RE:CPBBGRZ8354966
I will never use this company for deliveries.
I called on Friday the 30th of July 2021 and was told the package would be delivered did not arrive.
Saturday the 31st July 2021 11.28am attempted delivery we were home all day.
I checked my cameras and no one showed up at the time stated.
There is perishable in the package now they would be distroide.
Lied about the delivery attempted.
Where do you find these drivers?
Desired outcome: Deliver now toady
Late pick up or not pick up at all.
The service is horrible. I was selling on ebay and booked my parcels with Sandler service . Sandler has two couriers companies working with Fastaway and Courier please.
Fastaway picks up regularly and Courier please does not pick up for days.
We have been for 3 weeks in lockdown with covid restrictions and stay home for that time and Courier please marked that it was " unsuccessful" attempt to pick up parcels even though I had my parcels seating outside for 5 days and no one come, no one ring the bell.
It has been like this for many times before.
My advice if you trade on ebay don't use this service because you will be always delayed with delivery and ebay give you a poor rating.
Also, if you try to close the account with Sandler you would not be able. You have to write them and they don't even answer or just say: "we are sorry to hear it" and do nothing.

Late Delivery and inaction of locating parcel for over 7 working days
The parcel supposed to come on 30/6, didn't happen, said they cannot deliver and I need to request redelivery. I requested for 1/7, no update since. Called them on 2/7 and file an enquiry, replied saying waiting for the resolution team response and I should have an update by end of 2/7 or Mon. Nothing happened on Monday 5/7, emailed them again and got a reply saying "still coordinating with the allocated driver in regards with your parcel" and update within 1 business day. No updates received so I called on 6/7 asking for an update on where is my parcel, no answer can be given, told me it is supposed to be still with the driver, told me they are still trying to contact the drivers. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold for almost 30 mins, nothing can be done still but promised to call me back on 7/7 for any updates. NO ONE called me and NO updates still, I had to call them, they said the supervisor was busy on the phone and will call me back. No further updates since. I called again 8/7, on hold for 30 mins and still not attended by anyone, registered for the call back service as I am tired to stay on the line further. NOTHING happened. Called AGAIN today, 9/7, STILL NO UPDATES (after 7 working days)! Told me will escalate to higher management, put me on hold again, and said they will try to find my parcel asap (every single one of the CS told me that but nothing happens, EVER!) I am simply asking where is my parcel, and this company cannot give me an answer after 7 working days.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel's location and when am I going to get it
Flat out lied about the/delivery, costing me $400 shift at work
Couriers please stated delivery was attempted at 7.12am Friday 2nd. I was at home until 7.30am and no delivery was attempted at all (cctv can prove this).
Called up at 11.30am and your customer service rep told me it would be redelivered before 5pm that day. I rejected a 12 hour shift at work to be home.
As expected the redelivery did not happen.
Turns out the delivery had been with Aus post since the Wednesday, so I don't know how couriers please could have attempted the delivery and then assured me they would redeliver it before 5pm.
I was outright lied to and lost $400 in wages because of it.
I have cctv, phone call history, email asking me to work on Friday which is rejected expecting the delivery to be made.
Desired outcome: Lost wages and a refund of postage paid
Parcel not being delived
My parcel was picked up from Target on the 23rd June and we are now at 6th July, still no parcel I have lost count how many times I have been in contact with Couries Please, first time I phoned I was told the carrier has it in his truck, and would be here to morrow, Now keep in mind the courier that does this area does not bring parcels goods to the door, he leaves them in the car park there are 43 units in this block I don:t know if someone else has picked it up, I have spent Thursday Friday Monday sitting home waiting for my goods, now they tell me he came on Monday and no one home, I am a old lady on a walking stick, and I have mental illness I can see I will end back in hospital, because of Couriers Please Is there anything anyone can do
Desired outcome: I just want my parcel delivered to my dood

I received a missed delivery card on the 8th of June 2021.
I rang & arranged for my parcel to be transferred to Couriers please Sunshine Coast depot on the 9th of June 2021.
After multiple phone calls & emails attempting to resolve this is issue as of the 16 of June 2021 Couriers please can not tell me where my parcel is & there excuse is that the staff at the Brendale depot are not answering their emails.
Kind Regards
Tony Hindom
Desired outcome: I want to pickup my package as arranged

Dear Sir,
My name is Tony Schaper, I am the proprietor of T & D Towing and Salvage.
We have a transport business.
On the 1st June, I had a truck broken down and needed a part ASAP. So, as I was able to continue to run my tuck.
The part was located at PID Diesel 24 Tectonic Cr Kunda Park 4556.
