While trying to buy tickets, we clicked on the "ADAGA" space near the stage, initially unaware that it was for disability seating. Eventually, we found two seats elsewhere, not realizing we still had a disability ticket in our cart. Since we were not disabled, we asked for a refund. However, AXS will not assist us; they refuse to refund the "ADAGA" ticket, claiming that all ticket purchases for this venue are final. They suggested I try to sell this ticket to someone else; however, not just anyone can sit in this section, making reselling difficult. I contacted the venue, but they referred me back to AXS. This is incredibly frustrating. I asked AXS to let me speak to the escalation team, but they denied my request. That extra accessibility ticket cost us over a hundred dollars; AXS wants to take our money over an honest mistake. If you have a choice, I would not recommend that anyone purchase tickets from AXS. Their customer service is abysmal; it's nonexistent.

AXS preys on final sale policies and do not care about honest mistakes. If the venue is unhelpful, then dispute it with your bank. Publicly expose them, and if that still doesn't work, accept the defeat and move on to better options without AXS.
