We all know that buying a new car has to be the most stressful thing you can do. But honestly my experience at Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland was the opposite. I was referred to Gustavo San Pedro who help me do most of the process before even getting to the dealer. All I had to do was walk in and sign.

Very happy. Gustavo S. P. is a really good salesman. Very professional and knowledgeable. When I went into the dealer he was juggling 3 customers at once but always kept checking up on us. If you go into Bomnin Chevrolet you have to ask for him. You won't regret it
Nothing compares with a friendly atmosphere and a good customer service. I was helped by Gustavo S a transparent salesman you can trust. I think I got the best deal I could on a new truck. I would recommend him if you planning to go to Bomnin Chevy.
Had my oil changed on Friday, 1/15. It took over 5 hours. This is not the 1st time ether. When I started to question what happened, there was not much concern for me other than I must wait. The service MGR was without compassion and treated me as just another complaint, avoiding me and leaving me to just guess. I feel very disrespected there and I may not ever want to bring it there again. I tried to bring this problem to Mr., left my number for him to call me that day so that he may know what his employees are doing to his business. He has not called. I have called and have left messages for him to call me 4 days in a row. No response. What they don't understand that I am a faithful customer of Chevy. I have bought 4 of my trucks from Chevy. Three of them from ***. I bought my last truck at the Kendall west dealership about a year ago. Probable the worst customer care I have seen in my lifetime. There is no concern about the customer. Its almost as if I were an employee at the dealership and must be humbled and not allowed to voice my concerns. I would stay away from the service department they have at the West Kendall place.

This dealership is committing fraud by selling vehicles that the have already made a contractual obligation to sell to someone else.
Worst dealer experience i have ever had. First man I spoke to on my phone deliberately lied to me on the phone that they dont offer financing. Second guy called me Name Dana, and said im busy and need to get back to my customers here and dont have time to discuss our fees on how we came up with the price. Then told me that if im not interested dont bother, and hung up the phone. When I got to the delaer, the old bait and switch. They say cheapest price around, but the DEALER FEE IS 895, PLUS they charge you a ELECTRONIC processing fee of 398 b/c they are paperless, which should be cheaper, not more expensive. Lets throw in the fact that they want 499 for the new tag, but it really only cost 225. Stay far away from this dealer, they are the worst customer service ever. Do not be fooled by the A plus rating they paid for to be high on here, you will be disappointed. I didnt buy the car b/c I was so disgusted by the treatment, couldnt believe how low class of a dealer this is.
I began the car buying process at 0800 in the morning with the intention to purchase a used Lexus. I am located in Texas and planned a trip to Florida to pick up the car. I was the one who initiated contact and provided all the necessary information. I provided the business with my loan approval and any other documents they requested. After calling a couple of times, I was assured the car was still available. All I needed was for them to provide me with the walk-out price for the car to complete the purchase.
I called at least once an hour from noon until 8:00 p.m., asking them to give me the price so that I could have my bank send the check. Finally, at 8:00 p.m., I was informed by a salesperson that the car had just been sold to a customer in Arizona because they paid in cash. This felt extremely discriminatory. They also informed me via text at the last possible minute. While expressing my concerns, the salesperson mentioned that customers from out of state were 'not a priority for them'. Despite moving forward with the purchase process and being led to believe the sale was proceeding—with my credit checked and my loan approved—it all came to a halt when they sold the car to someone else, citing a 'cash wire transfer' as the reason. They explicitly stated it was because the other customer paid in cash. This is discrimination. These are underhanded sales tactics, a lack of ethical behavior, and dishonesty towards me as a customer for 12 hours straight.

I feel very upset by smelling fraudulent business practices due to false price offered in a DEMO vehicle and bait-and-switch tactics to catch out the consumer. By the way, all this "committed to Excellence" is properly instructed and coordinated by Mr. Ariel, who, despite being inaccessible, is the General Manager. Too bad. Be aware folks...

Worst buying experience I have ever had. Agreed on a trade price IN WRITING just to convince me to fill out a credit app, once submitted a "new manager" lowered the trade price. Also, dealer claimed the truck was brand new and I drove over 350 miles only to get there and the truck had 100+ miles. The dealer claims they are selling dozens of "NEW" cars with with hundreds or even thousands of miles. Managers are extremely rude when confronted. I will never do business with this dealership or any dealership associated with them. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!