I arranged for the part to be sent to me, delivered to Micks Towing 12 Rycroft St Carrara. 4211. Using a courier service named Couriers Please. I was given a Job Number 11247
When my parcel didn't arrive on the Tuesday, I began to ring around. The phone number that you have to ring to find out where your parcel it was manned by foreign speaking people, making it very hard to understand.
Unfortunately, the people on the phone could not help me because I did not have a tracking number. They said they would send a message to the driver to deliver the parcel ASAP
Wednesday came no parcel. Again, started ringing. I kept being told that it would be there at close of business that day.
Friday came and we were told that the delivery driver had attempted to deliver the item but there were insufficient coupons. So, the item was sent back to sender.
I decided to take things into my own hands and proceeded to the Depot on the Gold Coast. Where I was told they would intercept it at Brisbane and send it back.
Monday came around. I rang again to locate it. The person I spoke to told me that the driver had gone to a completely different address for delivery.
Finally, I received the parcel some 8 days after pick up. This is simply not good enough.
This gross incompetence of your company has costs me down time for the vehicle.
Because the part that I was waiting on didn't arrive, it cost my company a job.
Under your Clause 8.1 of your Domestic Terms and Conditions I am bringing this before you.
It is for this reason that I am seeking a compensation payment from Couriers Please to the sum of $1000 being the demo rage lost whilst waiting for this part.
I do hope that this can be settled without any further inconvenience.
Mr. Tony Schaper. [protected]
Desired outcome: demorage compensation
I was charged for a pick up that they never even attempted
Hello,
My name is Victoria.
Late last year I was charged for a pick up that was never even attempted.
Despite it being of great urgency and extreme importance, your company never attempted the pick up and yet I still got charged $59.03 for this.
I then phoned your helpline requesting a refund. The customer service representative apologised and said that I was right, they never attempted the pick up and that she would process the refund.
She did not process the refund and I am still out of pocket for a service that never even happened.
I am extremely disappointed with this outcome and think it is ludicrous that a company can charge for a service they never even provided.
I would like to request an immediate refund.
The reference number I have for my last phone call regarding this last call is:
CPWREC000093875
Desired outcome: A full refund of $59.03
Couriers Never Bother To Deliver
Courier fails to even attempt to do their job. Never actually shows up, never leaves card. Only emails with "sorry you were out" when you are literally sitting there waiting to take delivery. Expects you to pick up from warehouse with the card they never leave and only after a full day of going in customer service circles with online forms do they begrudgingly leave your package at a post office. This happens with literally every package I have had the misfortune to be delivered by them.
Desired outcome: DO YOUR ONE JOB AND ACTUALLY DELIVER PACKAGES
Failure to deliver consignment.
For the second time Couriers Please has failed to meet their contractual responsibility to deliver a heavy consignment to the correct address.
We live in an area where Australia Post does not deliver and as a result have to have redirection order to a local Post Office where we might collect our mail.
However my wife is visually impaired and I am unable to because of age and chronic medical conditions unable to carry even light weights. For this reason we confirm with the suppliers of anything we order that it will be delivered to our address by their own vehicle or their designated courier.
In both of these incidents the consignor has been led to believe by Couriers Please that they will deliver the consignments to the consignee's address.
They had no knowledge whatsoever that Couriers Please subcontracted consignments to another party which in our case was Australia Post who does not make deliveries, for their own commercial advantage, to hundreds or thousand of addresses in Australia.
I have attempted to make complaint to Couriers Please but all that has been offered is an apology from a call centre. I have been told that Couriers Please does not have a complaints department and that I they would not accept a complaint from me despite being an injured party for they will only accept complaints from consignors.
I gather from my conversations with Couriers Please that they only make deliveries in dense urban areas and rely on a system of undisclosed subcontractors including Australia Post to cover completion of their contracts. This latest incident our ours taking nine days to reach us from a consigner just 26kms away and then after having made our own arrangements to have it collected from a Post Office.
Desired outcome: That consignors making contracts with Couriers Please and consignees receiving such deliveries do so with the full knowledge that the carriage and delivery responsibility of such contracts may not be met as expected by Couriers Please.
Couriers dumping parcels on the street with no card or intercom.
I am writing this on behalf of myself & many other tenants who packages never received them. There is a huge problem with parcels being dumped on the ground with no attempt to contact the person waiting for the parcel. The address of concern is 1 Elger Street Glebe.
This is a 7 level inner city apartment building & many people have never received their package because it has been dumped on the footpath outside our front door. This is a very busy apartment building with over 100 people living here so peopl are coming & going so any package left outside will be stolen in under a few minutes.
The building has a intercom system, letter boxes outside so the driver should 1) Call the person on their intercom to see if they are home
2) If not home place a card in their letter box advising them to pick it up at the nearest phone box or
3) Call their mobile or home number.
