package had been returned to the sender. They dropped off the package further away from my house than the warehouse it was shipped from. And in the middle of covid to a customer who couldn't leave their house, all they did was to repeatedly lie about the delivery attempts and their efforts to correct their error after the failed delivery attempt.
This company does not have the best interests of their customers in mind and they would rather lie than admit it.
Totally understand the complaints here - seems that lies are the way these matters are dealt with - will complain to the client who sent an order to me in good faith.
Can't ask a question, they state suburb I live in is not valid.
Since When did Beacon Hill in NSW become invalid, I have lived here fo 42 years and it was here for many before that when can't fill in the form to Couriers Please as they say the suburb is invalid and there is no other way to get an answer that I can find - stupid is an understatement.
Non delivery
This is about Couriersplease, they picked up a parcel from Qld to be delivered to me at Guildford Sydney. They sent me an e-mail to say it was delivered but it was not.
I e-mailed them to say it was not delivered, they in turn sent me an e-mail with photos saying here is proof it was delivered. The photos are not my address, in the photos you can see the house number on the packet is 28 the number on the letter box is 30, no idea what street or suburb. I have sent many e-mails to them but they just ignore me.

Failed to deliver
A package was sent from the UK (via Skynet) for deliver by Courier Please. The Courier Please tracking details are as follows:
23 Oct 2020 10:30 am 6041 (perth) 1 item has been picked up
29 Oct 2020 4:16 pm 6058 (perth) 1 item has been transferred to run 6033
Despite numerous phone calls to both Skynet and Courier Please the package has yet to be delivered.
Delivery
Tracking info shows it arrived in Perth 7 days ago, I'm 80km's south of there and it's still not shown up. It took less time to get from Melb to Perth, and I've had a delivery from the US in less time from when I ordered the one I'm still waiting for!
Not the first time and from the posts on here it appears they have a bad reputation. I'm going to contact Amazon Aus or the selller not to use them, it makes their business look bad as well.
Non pick up of booked goods
Booked a parcel for pick up 4pm 20/10/ 20 Im still waiting for them to pick it up. And its now 2pm 21/10/20. They say 4 business days for delivery and now they have wasted one business day due to their inept aptitude. The ideal resolution for this would be a refund and the company dissolved.

Unfortunately and the worse part I believe one of the customer service gentlemen actually lied to me this morning. He said the parcel was on board the delivery truck but now I find out it isnt.

If there was negative rating, I would choose that instead.
This is my 2nd time dealing with and it's the same experience. Their drivers don't even make an attempt to deliver.
Their service is atrocious and disgraceful. After calling every day for 2.5 weeks, my courier was returned to sender. They are not even giving me a refund of shipping charges and on ebay you have marked it as sent. Complaint Ref # 3342453
Very rude driver
On the 22nd September 2020 at about14.15hrs, the driver of Courier Please van arrived at 118 High street Natural Bay North Sydney to deliver a package on site, the Ranger on duty was on patrol of the site when the driver arrived, the driver started to honk the horn of his van a tenant staying in the apartments above the office asked the driver to not honk his horn as he had a young baby asleep, the driver became rude and told the tenant that he did not care the ranger arrived back at the office and the driver became abusive toward her, the Ranger tried to talk to the driver and explained that he needed to ring the number on the door if the Ranger was not at the office.
The driver continued to be abusive toward the Ranger, Ranger told the driver that if he continued she would not allow him on site with his vehicle and he would have to deliver the package by walking on site which the Ranger did.

Customer service
I have contacted Couriers Please more than 3 times, I have also spoken to a supervisor just to attempt to get a POD.
On discussions with the supervisor, he advised me that he is unable to send an email out and can only generate it through the system and he assumed that there is issues with my email account. I made a brand new email account with Gmail in attempts to answer any concerns with my work email and also provided another colleagues email to see if I can receive the POD.
After attempting to send it, the supervisor advised it will take up to 3 hours for me to receive the POD. I spoke to him about the effort I have tried to go through in order to speak to someone regarding my POD being received and after explaining realized he was not listening to me so I asked him to repeat what I just said, his reply was incorrect and out of context so I accused him of not providing me with the sufficient level of service for a supervisor. He denied being incorrect and started to argue with me, shortly after he hung up on me.
I've attempted to place a number of complaints to the company, but was unsuccessful in getting a complaint number or a email contact to send a formal complaint to, and after calling back the supervisors refuse to answer my call to which I am left on hold with a customer service representative.

Driver misconduct/consuming drugs on private property
My name is Amanda and I live in Rowville, and I don't want to share my address and would like to be anonymous, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I want to report the courier driver who is a employee of courierplease and he came to deliver a parcel at my address in Rowville . The incident happened on Saturday 19/09/2020, when the guy came to deliver courier for my husband and he left the parcel at front door, after delivering he was still parked at my property and at first I ignored but later after 20 minutes I realized he is still here so I looked from the window and it seems suspicious as he was sitting at the driver seat but I noticed that he is using his lighter again and again and smoking something on shiny paper, definitely not cigarettes and I was so traumatized and scared to see this and I called my husband who asked me to confront the driver and take pictures of his rego number. I thought to call police at first but I was scared that the junkie driver might attack me if I confronted him. After sometime later he left from my property and I sneaked thru my garage to note his rego number but I got his first 3 digits only unfortunately I couldn't remember complete registration number. His rego number started from 1PS ..., he was a thin slim male driver, brown color probably Indian or Lebanese. When I came out at my driveway I found something which the driver threw out after using drugs, it was burnt Aluminum foil which was crushed and thrown out of the window by him. I searched on internet and found out that drug addicts uses aluminum foil to use drug named heroine, I am very scared after this incident and couldn't believe my eyes that how junkies are being hired by courierplease company and risking safety of Victorian's. My husband has contacted the police as well and at this stage the police wants to know whether we want to proceed the matter further and awaiting more information from us but I wanted to contact CP first.
I thought to contact the company officials to know if they are going to take this matter seriously or not and what action they are taking against this person who is violating safety of others and also he is defaming courierplease as well. To me this incident is Very serious and I don't want such delivery driver to enter my private property and do something horrible to me. Please see attached photos . I would like to be contacted via email asap and notified that what action is being taken and I need assurance that that driver Will not be coming to my house ever again and I would suggest you to do his drug test in your observation to know the reality. Non delivery of a parcel
I ordered some products from charlotte tilbury in the uk. The delivery address on this order was

I did not receive any notification after the shipping confirmation email which was sent to me by charlotte tilbury on 26/08/20.
After a while I checked online on ct freight's website and it said the item was picked up by couriers please on 01/09/20 and delivered on 02/09/20 the tracking number is [protected] and it was signed off by a person called michal. I went into the post office where my parcel collect is and they said they have not received it. I followed up numerous times with ct freight and couriers please, but no response. This item cost me $295 aud. I want it or my money back.!

My parcel should come today as i call the customer service 3 times, but never heard from there driver that they will not even deliver today. 11/9/20. I was very upset to them coz even message me or call that they cannot deliver they dont even do that i saw a lot of complain on google review about there delivery but dont even do anything to correct itm please help on it coz this dodgy delivery should stop... 😡

Collection and delivery
An expensive computer monitor was to be collected and delivered for repair. They arrived 30 minutes before pick up time and refused to wait until we could complete wrapping - then 3 days later they eventually came back to take it to repairer. Now the screen is fixed, the repairer is having problems getting them to collect! We cannot call or email as the email doesn't work.