I scheduled a Service appointment for my 2021 C8 Corvette at Bonmin Chevrolet of Kendall on May 24,2021, the first 7500 mile scheduled service. When I asked the Service rep at the desk, who acted as if he was doing me a favor, what the service entailed, he called someone, which I assumed was his manager. I told him that I understood that GM provided the first Oil Change at no cost. When he got off the phone with whoever was providing info, he stated that , yes the oil change is free, but I had to pay a $600.00 Transmission oil change or flushing. This is not what I had read from GM. I then proceeded to make a service appt at another dealer, which explained to me that in fact, the 7500 mile Service included Oil, Oil filter and Transmission oil filter at no cost. At Bonmin I was being sold something I did not need, and felt like this is their philosophy. Will never purchase a car or any kind of service from this company.

I was looking for a Silverado back in 2019 when I came across Bownin Chevy Dadeland. They had I truck I wanted when I was looking online. I requested an online quote leaving all of my info. I received a call from the internet sales person and explained what I wanted. I was told everything I qualify for and given a price. I explained to the young lady that I did not currently own a Chevy so I didn't think I qualify for a $2000 rebate and was told a second time that I did so I went to the dealer. At the dealer I was told I did not qualify for the rebate and the truck was $2000 more ( the old bait and switch). I ended up buying from another dealer. That truck now has 19000 miles and it and the transmission began to cluck in and out of first gear. I called Bownin West Kendall to schedule a service ( Scott Erickson is an awesome service advisor). They gave me an appointment two months later. My appointment day arrives and I drop off the truck for the transmission issue, TPS sensor issue and a recall. There are no loaners or loaners offered but the service sheet says one day so no biggie. Eight days later my truck is still at the dealer and hasn't even been looked at. Why schedule an appointment if they don't follow it. So I go to to the dealer and ask to speak to the service manager. He tells sorry for the delay but they are really busy. Again I ask for a loaner so I can drop off my travel trailer for service (had an appointment which had to canceled) and again I'm told they down have any available but my truck would be looked at on Friday (2days away) and should be done. Friday came and went with no phone call and I spent another weekend without my truck and not being able to do anything about it. I don't care for the Bownin dealer and will not use them or recommend they to anyone I know. The dealer I purchased from is out of the way but I will now use them instead of the Bownin Dealer 7 miles from my house.

After extensive communication, it became clear I wouldn't acquire the Corvette, and I requested the return of my details on 1/21. On March 9,2022 I was connected by there salesman *** and was asked if I was ready to place an order. I told him I was no longer interested and he said a refund would be sent back to my credit later that day. After texting him 2weeks later he was supposedly checking with it to see what happened. I have text to confirm this. Following this I have called many times ,emailed, and text to know avail. As of today, 4/5/22 I have received nothing.

My new 2021 Camaro would not start and I had to have it towed to Bomnin in Dadeland. The problem was a recall and was fixed a week later. I picked up the car and then noticed when I got home that there was damage made to my car door and found two indentations on the bottom of the drivers door. Also, my shift gear was scratched (damages that were not there prior). I took the car back to the dealer the next morning and the manager said it must have been some kind of miscommunication. They agreed to fix both things. The car had to be transferred to a different Bomnin for the body work repairs. Now, 4 weeks at the shop and I was just told my car has not been touched because of lack of workers due to covid outbreak. I am beyond disappointed and upset. I have been without my new car for a month and no one there seems to care. Very poor customer service at this place.

Purchased a car in January which had to be brought back in within a week due to engine light turning on. It was "fixed" yet the car left us stranded only two days later. It was taken back to the dealership where it spent nearly a month getting repairs. The dealership finally rented us a vehicle after going back and forth for weeks (never any loaners available). 7 months later the truck shuts off in the middle of the street. Was towed back to the dealership on 8/20. It is now 8/31 and we still do not know what is wrong with the vehicle. They are unable to "force start" it, whatever that means, and there are no loaners. I am paying $300 weekly for a rental because this car is used for a business and we cannot afford to lose our business because a dealership sold us a vehicle that needs to be dumped. I AM SEEKING REPLACEMENT OR COMPLETE REPAIR AND A LOANER. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. So unprofessional & no willingness to help from the dealership.

So after having the truck for 3 months on (06/06) the time came to renew the registration
So after having the truck for 3 months on (06/06) the time came to renew the registration. And when I went online to try and renew I was not able to renew because there was an error saying "Registration could not be renew please visit tax collectors office" After physically going to the Tag agency they told me that they are not able to renew it because the registration was in a pending status-- 3 months after the purchase, what does that mean, they didn't know they instructed me to go to the Dealeraship. I spoke with my wife who worked with me to purchase the truck and she called and spoke to managers and then was forwarded to the accounting department where she spoke with someone there, Im not going to say the name at the moment but she was just feeding my wife whatever she needed to hear to get her off the phone. Every day was just another lie that they would get things done by the next day. Now tag is fully expired and Im having to Uber everywhere after putting in over 10k.
