BabyBooFashion review: I got two dresses for my birthday.

Hello, I ordered two dresses from your website for my birthday it says it was delivered the day after. I never received it , I have checked with my next-door neighbors and already contacted your customer service. I spent almost $200. It’s kind of messed up that I didn’t even get my birthday dresses and if I did get them I’d like to send them back but I still never received them. Your customer service said my parcel might have gotten stolen and to contact the Postal Service but I’m not sure my package even got delivered by the Postal service. And you guys think it got stolen and I think it got stolen then I think I am eligible for a refund. I’m very upset. I’ve purchase a dress every year from you guys and never had this issue. I genuinely really love you guys a store and never had an issue like this. I ordered it October 30. It said it was delivered the seventh ! Also, you guys never sent me the tracking number because I entered the wrong email and it was a whole ordeal. I’m just very frustrated ! if you understand where I’m coming from . I feel bad because you’re losing out on money, but so am I . I didn’t receive my items and I think it’s not fair that I don’t get a refund. I genuinely love this website and I would love to continue ordering from you if we could just get this resolved . I’m just very upset about this because I always receive my items from you guys.
