Missing parcel - issue with redelivery
I ordered a plant from Four Seasons Nursery which was interstate (based in Sydney). Through the use of Ship-it. I was expecting my delivery to arrive around 25th of August (+ a few days due to COVID 19 restrictions).
Due to COVID 19, most parcel deliveries are left at the front door without requiring a signature for the item(as stated on the Ship-It website)
4th September 2020.
I was currently stuck teaching an online class due to remote learning (and COVID 19 restrictions), when the bell rang. I was left a delivery card from Couriers Please.
I attempted to schedule redelivery on their website. Utilising the Delivery Advice Number, however, it was not recognised. This forced me to consider calling them directly.
5th September 2020.
I contacted the number that Couriers Please has on their website and attempted to schedule a redelivery of the item. I gave permission for them to leave at the door. I was told that I would receive notification within 24hrs.
I also noticed a Couriers Please Van making a delivery to another unit at 117 Plenty Road but not mine.
7th September 2020
I again contacted the number that Couriers Please has on their website and again attempted to schedule a redelivery, giving permission to leave the item on my door step. I voiced my concerns, stating that I was not happy with their service and would receive additional details/information within 24 hours.
I also noticed a Couriers Please Van making a delivery to a different unit at 117 Plenty Road but not mine.
8th September 2020.
24 hours later I still have not received any details regarding the status update on my missing package. I checked both my phone call logs and email (incl. Spam box) for any details of this delivery.
I again contacted the number again this time requesting a status update on the missing parcel. Again was told that they are still investigating the issue and would contact me again in 24 hours.
I am officially not happy with Couriers Please as a delivery service.
Parcel delivery - no idea where the item is
Re: cpbsge0000406 (linked to da no. 1300470rtcna) Cp attempted delivery of an item I bought on ebay and left a failed delivery card. On the card, it states that location of parcel collection will be provided the next business day which I followed up through their track section on website, as referenced on the card. Well it has been 4 weeks and have still...

I have just received my delivery. My wife is working from home in the office and was alerted to a loud thud which was my Panasonic 4K expensive player being thrown down on the ground. This player was left in plain sight for all to see not at all placed smartly in our porch out of sight. No door bell was rung to alert anyone it was there and further to that the driver was not wearing a mask which is illegal and appauling. This is all captured on our security cameras. Please advise the action that you will be taking to address your employee about his delivery conduct and illegal conduct.
Delivery
My parcel was picked up on August 13th and I have been tracking and calling and trying to get an answer as to where my parcel is ever since. It is now the 26th of August and and no one has got back to me. I have marked this as urgent, asked to speak with a supervisor and get this issue esculated and asked for the driver to be contacted and still have not received a response or a resolution. No one can help me...
I have 3 reference numbers - however I have no answers...

Unethical behaviour
This morning one of your vans delivered something at No 9 Walsh. Court, Monkland, Rego 392VUJ. After doing this, instead of politely driving around the small court, the driver entered into the driveway of No 14 Walsh Court, scraping the kerb, and did a turnaround. Whilst I realise this is not illegal, I personally do not think it is right for a commercial vehicle to be doing this. My own driveway has been used many times for a turnaround by delivery vehicles. The driveways in this court have very high kerbs and most vehicles scrape into/out of them. Plus I recently spent a lot of money to get my driveway modified and driveways are in fact the responsibility of the owners, even though Council owned.
Rude delivery driver
I live in an apartment complex and the delivery driver rang the intercom asking me to come outside. At that point, he didn't state his purpose for me to go meet him, I didn't know he was delivering, who he was delivering to, and the company he was working for. He called the second time and I asked "who are you?" He then said I have a parcel. I was so...

I cant believe how bad Couriers Please service is. Dont blame Covid-19 as I have had previous deliveries that have never arrived or gone to wrong address.
I have sent through an enquiry but just get a generic response re international deliveries taking so long. Well this is a delivery within the same state. Probably not even 2 hours away. 24 hours later still no response after the generic email.
Delivery
Terrible customer service - supposed to deliver to home address but makes customers pick up at newsagent instead. Newsagent has no
idea where package is despite it being delivered to his store! To top it off delivery driver arrives at the store to pick up parcels and is rude and absolutely uncaring about his job. This company is a disgrace and I hope it gets shut down soon.
Delivery
Couriers please left a calling card to organise redelivery on 29/04/20. No second delivery attempt was made. On entering the card into their computer system the card was invalid. I have written 3 emails to couriers please to which they say they cannot help me with this parcel. I have now called couriers please to which they said the delivery advice numbers are not working due to a computer glitch and I have to retrieve the information from the sender. On explaining I have no idea who the sender is and have no way of accessing this information, couriers please said I will have to drive to their depot in truganina to talk to the depot about it. I am a health care worker and am working excessive hours at the moment, I cannot drive an hour to a depot to see if there is or is not a parcel as I am not convinced there is even a parcel at this point. Couriers please have failed to do their job on all accounts and refuse to help even though their system errors are to blame.
Delivery
I was not home to receive my parcel, they left a card for redelivery which was fine. I did the online for leaving it in the letter box however then released that it was not the parcel I thought and it wouldn't fit in the letter box. I've called them straight away to cancel the redelivery and to arrange another way. Guy seemed nice said yep we will take it...

