AXS ticketing is GARBAGE. I had a friend join me at a show and it took 45 minutes and 3 calls to customer service to get his tickets. There were issues with the app. The folks at the door just let him in saying problems were normal.
I have another friend whose log-in was changed, but not by him, and to get in requires all sorts of identification. They keep telling him he changed it, but he hadn't used it.
As for me ...
I ordered tickets for a show. I got an e-mail that said they arrived. I checked a few days later and no tickets. I contacted the app, who said the seller (AXS) had cancelled the tickets for no reason 5 days after purchase, and without contacting me. I contacted AXS and they said to just check the app. I send them the e-mail from the company and I got back to 'stay tuned' for an e-mail. Nope. I kept e-mailing saying i hadn't heard from them, and kept getting that I was being moved to a higher level of service to get my $500+ back. After a month they said - after I got really upset - they weren't the seller, but referred me to the seller. What? So why did i waste a month talking to you? But, nope, it was the "insurance company" they sent me to, who would take my case if I had the order number THEY sent me with my purchase, but i didn't have that. I eventually called my bank and got my money back by opening a legal case, along with sending the bank 42 pages of e-mails looking for a refund only to be told I was talking to the wrong company! I also had my bank refund the insurance, since that was a joke.
I bought 3 new tickets direct through the venue. Same location but on the opposite site. ONLY $300. Tickets arrived no issue.
2 months later I got an e-mail from AXS saying my 2 tickets had arrived for this show. Huh? I didn't order tickets (again). While are they the tickets they took from me, and they didn't see they were refunded? If they are, they are not the section I ordered. Is someone waiting for their tickets which I have? I'd contacted customer service (this was this week) and now check in fear that ALL my tickets will vanish for the show later this year.
I'm 100% willing to guess someone else cancelled tickets, but mine got cancelled instead. Now I have more tickets than I ordered and have a note to check the app regularly until the concert.
I'll do anything to avoid this company. I picture them working out of a chinese restaurant with stacks of money and phones never answered, real scam.
Recommendation: Good luck, call your bank to get a refund, don't buy the insurance.
