I was hesitant at first due to there not being a try on option since the dress was so new, but I'm glad I did.
The dress arrived a few days early, which I was happy with. The sleeves are a little tight at the shoulders, but I have broad shoulders so that's not Azazies fault, though shoulder width options for custom sizing would be nice. The bust is also a bit loose, but not a big deal, it can be altered.
Otherwise the dress is perfect. I'd definitely order a custom dress from Azazie again.

I will be a bridesmaid in two weddings this spring and began to freak out knowing how expensive it is to be in a wedding. However, both of the brides picked Azazie as their company for bridesmaid dresses and I was stoked! I was able to get both dresses for under $200 in total and the original company we were going to pick was beyond that price for just one dress. The dress I order from Azazie fit me perfectly and am beyond excited for wedding season! Definitely will be using them for my wedding one day!

I have only received phenomenal service and quality products from Azazie, I recommend the website to everyone! I've ordered many bridesmaids dresses from there. I love that you can get your dress custom sized, which I've always done and I've never needed to get it readjusted elsewhere. I just wrote another raving review about the online process of ordering with Azazie.
We first did the try it out, no cost buying as we found out that when you customize you cannot return the dress. The trial dress got delivered within 48 hours! After we saw how nice the fabric, color and fit was, we returned the trial dress and that was the easiest part. You follow the directions and drop it off at one of the recommended UPS authorized dealer. Then we went online and re-bought the dress "customized" because now we have the proper dimensions my daughter wanted. They promised it 2-4 weeks towards the end of the month so I made sure we had time for that, but it came 10 days earlier with the dimensions just right! Best of all, the customization was free, and the buying, returning and buying again process was effortless! I was recently in a wedding where the bride just said what color she wanted and floor length. My seamstress had recommended Azazie. I did order from other companies but really wasn't happy with them. I did the try on at home option to find which I liked on me the best, which I absolutely loved that they had that option! I actually went with a dress I didn't think I'd end up going with, and my favorite upon ordering the try on was actually my least favorite on. I decided to order a custom size so hemming, if needing any would not be extensive. I figured it would be best as the wedding and the seamstress I wanted to use was in my home state, and I live a good 15 hours away from there. I contacted my seamstress and kept her updated on when I'd be home and everything the entire process so she could fit me in. Thankfully I picked a dress that was a corset back in case I fluctuated in weight, and I'm happy I did! I only had to have a few very minor alterations, and really wouldn't say I needed them, but the seamstress and I decided it would look better if we did this. The dress looked beautiful and I felt comfortable in it. I was told by many I had the best dress and I'd have to say that's because it was good quality, for really a pretty fair price. It was a pretty easy process for me and I was happy with the outcome. I know it's not the best photo. We have not gotten any of the photos from the wedding back. And I didn't keep my phone on me for selfies. The only downfall was no pockets in this dress but I won't let that break my thoughts on it.

Two scenarios bring me to this review. One, I was a bridesmaids and wore a dress from here. Two, I was a bride to be who ordered swatches from here. Scenario 1: many bridesmaids in the party had problems with the top half of the dresses ordered from here. Their sizes are so disproportionate, not accounting for boobs, rib cages, and shoulders.

Scenario 2: I wanted to give Azazie the benefit of the doubt. People seem to have good experiences here maybe it's cuz they don't really do well with certain dresses? Well I ordered 10 swatches from here which was mailed to an old address I had on file. That apartment complex sent it back and I was told they won't be able to find it again when I asked if I could get it sent to my updated address. I was only given a 10% discount for next purchase, truly just incredibly sad. I paid 22$ for swatches because I was indecisive of what color I wanted. And the package can't be traced back? I've received replacements for far more. Well that's 8 bridesmaids who would have gotten their dresses here, for a stupid situation that shouldn't be a thing. This experience showed me how I don't want to shop here at all. And should have just stuck with avoiding it rather than waste 22 dollars on swatches they couldn't remail RIDICULOUS

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. After finding the perfect dress on their website, I decided to pay for expedited shipping to ensure that it would arrive in time for my event. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for four weeks to receive my dress, which was already cutting it close to my event date.
