Faulty TCM/ECM no warranty
We have been dealing with Flagship One Inc for months over getting a warranty claim settled. And once again nothing but we aren't responsible. My 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7 liter is saying P0700 code that the TCM inside the ECM is bad. They will not replace this faulty part. Total BS! Don't buy from this company. They are fraud! 0 of 5 stars! Customer service is a joke!
Return Policy
I purchased an ECU for our Ford Expedition as suggested by my mechanic. But I was unable to get it into the Ford Dealership until a few days after the 30 day return period only to find out it wasn't needed. I had no control over the delay in getting the vehicle in the shop. The item is still in the cheap USPS bubble bag it was shipped in. My only option is to return it for a store credit I'd never use. Unopened item returns should be honored on an individual basis.
Recommendation: Find another seller, or try and hurry you, mechanic

I recently had a terrible experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com). I purchased an ECM product from them, which unfortunately failed after just three months of use. Not only did it leave me stranded, but I also had to pay $100 to have my car towed. The car was completely unresponsive, and I was at a loss for what to do.
When I reached out to Flagship One Inc's customer service team, I was disappointed to find out that they claimed to have a 24-48 hour response time to get approval for returning faulty products. To make matters worse, in order to even begin the process of returning the product, I had to fill out an authorization form and wait for approval from a supervisor. Only then would I be granted a return shipping label, provided my reason for return was deemed valid.
I did receive the authorization form within the promised 48 hours, but it has now been seven days and I still haven't been granted approval to return the product. I have contacted customer service by phone and site chat multiple times, but every response has been a run-around. I have been told that an "account manager" will get back to me, but that has never happened. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of concern for my issue.
To add insult to injury, they refused to cover the tow bill due to their product failing. According to customer service, it's not their responsibility. It's shocking that they don't seem to care about their faulty products or the negative impact they have on their customers’ daily lives.
It's also frustrating that if you request a refund, they charge you a 20% restocking fee and an $85 programming fee due to programming it to your vin. So essentially, even if the ecm cost $200, they would still receive $125 from me for a faulty product they sold me! And worse yet, refunds cannot be given after 30 days. The only options offered are store credit or replacement unit.
I can't believe how poorly Flagship One Inc stands behind their products. I want to warn others of the terrible experience I had with them. Please beware and think twice before purchasing anything from them.

Disappointing Experience with Flagship One Inc: Delayed Delivery and Unsatisfactory Customer Service
I had a disappointing experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) and unfortunately, I will not be using their services again. I had ordered a crucial ecu for my 94 Lexus es300 and paid $243.00 on April 15, 2020. According to the website, the delivery time should have been no later than six days. However, I received a call from Flagship One on April 22nd, informing me that the ecu part number I ordered won't program to my car's vin number. They offered me an alternative part for an additional $97.00.
Although I understand that some car parts require ordering by vin, I was disappointed that they did not inform me of this before taking my order. After some negotiation, I ended up paying $85.00 for the alternative part, and they told me I would receive it by Monday, April 27th. They even sent me an e-mail receipt.
However, I did not receive the part nor any email from them. I tried calling their customer service number, but I was on hold for over an hour before the call got disconnected. I tried calling them again several times, and after multiple attempts, I finally got through to someone who told me that management was not in, and they would call me back the next day.
Frustratingly, I did not receive any call the following day, and I had to take a day off work. When I called again on April 30th, I was on hold for about 30 minutes until I spoke to a representative named Alexander or Alexandria. He was helpful and checked my account information. He informed me that my part was in programming and that he would send it via overnight mail for me to receive it on May 2nd.
However, I did not receive the part on May 2nd, and I called to request a refund of my money. They told me that I would have to wait until Monday before they could initiate the refund process. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially because it involves an elderly man who has had several heart attacks and a young lady with three young children. I just hope to receive my money back soon.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) when ordering a TCU on May 11, 2020. Despite being told that the part was readily available and would be shipped within 3-5 days, my order took 8 1/2 weeks to arrive. During this time, I received weekly emails saying that the part was being tested and programmed, but received no response to my inquiries. When I tried to contact them by phone, I was placed on hold for long periods and transferred to an Account Manager who never responded to my messages. I even posted on their Facebook page, only to have my comments disappear shortly after.
To add insult to injury, the website boasts only 5-star reviews, yet the complaintsboard.com has given them a B rating based on over 650 complaints about poor customer service. It is disheartening to see a company claim to be the "most reliable electronic module supplier in the world" when they have such a large number of unresolved issues.
When I did manage to get a response from the Account Manager, they claimed to have created a new tracking label and promised overnight shipping within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, 96 hours later, there was still no sign of my order. I am not alone in my frustration, as evidenced by the 650+ other complaints filed with the Complaintsboard.com. It seems incredulous that a company that appears to be struggling to fulfill orders would continue to accept new ones.
I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for many businesses, but Flagship One Inc's claims of being "100% operational" and providing "seamless fulfillment" simply do not hold up. It is my hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and address the numerous complaints they have received. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone else.
Cautionary Tale: My Negative Experience with Flagship One Inc