NB-There are 2 lifts in the building
On both packages that i never received none of these were done. Infact on my second package i got a email notification that my parcel had been delivered & left in a safe place. Needless to say by the time i got downstairs (In about 3 minutes) the parcel was gone.
NB-There is no safe place to leave it. The building is completely secured by 2 glass doors & you need a special security key to gain access. Only residents can go in or out.
Australia Post Posties are really good, they know that like myself, there are a lot of disabled people who are limited to their ability to move & around walk. I have terrible legs. Australia Posties always ring the intercom & if needed are happy to come up & deliver to your door.
Could you please do something so that parcels are no longer lost & not received at this address.
Thank you,
Stuart O'Neill

Delivery
Every order I've had delivered by Couriers Please has been mishandled. Every time, I've received notification that delivery was attempted, when I know this to be a lie as I (and others) have been home at the supposed delivery time. I then receive notification via email that a card was left, or that I would receive an SMS with next steps. Again, in every situation, this does not happen. I am never left a card, and I never receive an SMS. This leads me to hours of phone calls between product seller and Couriers Please, each passing blame to each other. Eventually, some weeks later and well after due date, my parcel is delivered. This has happened on 10+ occasions . No other courier service has any issues finding my house, making deliveries on time, or providing further information if they were unable to leave the parcel. The experience is poor enough for me to avoid purchasing from specific brands in future if I know their courier of choice is Couriers Please.
Delivery service
On 6 December 2020, I placed an order (#[protected]) with Target, Australia. The first half of the package was delivered in a separate shipment on 24 December 2020. When the second package was not being delivered, I contacted their delivery service, CouriersPlease. One of their 'Customer Service Champions' simply told me to keep an eye on the tracking.
Then, on 14 January 2021, at 10:02 am, I received another email from CouriersPlease telling me that the parcel had been delivered. The email even included two photographs, as 'evidence' of the so-called delivery.
When I went over to the front door, however, nothing was there.
The package had mysteriously disappeared, possibly stolen by the delivery person himself, who did not call out 'parcel', ring the doorbell or knocked on the door, despite the fact that the whole family was home. We didn't notice anything suspicious, as we were all inside at the time of the delivery.
My husband's Christmas present had disappeared without a trace.
Absolutely appalling and shocking as well.
Desired outcome: A replacement/refund/the return of the stolen package
Lack of response
I have submitted countless tickets for support. I refuse to stay on hold for up to hours at a time. Nobody gets back to me. I have paid twice for a job that never took place and paid for speedy delivery and it is now six weeks later and my parcel is still in transit. I could have quarantined myself and delivered the parcel quicker. My parcel is a laptop for a remote worker and I am in danger of losing my job because it has not been delivered! I just would like to speak to an actual human being and get the money back for the company I work for.
Household Goods
CPWL551900000752902 - returned to Brisbane CPWL551900000752903 - not received yet
This is for the above mentioned parcels that were send from Brisbane to North sydney as by myself only as I have relocated. There were more parcels along with these which were delivered and left at the reception without any contact being made. Same could have been done for these as well.
For the above said courier I is mentioned that delivery attempt was made but failed. This is absolutely wrong to say, as I have taken leave from my office and was waiting whole day at home only.
Now the courier has been returned to brisbane depot and I am being asked to re-courier them.
I am in Sydney now how is that possible ?
I dont have any one to do that for me.
I am really stuck with my urgent required belongings being stuck dont know where.
I have been regularly trying g to chase everyone at dtdc and courier please but not positive aur other update being shared they all say the same which is mentioned on the website.
Please help me, there is no point of contact to help me. No one is responding to call, at the contact help numbers shared no one picks for hours and even if they do they just say they cannot help and can only provide the information that is there on the website.
It's been more than 20 days now and I am really helpless. No body is helping me.
If I donot get a reply in next 24 hours from your end then I am left with no option but to reach out to watchdog or ombudsman for help.
Regards,
Ankita Saxena
Delivery
Goods have been with couriers please since 21st Dec, when one item was delivered, the other is lost. I now need it delivered today before wwe leave this address. If need be I will collect from the local depot but no one can even call me to tell me where the parcel is. The driver is not updating tracking so I assume the driver has the package. This is unacceptable that no one can tell me where the item is.
Desired outcome: Delivered TODAY
Not receiving a delivery
I have contacted couriers please regarding them deliveringmy item to the wrong address. They are not doing anything aboutit.
Since theni have contacted the australian Dept of Fair Trade. If Couriers Please continue to ignore then i am considering a class action suit. The amount of complaintsmade online will make it incredibly easy to find people who will join in the suit from also being wronged.
Desired outcome: Refund the money my parcel costed- $47 shirt.
