Automotive Avenues Automotive Avenues LLC is a terrible place to buy a car

Automotive Avenues LLC is a terrible place to buy a car. They sold me a lemon car that had safety issues and software problems. These cars are all damaged and have safety issues, so it's best to stay away from them. The worst part is that they will lie to you about everything.

Automotive Avenues This place has some really bad sales tactics

This place has some really bad sales tactics. I suggest you avoid it. They make you gather the money and then suddenly inform you that the car is already sold, just to push you into buying a more expensive vehicle. And if you happen to mention that you work in public service, they immediately ruin the deal.

I had $1000 deposit on a car and they sold it without contacting me. I tried 6 times to contact them about where to wire the money and NO ONE ever got back to me. I tried contacting 3 different people to no avail. I even spent $300 to have an inspection of the vehicle. I was ready to buy. I was very upset and frustrated.

Purchased my first car from Automotive Avenues LLC, and it was a smooth process the whole way through! The sales team was upfront about everything, and I had the car in my hands within a few days - exactly as pictured and detailed. Really satisfied with the entire experience and have since seen 2 other members of my family purchase cars from here! Would 100% look to buy from them again in the future!

Automotive Avenues I bought 2 cars last year

I bought 2 cars last year. The prices were amazin' and the sales experience was real chill with no pressure to buy. They had a ton of cars in great condition and the staff was super nice helpin' with the paperwork, no problems at all. 'Cause of my experience, I'm gonna get my next car from these guys when my lease ends at the end of the year. To sum it up: awesome cars, crazy prices, and a real nice experience. Can't find a better way to get a car.

Automotive Avenues Automotive Avenues is where I got my 2018 Jeep Compass in July

Automotive Avenues is where I got my 2018 Jeep Compass in July. It's fully loaded, with a clean car fax, no accidents, and only one owner. I'm really happy with the salesman, the service department for detailing the vehicle, and how quickly I was able to buy it after test driving. The price was way below Bluebook, saving me $4000. I've never had a better experience buying a used car. My friends also bought their family cars from Automotive Avenues in Wall, so I recommend this wholesale dealership to anyone looking for a used car. I regularly check their website to see if they have the car my son wants. It's a great place to find a car.

I called before going in and put a $1000 deposit on my credit card (or so their staff said) to buy a cool sports car, an Elantra black with a fancy paint job (tiger claw marks on the corner). It had low miles and was priced at $15,000. My wife and I drove all the way from *** to the *** dealer. But when we got there, they told us the car had already been sold. It was really disappointing. We wasted time and gas going back and forth from home. I wanted to just leave, but my wife insisted that we let them show us other cars. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything similar, so we ended up leaving. I'm pretty sure this was a classic case of "Bait and Switch". The person who took our deposit called us a couple of days later to check if they could keep looking for cars for us. It's all part of their scam. I would definitely recommend staying away from this dealer.

Automotive Avenues I bought a car from Automotive Avenues LLC in July

I bought a car from Automotive Avenues LLC in July . It was a good experience. I've bought a lot of cars in my 40 years of driving, and this was different. The sales rep asked if I saw the car fax and showed it to me. They explained what it meant, which was nice. They also said the price wasn't negotiable, but that they price all cars fairly. I usually like to negotiate, but I was okay with that. The price was good, and I still have the car today. In April , I went back because I wanted a change. I test drove 4 cars without any pressure and decided on a sportier car, the *** S7. The car is great, and I had no issues getting it. Just a word of caution, the prices are good, so if you want a car, put down a small deposit or it might be gone when you come back. They don't have a lot of cars like this. So if you find one you love, trust me and get it. I can show you my receipts for both cars to prove I'm a real buyer.

Automotive Avenues I'm writing this review about the car I bought in October from Automotive Avenues

I'm writing this review about the car I bought in October from Automotive Avenues. The mileage on it was 19k and the sales guy who helped me was Edward. He was nice. After the test drive, I had some questions and Ed answered them. One of my questions was about the car's service history, and he assured me that the service was done and they would change the engine oil before selling it to me. They said I would be good until the next scheduled service at 32k miles or 12 months after buying, whichever came first. Everything seemed good, so I bought the car and was happy with it.