In fact, she was quite rude, talked over me, and even hung up on me.
Flagship One Inc promised to send me a new module, which they assured me was new and in working condition. However, after ordering the replacement on June 28th, I was told that I would receive it by July 2nd or 3rd. I waited patiently, but when the promised date came and went, I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone. I was on hold all day for several days, but no one answered. Finally, someone picked up and explained that the company was closed for the Fourth of July holiday weekend, which was information they should have made clear beforehand. I was eventually given a new delivery date of July 6th, but it was delayed yet again. I was promised that I would receive it on Tuesday but the tracking number they gave me turned out to be incorrect. It was only on Thursday of that week that I received another module, which looked just like the first one - blown fuses and dirty. I was beyond frustrated and fed up at this point, so I requested a full refund, which was confirmed along with a return label.
Amazingly, a few days later, a third module arrived at my doorstep, even though I hadn't requested it. I had been waiting all day for the promised return label, but it never arrived. Finally, I spoke with Kat and she sent me a label, but she mistakenly sent me one to send the module back to myself. I immediately contacted her to fix the mistake and she eventually did, but it took two hours. I was still left with the problem of needing two return labels, one for the second module I received and one for the random third module that showed up.
I'm now waiting to speak with Kat's supervisor, Natasha, but I have little hope that this issue will be resolved easily or quickly. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that you avoid Flagship One Inc altogether.
Poor Customer Service & Warranty Handling by Flagship One Inc for Car ECM Purchase
I recently purchased a new ECM (computer) for my car from Flagship One Inc, and unfortunately it was a less than satisfactory experience. Initially, I received a new unit and blank keys which I had cut with my original keys. Upon installation, I noticed that my cruise control was no longer functioning properly. Flagship One Inc responded by offering to either replace or repair the unit. I opted for a replacement unit, requesting that they send me a new unit with new blanks. I even offered to purchase a new unit and have them refund me the cost after the RMA got back to them, but was refused due to a 20% stock fee and $90 new key fee.
It's worth noting that their "lifetime" warranty is a one time deal, with no warranty for the replacement item or refund. Therefore, I had to send back my keys for testing and re-syncing, which they received 10 days later than promised. The box contained the new unit and a set of blanks, but NO original keys, as they had been destroyed. This left me with the need to spend $160 to get new keys made.
They argued that I had damaged the keys from improper cycling, which did not come up until after I had contacted them because the box had no keys to trace. However, if the keys were damaged and not working correctly, the car would not have started and run for a week, as the only issue was with the cruise control. I did the procedure correctly to turn the ignition on for 3 seconds, then off, and start the car as normal. If there was an issue with the communication between the key and the ECM, that would be on them and their programming.
The main issue was that they did not send the old keys back, leaving me with no way to make a copy of the key. Their response was to claim that they were giving me the kindness gesture of free keys, but this did not solve the problem that they had created. There was no communication from them, except for what I initiated, and they attempted to hide behind their "warranties" and policies. The situation could have been resolved if they had owned up to it and refunded my money.
Overall, I found Flagship One Inc to be lacking in both customer service and their handling of warranties. It's a real shame, as it's always frustrating to have these kinds of experiences.
Excellent Service and Reasonable Prices - Flagship One Inc Review
G7computers.com, who not only provided me with excellent service, but also informed me that my On Board Computer was irreparable. Without charging me a dime, they returned the faulty device to me and refunded my initial repair amount in full. I was left with the daunting task of finding a new or rebuilt computer for my 2000 Dodge Stratus - a task that initially seemed overwhelming and expensive.
But then I found Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com). Their website promised rebuilt On Board Computers at reasonable prices. Skeptical at first, I called the company for clarity and was immediately helped by a knowledgeable representative who guided me through the process of finding the right computer for my vehicle. They even recommended a different computer than the one I had originally ordered, but it was for the same price. I was impressed with their eagerness to provide high-quality service and their attention to detail.
Within a day of submitting my Vehicle ID Number (VIN), they got back to me with the recommended computer. A few days later, I had the new device in my possession. After installing it and resetting the passive security in my car, which I found instructions for free on the internet, my car was back to working perfectly. All of this for a mere $150.00!
Flagship One Inc truly delivered what they promised, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of On Board Computer repairs or replacements. My dad and I had a terrible experience with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com). We ordered a PCM for a 1998 Jeep Wrangler back in October 2020 and it is now December, yet we still haven't received our part. The whole process has been one excuse after the other, and we're beyond frustrated with this company. At first, the price of the PCM was $187, but we received an email stating that the part was no longer available. They then offered us another PCM for $400 or the original purchase price for another PCM. After waiting for two weeks with no delivery, we received another email claiming that there were quality control problems with the parts they pulled. We decided to request a refund on December 8, as we were tired of waiting. However, they claimed that the part was delivered on December 7, even though we had no tracking information or confirmation number.
When I called the company to inquire about a refund, the associate confirmed our address twice, yet we received an email the next day with a shipping label to an address miles away. They still didn't provide us with any tracking information, which made the situation even more suspect. When I called the company again to request a refund, they convinced my 70-year-old father to "hold off" for another week. Today, December 16, 2020, we received yet another call from the company telling us that USPS delivered the part, yet there's still no tracking info, and we called USPS ourselves only to find out they haven't made any deliveries to our address.
We're at our wit's end with Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com), and if we don't get a refund today, we're contacting the Complaintsboard.com and taking this company to small claims court. They'll not only be responsible for the part ordered and shipping costs, but also court costs and fees for having to go through this terrible experience.

