Feb6th my whole entire iPhone was over taken by a person using Auto-forward the MSpy app. It was awful! They ruined my Facebook. I need help to stop this. No one should have this happen to them.

I have purchased their product and it actually never worked. When I contacted customer service they pretended they wanted to help but never actually helped! Then I asked for a refund but they refused! What a joke!
Their refund policy clearly states that if a customer is not satisfied with the product he we be getting a refund! So where is my money you clowns?
And one more thing. When I called I spoke to one and the same person with a really strong accent and every time I called he used a different name. I just don't get it.