However, a couple of days ago, when my car reached 32k miles, the dashboard showed a service alert and the Check Engine Light (CEL) came on. Since I was already taking the car to the dealership, I decided to get the CEL checked too. The dealership informed me that the CEL issue was related to the Engine Timing Belt/Tensioner and it needed to be replaced. I thought this issue would be covered by the warranty, which is valid until 2024 or another 28k miles.

But when I contacted the dealership, they told me that this issue was not covered by the warranty because there was no record of the car being serviced or the oil being changed since it was sold to the first owner in October . They gave me an estimate of $4000 because of the lack of previous service history and the car not being maintained according to their guidelines. So, even though I have a warranty, the CEL fix is not covered, making the warranty pointless. Automotive Avenues lied to me when they sold me the car, saying it had been maintained and was under warranty.

When I called Automotive Avenues today to ask for any maintenance records they had for the car, they said they didn't have anything and couldn't help. I distinctly remember Edward telling me that the oil change had been done and selling me the car on the basis that it was under warranty. Now I'm stuck in a big scam and regret buying a car from Automotive Avenues. They need to be more transparent and honest with their customers. Their sales representatives are good at selling cars, but they don't realize that customers are spending their hard-earned money on their dream cars, hoping not to have any problems. And if problems do occur, the warranty should take care of it. They need to be more understanding and honest.

I hope the owner of Automotive Avenues sees this review and understands the nightmare I'm going through. In the end, I feel cheated, misled, and ripped off my hard-earned savings for buying my dream car from Automotive Avenues.

Automotive Avenues Horrendus customer service, lost 4 immediate deals and all future

Horrendus customer service, lost 4 immediate deals and all future. I bought an SUV last month, and have been getting the run around ever since to service the few issues discussed before I signed the deal, that I was promised by Mike and Vinny to be fixed. I made appointments 3 times. The first time I gave them a list of what was needed, when I picked up the truck I saw that they never even touched the truck. Everything was exactly the same as when I dropped it off. After he told me he did everything, I confronted Vinny about the issues, and I showed him proof of all that was still exactly the same. Vinny then became offended yapping that he had 40 years of experience and how dare I call him a liar... he conceeded to offer to take the truck again for the repairs as I pointed out everything that was still broken. I don't take lightly to being spoken to as if I'm an idiot girl. Besides building Corvettes, stunt driving, working DOT and working around Englishtown with race friends, I know a little bit about vehicles, I was demeaned so abruptly by Vinny as he became vehemently agitated when I showed him the proof. Second time I left it for a week. I spoke with Mike and the service office. I explained that I would leave it for the entire week as I was going away and will be back on Sunday. They stated "we are closed on Sunday" and I explained that they can leave it in the lot where they had before as I would have my second set of keys and picking it up right from the airport... Agreed. When I got to the lot, my truck was nowhere to be found. I searched the lot with the security guard as he called the owner and I called the salesman and office. No one knew where my truck was. I walked around the lot hitting my alarm and found it locked inside the bay. Furious, as I was now stuck in Wall from taking an Uber from the airport, with all my luggage in the rain and no vehicle. They finally contacted one of the owners and he happened to be nearby and came to open the bay doors. I then opened my hood to check around for the work that was to be done and of course, it wasn't once again. Crushed up leaves stuck up under the intake manifold and more still in the engine compartment itself, truck still pulls to the right and clip in rear hatch is still broken and rattling around. The owner pulls up next to me asked if everything was okay, I told him no that they didn't do the job again, and proceeded to tell him about the leaves stuck in the IM, he said well they can't power wash the engine, then just drove away. Last appointment, I brought it back once again at their offer to finally fix it for real, when I got there Vinny (a Manager mind you), wouldn't even look or speak to me, he walked away. Sal stated he had to test drive it again, then said they would fix it and this would be their last offer, and to schedule ANOTHER appointment. I stated they never did it the first time, he said no big deal as he charges the dealership ad no skin off his back so he proceeded to order the tie rod to be replaced and said he would again fix the busted clip rattling and stuck inside the hatch. I myself cleaned out the leaves in the engine compartment and picked out all the crushed leaves stuck under and around the Intake Manifold with a needlenose and vaccum. I've now waited 2 additonal weeks for their call that the part has come in, and schedule the final appointment. Automotive Avenues has now cost me money between ***, and time from my work, beside agrivation for something that was so minut and could have been completed the first time. Beside losing myself as a customer for life, the guy that steered me them will never buy from them now, nor will his daughter who he was bringing, nor my brother who is looking. I will never deal with them again. Ridiculous and completely unnecessary.