Horrible Customer Service Experience: My Order with Flagship One Inc

However, I was a bit confused when I checked the USPS tracking website, and it showed that the shipping label was created on August 30, 2019, at 4:30 pm. I attempted to contact customer service, but to my surprise, I learned that they were only available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. I left messages and sent emails to no avail.
Eventually, on September 4, 2019, I was able to get a hold of someone after calling several times and waiting on hold for 16 minutes. However, I was then transferred to another line and sent to voicemail yet again. I left yet another message, and finally, on September 8, 2019, I received an email from Jon A. saying that my order had shipped. He mentioned that the tracking number should have already updated, but it hadn't, so he planned to speak with the shipping manager on Monday.
So, what was going on with my order? It had been three weeks, and I was beyond dissatisfied with the company. It was only by chance that I discovered Flagship One's instant chat feature on Facebook. I contacted a representative named Stephanie and told her about my predicament. She assured me that my order had been finalized and would be shipping that day or the next. However, her information was the same as what Jon A. had told me a week earlier.
I was relieved to finally receive notification from USPS on September 10, 2019, at 2:21 am, indicating that they had received my package, and delivery was scheduled for Friday, September 13, 2019, by 8 pm. But what happened to the 1-6 day shipping? This experience was beyond frustrating, and I hope that others don't have to go through the same thing.

