I am uncertain exactly whom to connect with on this issue as I have spoken to your Customer Service and have sent two emails to them and also spoken to an order representative regarding this. This is in regard to an order placed in February 2023 order #T5583033. There were two tables ordered…one arrived by truck within the first month or so and the other was on back order…which I thought would arrive by truck also. I was contacted by the trucking device for delivery and all was fine. The second table was back ordered until August…I was to receive confirmation of delivery date. I never received a notice of a delivery date. The table was delivered on or around July 29th. It sat outside for three weeks when I was notified by a neighbor. ( This is a vacation home.) I was not happy and spoke to a customer service person who said I was notified when I placed the order in February. She indicated that I would be given a $50 refund for some of the shipping charges…I never received it and it was not on my account. I just placed another order and asked to be credited at this time. The representative taking my order stated that this was in my record however she could not honor this…it had to come from billing. Right now I feel as though I am getting the run around…can you please either tell me who to talk to or can you intervene for me?
