Falsified POD for delivery of taxation paperwork to accountants office.
Complaint not investigated.
Multiple calls and the only action was to ask the driver who gave a second different falsified delivery report.
When refuted as physically impossible Couriers Please Gold Coast did nothing.
More phone calls before Couriers Please used Google Earth to verify that it was physically impossible to leave the envelope where stated by the driver. The response what 'you didn't lie about this'! Really?!?!?!?!
So after more calls Couriers Please Gold Coast offer a third falsified delivery report from the driver and again this is refuted. Not possible again physically. But Couriers Please still do nothing and do not follow through.

What are the standards of a business that allows falsified PODs without taking any action?