When I went online a week later to check on the status of my return, I discovered that the unit was still at the local UPS warehouse because FS1 no longer had the address listed on their website. When I called, I spoke with an employee who informed me that the issue was between me and UPS, and that FS1 could not help resolve the shipping issue. Frustrated and confused, I paid an additional $21 to have the package delivered to the correct address.
Weeks went by without any updates from FS1, and when I finally received the replacement unit, it was in terrible condition. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through phone calls, chats, and social media posts, they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. Even when I have spoken with their overseas customer service reps, I have been given misleading information and promises that were never followed through on.
I have been left feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed by my experience with Flagship One Inc. Their customer service is subpar and their products are not reliable or of good quality. On December 16th, I called Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com) to order an ECM for my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Turbo Diesel. I was initially told that the unit was in stock and ready for programming, and that it would be programmed, tested, and shipped by December 24th.
On December 19th, I received a notice from UPS Overnight for a scheduled delivery on December 20th. This was a pleasant surprise that I did not expect. However, I received an updated notice from UPS Overnight delivery on December 23rd, identifying a shipping update that never came.
On December 21st, I received an email from Geraldine G. apologizing for the delay, citing a vast number of orders disrupting the unit processing and regular delivery schedule. Geraldine mentioned that Flagship One Inc was busy expanding their staff to serve their customers better and faster.
Geraldine promised to expedite my order, and as soon as the unit completed the final stages of programming and testing, they would ship it to my address through USPS priority mail. However, I was confused, as I had paid $85 for overnight shipping. I contacted Geraldine about this, and she assured me that the unit would be shipped overnight once it was ready.
On December 23rd, I received another automated status email from FS1 indicating that the unit process was "order placed" despite the email from Geraldine indicating that FS1 would be "expediting" my order.
On December 27th, I called FS1 to understand the real status of my order. Rather than talking with one of the front line customer service agents, I requested to speak with a supervisor. I waited 1 hour and 6 minutes during which the front line customer service rep tried repeatedly to get me off the phone, indicating that the supervisor was not available.
After waiting for over an hour, the call went dead. I called back and requested to speak with a supervisor again. This time, the front line customer service agent informed me that the supervisor had tried to call me, but their phone was not working well, and they would return my call by the end of the day.
I informed the customer service rep that I needed to hear from them by 5 pm, or I would file a fraud claim with my credit card company. However, I did not hear back from them, and I ultimately filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.
Based on my experience, I caution anyone considering using FS1 for any product or service. The company appears to have a systematic failure of processes, and their staff members cannot effectively identify what is going on. Their investment in people, processes, and tools is poor, and they do not deserve business when there are other reputable companies that provide similar services/products with a lifetime warranty.
Trust is the fundamental cornerstone of every business, and when a company cannot execute properly to inform customers and deliver upon its promises, it doesn't deserve the opportunity to serve. I give FS1 no stars in my review.

I purchased an engine control module for my 2013 Chevy Camaro V6 from Flagship One for$176.
I took my car to my mechanic to install it. The unit would not match up to my vehicle. The key reprogramming steps they sent me did not work. My mechanic decided to reprogram it to the vin number of my car and the unit would not reprogram. Instead it threw 87 codes in reference to the original vehicle the unit came from.
My mechanic told me to return the unit and let them know to refund the money.
I contacted Flagship One in regards of what was going on. They refused to send me a return shipping label until they test the unit. They cannot test the unit if I can't send it back. This makes no sense to me as I am NOT going to send them back their bad unit at my own expense since they sold me the bad unit to begin with and I paid shipping to get it here.
Desired outcome: Full refund of my $176.
Warning: Terrible Customer Service and Incompetence from Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com)
This company, Flagship One Inc (fs1inc.com), has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will gaslight you and lie to you when you call back to confirm information. I had an issue with the Vin numbers showing manufacturers dates and their account manager told me that 2 ecms came out of a 2011 Camaro and the last one, which is the third non-working computer sent, was a 2008. This is insane because a 2010 car can't take a 2008 ecm. When I told them this, they didn't listen and kept hounding me about what scan tool was used. It's not a scan tool to install a computer on a 2010 Camaro, it has to have a paid subscription for GM tech tool that can be on a laptop and is used for relearning the keys so everything can communicate. However, their ecm would not recognize the keys and when I told them this, they ignored me and played games so I would get frustrated and give up.
Their incompetence is unacceptable and I will not stop until they give me the proper ecm for the car I need for my client. They are ***% unprofessional and their 1-star rating on their reviews is well-deserved. They are con artists at best and won't send you the right part. However, I have documents and photos of 2 separate computer techs showing they can't install the ecm because it's faulty. If you want problems and headaches, use them because that's all they are good at.