Automotive Avenues I bought a car from here, a 2015 Buick Encore, and also got a warranty for $2500

I bought a car from here, a 2015 Buick Encore, and also got a warranty for $2500. Now, I bought a new car from another company and I'm owed a $325 refund from the warranty. I've talked and emailed with Automotive Avenues LLC many times, but they haven't sent my refund yet. I even spoke with the warranty company, and they said the refund should come from Automotive Avenues. I don't get why they can't just send my refund.

Automotive Avenues Automotive Avenues had this car up for sale at their place in Wall, NJ, which is like an hour away from where I live

Automotive Avenues had this car up for sale at their place in Wall, NJ, which is like an hour away from where I live. So, I decided to make the trip and check it out. When I got there, I talked to one of their salespeople, and they said the car was still up for grabs. But, guess what? They couldn't sell it to me because they weren't open for business. Like, seriously? So, I had to go back home and give them a call. I ended up leaving a deposit for the car and scheduled a test drive for the next day. But guess what happened again? They called me in the morning and said the car was already sold, even after they took my deposit. Can you believe it?

Automotive Avenues I bought a warranty for a used car in January

I bought a warranty for a used car in January . When I tried to cancel it, I was told by the warranty department that I needed to contact the dealership where I bought the car. I reached out to the dealer multiple times, but they kept giving me the runaround. Finally, I managed to get in touch with Mark R from Finance. He told me to email him all the paperwork that supported the car and its mileage. However, the email address I used for sending the paperwork didn't exist. I called the dealership again and they gave me a different email address. I sent the paperwork using the new email, but it turned out that this email address didn't exist either. I called the dealership once more, but they said Mark was busy and would call me back. I called for three consecutive days, but got the same results each time. At this point, it seems like they don't want to help me cancel the warranty that I have the right to cancel.

Automotive Avenues This review is about Automotive Avenues LLC

This review is about Automotive Avenues LLC. So, I was looking for a car in July and found one at Automotive Avenues. I called and booked a test drive for a car. I had to drive for more than 2 hours from South Jersey. About 30 minutes to an hour before I arrived, I got a call to confirm my test drive for the specific car I wanted. But when I got there, they told me that the car was sold about 2 hours ago, even before I got the "confirmation" call. If they had told me the car wasn't available, I would have turned around. On my way there, I also got a notification that they did a "hard inquiry" on my credit. I did fill out their "pre-qualify" application, which mentioned that they could start a "credit investigation." However, there was also a comment section where I said something like, "I don't want my credit pulled until I talk to someone from finance first." But no one called me.

Automotive Avenues During the trade in of my old truck for a new(er) used one, I told them I couldn't find the physical title because I moved a lot

During the trade in of my old truck for a new(er) used one, I told them I couldn't find the physical title because I moved a lot. They said it's not a problem and they'll get a new one. But now, I keep getting emails from people at the dealership saying they won't give me the registration for the new vehicle unless I send my credit card info to their personal Gmail. It's weird because they never mentioned any extra fee for the duplicate title when I bought the car. It feels like they're holding my registration hostage until I give them my financial info. It's not cool.

Automotive Avenues I bought a 2019 Chrystler Pacifica on May 28th from a dealership

I bought a 2019 Chrystler Pacifica on May 28th from a dealership. I also got the extended warranty they offered me. They said it had a few miles more than the current mileage, so around a certain number of miles. But just four days later, the check engine light turned on. I followed the instructions and took it to the dealer because of the powertrain warranty. They didn't have the part, so they said they would order it and call me in a few days. They never called, so I called them a week later. They said the part was in and they fixed it. But the next day, the check engine light came back on. So, I took the car to a Chrystler dealership and paid a $100 deductible. Chrystler fixed the issue, but that's when I noticed the warranty was written for 60k odometer miles, not what they sold me. I've been trying for weeks to get this fixed, and they keep saying it's coming to my email, but I never get it. It's really hard to get someone on the phone and get this issue resolved. It feels like they don't care about the customer once they make the sale. I wouldn't recommend this company anymore, even though I would have right after the sale.