Key chronology:
1. Son Allister Bauer sent parcel from the Gold Coast to me in Adelaide
2. 20/01/2020 replied to email to request parcel to be left without signature. Delivery due date was 23/01/2020
3. 24/01/2020 11.14am phone message to confirm someone home to receive parcel from Couriers Please (have voice message saved)
4. Called back 0417 793 321. Rude courier. Said he was going to Deliver parcel but was on his own and didn't have an extra bloke. Could I help him deliver it. I explained I was not home (interstate) and that I was an elderly woman and my son had paid for delivery and I had signed for him to leave it on the porch. He was rude and kept insisting that I needed to help him. I explained that the delivery was paid for, authorised to be left on the front porch and could easily be placed on his dolly truck and wheeled to the front door. He became rude and aggressive then stating the parcel was oversized when I explained I was not home (again) and that I couldn't help him leave it. Two other adults in the car witnessed the call on speaker and were horrified how rude and a aggressive the courier was and forceful in insisting I help him deliver the parcel.
5. I was very stressed and upset and still am.
6. On returning from interstate My son was the told he would have to pay another $120!
7. My son also felt under pressure and that that was the only way he could receive his parcel.
8 . I am very stressed and upset.
9. I don't want to launch any legal action.
10. Can my son (the sender Allister Bauer) please be issued with a refund and may I please receive an apology and an assurance that such aggressive harassment will not occur again. I am still shaking.
Kind regards

courier service - national
I booked a collection of a suitcase from Sunshine Coast to be delivered to me in Perth. The service chosen was to pick up the item on the 01/01/2020 for the 6 day service. However after daily calls and emails to Courier Please, the package was eventually picked up on the 07/01/2020 - the day it was booked to be delivered to me. Although I was told that my consignment had been escalated because of the delay and I would receive it on the next day service (before it had finally been collected), when I chased up the delivery date on the 08/01/2020 I was told it was an estimated week later.
It appears that the extent of a Customer Service Supervisor's role is to read off a computer screen and not actually look to rectify customer issues. It took 5 attempts at explaining to "John" that the least he could do is to call up the depot and expedite the luggage delivery to me - even if it's by a few days, as his colleagues had been made aware previously before collection that I was waiting for it to travel with. This should have been his first offer at resolving the matter.
It was further frustrating that I was unable to escalate the issue or speak to anyone else as John insisted they were the only ones to deal with this. So although I had been told the issue had been escalated to their escalation team 4 days ago, it seems that this team did not exist after all.
I am glad I insisted on getting a resolution in progress and subsequently didn't just accept his brush off of ‘I understand your frustration, but there is nothing I can do but inform you of what's on my screen'. I have been promised a call back to update me but due to this experience so far I don't have any trust that anything will be done, despite the week's delay being their fault.
No offer of reimbursement for dishonouring the contractual agreement, as a gesture of goodwill for their delay or towards the expense of changing my flights and accommodation until I have my luggage, or paying to have my luggage sent overseas has been made.
Looking at the online reviews it seems I have fallen victim to these CHARLATANS as well. I just hope and pray my case gets here.
delivery not received and no response from couriers please
I bought a book from QBD and had no idea they were sending with Couriers Please. Unfortunately this means I probably won't buy from QBD next time. After it was supposed to have arrived they told me that the Couriers Please tracking says that they delivered it 4 days earlier. Supposedly they delivered parcel when I was not home. In my area, if something is left outside there's a 90% chance it will be stolen, which is what I presume happened. But how can I know what happened when they won't respond. I've logged 4 queries with them and no answer. Each ticket says they'll answer within a day. It's been almost 2 weeks. QBD will refund me if it's been lost or stolen, but they won't refund me until Couriers Please reply to say what they did. I've logged a complaint with the ACCC and Consumer Affairs.
Delivery to regional victoria
Be aware that using this company to deliver any goods will cause massive delays if the destination is outside of The Melbourne boundary as they use agents that they can't communicate with once the item is collected by the agent. You would e better use Australia Post or DHL if you want anything delivered on time in regional Victoria in my experience. You...

I have been trying to collect a parcel now for 4 days. Each day to be told a different story. The first day I was told wait 24 hours and it will be at a pop shop for collection. Wait till the next day no update. Phone couriers please for them to say they can't contact the driver and that it could take up to 48 hours to update. I wait. I ring the next day for them to say it should have updated. Still unable to ring or contact the driver. They escalate the job to their resolutions team. I contact them at the end of the day to ask where it is to be told the parcel was too big and heavy to go on the van so I needed to arrange collection at a depot. No worries been trying to do this for days. 1 business day required for this. 1 business day passed rang them again to be told no the driver still has the parcel on his van and they cannot contact him but will request it be sent to the depot for collection. Thanks foreign call centre I've been asking for this for 3 days already. Explain to the guy that this is a joke and I cannot find my parcel. He then proceeded to hang up on me and not care. Literally I beg any company to stop using them. They are a joke I would happily pay for delivery from anyone to get my items on time. Some delivery driver is apparently driving around Brisbane with $1500 worth of my stuff refusing to drop it back to their depot or answer his phone
worst courier company ever!!!
I have been waiting two days for a parcel with "atttempted delivery at 9.28am" not home noted on their website in tracking. Rubbish! Delivery address is a business which is open from 8am-4pm and a Receptionist in attendance, no calling card left, clearly never tried to even delliver the item...rang their company, typical off shore call centre crap. Told me I would have to wait another 3 days for delivery as they dont know where the driver is. Cant find my parcel, cant contact the driver. ASOS, you should get rid of this company, they dont deserve your business! I am going to email ASOS, with all the Couriers Please poor reviews (of which there are many) linked, hopefully they will take this on board and cease using them. Now going away without the gift I was taking with me. Not worth one star. This has happened more than once.

DON'T RISK IT!...Parcel never turned up despite receiving a delivery confirmation email from CouriersPlease. I requested an investigation with the offshore call centre which promised to speak to the dirver responsible for the delivery. Instead I received a standard email response a week later stating they couldn't get a response from the drivers management team...if you have an inportant package choose an alternative courier service...don't do it to yourself!