Furthermore, I found their customer service to be completely unhelpful. When I called, I was simply put on hold and never received a response. This led to the line being dropped and my call going unanswered. It's frustrating to deal with such unprofessionalism, especially when you already have a lot on your plate.
I ultimately made the decision to cancel my order with Flagship One Inc, and I highly suggest that you avoid them altogether. While the owner may respond with seemingly genuine apologies and explanations, I can confirm that their responses have been the same for years. With no signs of assistance, I was put on hold for 30 minutes or more whenever I got lucky enough to get through to someone. And even worse, the person on the other end had no idea about my account, and kept telling me they would forward my request to my account manager so they could get back to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I never heard anything back, even after reaching out to them twice.
Desperate for a resolution, I decided to try the live chat feature on their website, but my experience was no different. After speaking with an agent who claimed to be my account manager, I still didn't get the RMA or an offer for a refund or replacement. During this time, I had to endure countless phone calls and emails trying to get a status update, but received the same nonsense each and every time.
When my ECU was returned to me, it was practically destroyed - and they tried to blame ME for the damage! Why would I purposely break an ECU for a Benz s550? It made no sense. To add insult to injury, my car wouldn't even start or go into park after installing the repaired ECU. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was told that it was my fault and that I had to replace various other parts - all of which were unnecessary.
To make matters worse, the ECU tabs were broken when it was shipped back to me, and one leg of the unit was missing. When I sent it back to them again, they had it for another three weeks and didn't fix a thing. I was beyond frustrated at this point, and no one at Flagship One Inc seemed to care. I tried contacting two "account managers", but received no response from either one.
In total, I called Flagship One Inc about 30 times over the course of five months, but was met with little to no help or support. To make matters worse, my Snap-On tool wasn't able to read the ECU - there was no communication between the two. If you want to avoid endless frustration, then stay away from this company.

After installation, the ECM was not functioning, which was disappointing after seeing their website state that it may need additional programming from a dealership. After taking my vehicle to a local service center, the mechanics informed me that the ECM was faulty and could not even communicate with their equipment for further programming. I immediately contacted Flagship1 and they advised that they would reprogram it for me. Upon receiving the reprogrammed ECM, I had the dealership install it again, but still experienced the same issues. Nothing was happening, no check engine light, and it was as if the ECM was not even there.
When trying to reach out to Flagship One once again, their customer service was appalling. They were indignant and offered no solution for the issues I was facing. At this point, I requested a refund, but they never responded to my requests. I was out of pocket by $285.00 and left with a useless part. It is clear that they do not stand behind their products and are only interested in the profit they can make. They are intentionally defrauding their customers, which is unacceptable.

I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, the complaintsboard.com, and any other organization that can assist me in filing a report against these criminals. When I reached out to fs1, they were considerate enough to issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA), which was a positive sign.
But, I had to contact fs1 multiple times to get the RMA issued and ended up paying for the shipping to return the faulty item myself. Though I was happy to get a new ecu, it had the exact same problems. Again, no one could get it to communicate properly to program keys. I tried really hard to research the problem but eventually decided to give in and let the dealership do the parts and repairs, which, as expected, wasn't cheap.
When I approached fs1 again to return the ecu, things took a turn for the worse. They refused to issue a refund, citing their 30-day refund policy, even though I had reported the faulty item to them and spent over two weeks of that time in transit for an RMA. The person I chatted with mentioned that they were the only supervisor who could help, but they were not willing to do anything about it. All they offered was another RMA, even though after two failures from them, I paid for the dealership to do everything for me. It was clear that I didn’t need another bad ecu from them, and at this point, I just needed my money back.
All things said and done, I must confess that the customer service I received from fs1 was callous and unpleasant. Given the experience, I will not be ordering from fs1inc.com again.

