Avenue A LLC Stores review: Wrong product sent

I received a wrong item from Walmart whose product was provided by a third party, namely, Avenue A LLC stores.

Walmart required me to contact Avenue A stores LLC, regarding this issue.

The item I ordered was Mulberry Leaf extract.

The item I received was a hair dyer holder!

It took me a number of days to resolve this problem with Walmart.

I then received a letter from Avenue A Stores wanting a picture of the wrong item sent along with the packaging, all of which I threw out since I didn't want the junk they sent me by mistake. Also, I am elderly and don't know how to upload pictures on emails.

Avenue A Stores is not reliable and shouldn't be allowed to be used as a vendor for Walmart.

Please advise Walmart of my complaint. I already have.
