I had a problem with my purchase from AUKEY. I reached out to them for assistance, but their response was absolutely terrible. I even sent them an email to inquire about my issue, but it's been a whole month and I still haven't received a response. This clearly demonstrates their lack of concern for their customers. I strongly advise against making any purchases from them in the future.

Editing my review cuz the Customer Experience Manager called me right away to fix the prob I had.

I got a dope product but the pickup sitch wasn't the best, yo. The weather that day was mad whack.

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with these AUKEY folks. Let me break it down for ya. So, I bought one of their products, right? And guess what? It failed on me within the warranty period. Now, you'd think they'd have my back, right? Well, think again!

First off, I tried reaching out to them not once, not twice, but a whopping six times! Can you believe it? And what did I get in return? Absolutely nothing, my friends. Zilch. Nada. Talk about a major letdown.

But wait, it gets worse. I decided to check out their website to see if maybe I could find some answers there. And what do I find? They've gone and removed all their own product reviews! Can you believe the audacity? It's like they're trying to hide something, ya know?

Now, I don't know about you, but when a company starts removing their own reviews, it raises some serious red flags for me. It's like they don't want people to know the truth about their products. And let me tell ya, that ain't cool.

So, my fellow consumers, take my advice and steer clear of these AUKEY folks. They don't support their warranties, they ignore your messages, and they even try to sweep their bad reviews under the rug. Trust me, you don't wanna waste your hard-earned cash on these guys. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

I bought an AUKEY device from Amazon when it was on sale. The thing is, the device I received doesn't give me much info about its power. It just shows three colors - white (full), green (maybe half?), and red (empty).

I kinda wish there was more info available, you know? But hey, it still does the job pretty well. I can charge my iPhone multiple times with it.

I have a feeling that the capacity might have decreased a bit over time, but that's alright. I've been using it for over a year now.
