American Airlines Cargo Consumer Relations Delay and lost luggage

My luggage was delayed over 21 days and is yet to be found, I made a report to American Airlines, submitted all the required documents as requested by American Airlines, receipts for some as replacement in the luggage , after waiting for more than 21 days and one luggage is yet to be delivered american airlines want to compensate me with $ 133.67 that is unacceptable

American Airlines Cargo Consumer Relations not receiving my refunds

I have not received my refund for over 5 orders made during black friday and before. I have repeatedly gone through their process of filling out the information for missing refunds and have not been successful. For me, it appears that orders over $50.00 with a 3% to 10% refund have not been placed on my account. I have made purchases through Target (cellphones), Walmart (accessories, clothing, electronics, and toys), and Macy's (boots, earrings, and makeup).

American Airlines Cargo Consumer Relations Suspicious company

I used the company Airanimal Shipping in order to transfer my puppy. The company asked to pay $600 for their services. I provided the payment through Western Union. But one hour before the flight, the agent contacted me and told to pay $300 for the insurance. I haven’t such sum and promised to pay, when they would land. The plane landed on time, but I haven’t found my puppy. Also the agent’s phone was switched off. I lost large sum and received nothing. Share your views.

I had received an Airway bill.
Someone asked me to help him move his assets from the United States to Iran and then to Iran himself.

Thanks for helping me find out if this bill I sent is fake.