While they did send me a USPS tracking number the next day with an estimated delivery date of January 12th, that's where the smooth experience ended.
When the 12th came and went with no delivery, I called to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that they had refunded me because the ECM they had wouldn't program. Understandably, I left a negative review on eBay. Lo and behold, they called me back soon after and apologized, saying that they had another computer for my vehicle and could give me a $50 discount if I removed the negative feedback and reordered.
I agreed and gave them my credit card info again, thinking everything was sorted. However, they called back five minutes later and said they couldn't process the order until I removed the negative feedback. When I asked how to do so, they gave me incorrect instructions, stating that I could revise the feedback myself. When I checked eBay, I found out that only the seller could initiate a request for revision. After they finally sent the request to me, I revised my negative feedback and called back on January 18th to reorder.
On January 18th, they took my money again and said they would ship the ECM by January 21st. Unfortunately, my nightmare continued when I called on January 24th to see where it was and they gave me another tracking number, claiming that the ECM they had wouldn't program and they were going to try another one. They said it would take two to four days to program and ship the ECM. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told that the manager was unavailable and they would leave a message for them to contact me.
Altogether, Flagship One Inc has taken my money twice and given me the runaround, leaving me anxious and uncertain about whether or not I'll ever receive my order. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of purchasing from this company.

After searching for replacement PCM, we found our desired part over the weekend and reached out to Flagship One Inc via email on Monday, August 17th, to request the cancellation of our order and to inform them of our purchase. We asked for confirmation via email once our credit card had been credited in full. It's important to note that we did not send our original PCB to Flagship One Inc for repair, as we found a replacement before initiating the order with them.
Unfortunately, despite our repeated attempts to understand the status of our credit, we received no notifications from Flagship One Inc. To verify the credit, we engaged them in another online chat, where we reiterated our concerns and asked about the status of our refund. We were once again assured that our credit card would indeed be credited, and that an email confirmation would be sent to us. However, when no email arrived, we initiated yet another chat, only to receive an apology and a promise that our credit would be processed promptly.
It is now clear that no credit was applied to our credit card, and we find ourselves in the position of having to dispute the charges with our card company. As a result, we have lost faith in Flagship One Inc's reputation and are questioning the validity of their published high reviews. We hope that others take our experience into account before deciding to engage Flagship One Inc for their automotive needs.

However, my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. On 9/1/2020, I reached out to the company to order an ECM for my 2001 F250 Powerstroke. I was disappointed as the person who attended to my call had an Indian accent, unlike the shop staff I previously dealt with.
After verifying the availability of the product, I was informed that it would take 1-3 days to program and ship it. However, my order was not processed as communicated. When I reached out to the company on [protected], I was told that my ECM had not yet been programmed. To make matters worse, I was told that the staff I was dealing with could not offer assistance as they were just a call center.
Feeling disgruntled, I called back again on [protected] and raised my concerns with another person with an Indian accent from the call center. I was informed that the company was backed up with orders and assured that my order was a top priority. I stated that I had called on 9-1-2020, with an understanding that my order would have been processed timely, within 1-3 days.
After listening to more excuses, I asked for a refund for my order. I was pleased to receive an email an hour later stating that I would be refunded the full amount. However, later that day, I received an email from the company that the module was being programmed but it might be delayed due to a high volume of orders. I was told that Flagship One was doing their best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible and that they would keep me updated.
In my opinion, I found this email to be pathetic. I was promised great service, but what I received was a lack of communication, excuses, and delays. I was disappointed that the company failed to keep up their previous high standards of service delivery. I'm not sure what changed, but I am sure that I won't be dealing with Flagship One Inc again, and I advise other individuals to approach this company with caution.