Automotive Avenues I bought a car with a warranty, but I didn't know it needed a heater core

I bought a car with a warranty, but I didn't know it needed a heater core. After about a month, I started smelling antifreeze inside the car. Even my friend noticed the smell. I couldn't find anyone who works on these cars around here, so I had to find a dealership. They told me I needed a new heater core, but the warranty didn't cover it. To make matters worse, no dealership in my area wants to touch it. I called the salesperson who sold me the warranty and told them I wanted to cancel it. Then I spoke to the manager, who said they would refund the warranty if I showed proof of mileage. Since I didn't drive the car very far, I was told to send a picture of the mileage to ***. I sent the email on July 29, 2022. The mileage was ***. On August 3, 2022, I emailed them again, asking about the $3000 refund for the warranty. They replied that it would take a few billing cycles to process the refund. I called the loan company every time after talking to *** and they said they process payments within 3 business days. I just got off the phone with them again on September 26, and they said they haven't received anything from the dealership. If it was sent out like they said, it should have been processed by now. I emailed *** on September 26 and called him again on September 27, but I haven't received a reply from the dealership or him. I feel like I'm being scammed. I understand that I wasn't supposed to get the refund directly, but it shouldn't take 3 months to send a refund check from *** to the finance company.

Automotive Avenues I saw a car advertised on their website

I saw a car advertised on their website. It listed standard features on the car as well as optional equipment. The price was a little high but reasonable. I took the car for a test drive and it felt good, so I purchased it. They told me about a GPS tracking device for an insurance discount, but never asked if I wanted it. They added it to my purchase price without asking me. It's my own fault, I should have read the papers more carefully. Then they said I couldn't finance with my bank because the car was in a minor accident. So they found financing for me at a much higher rate. At this point, it was getting late and I was getting tired, so I accepted it and figured I would refinance it later.

When I got home, I went through the paperwork and realized they didn't give me a copy of the sheet with the standard and optional equipment advertised on the website. When I called them, they said they couldn't provide one because it was deleted when the car was sold. Now I'm realizing that some optional equipment listed on the website was not on the car. They sent me an original window sticker of when the car was sold as new, and of course, all those features were on the car. But it said nothing about the features that were posted online. I can't help but feel as if I was taken advantage of. I bought the car for my daughter so she would have a safe car to drive, but some of the safety features listed are not on the car. If they would just give me a copy of the original online advertisement, then they could prove me wrong, and that would be the end of it. But now whenever I call, they are incredibly rude and hang up on me. I think this place is a scam, but I would love to be proven wrong. Please help me if you can. I just want a copy of the original advertisement. It was for a 2019 Jeep Limited 4x4 and the VIN# is ***. Please help me if you can. I feel as if I paid for things that I didn't get. No regrets about buying it, just about the way they treat people.

Automotive Avenues When I first saw a 2017 Jeep Wrangler advertised through this dealership, I contacted them right away

When I first saw a 2017 Jeep Wrangler advertised through this dealership, I contacted them right away. I didn't want anything older than a 2017. I asked about the damage and the lady who answered the phone said the picture in the ad was recent and there was no big damage, just the bumper. They had to report it because it had to be fixed. When I drove 6 hours to see the car, I asked again. The salesman told me this car was checked from top to bottom and the only damage was the front bumper. When they asked me to sign the papers, I asked the guy if there was any other damage and he gave me a report that showed the damage to the front bumper. When I drove the car home, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working. I thought it would be an easy fix, but later water started leaking into the car. The dealership paid to ship the car back and fixed those issues (they had the car for 3 weeks). When I refinanced through my credit union and they checked the report, I looked at it and was shocked because it showed another accident connected to this car. I wouldn't have bought this car! I wouldn't have traveled 6 hours to test drive a car that had two accidents. I usually don't keep cars for long, this is my second used car, and I know it will be hard to trade in a car with this many accidents. I feel tricked, lied to, taken advantage of, and I don't think any dealership should be allowed to deceive customers like this. This dealership should lose their license for lying about the report. Before I saw the report, I felt something move when I hit the brakes. I felt a grinding sensation under the car. I test drove several Jeeps but didn't experience or see these things happening. Now that I know this car was in a previous accident, it explains my new worries. I will contact other organizations to let them know about this practice.
