Bank Mobile Vibe customer service

I have attempted to change my account preference to their debit card and it has been a nightmare. You can't understand what they say, they are rude and can't think outside the box. America should be able to talk to people with a fluency in English. This is a disgrace and wastes a lot of time. Somebody must set up other avenues instead of this. They refuse to pass you on to somebody knowledgeable. This is pathetic!

Bank Mobile Vibe everything

If I could give no stars I would. My whole experience with this company for the past month has been tremendously ridiculous. Customer service is hard to understand and they are no help at all. Same women answered my calls and did not give me any guidance at all. I have a unique situation regarding my name and its legal status and I go by a different name other than my legal one so that caused issues but that is besides the point. Like mentioned earlier, this woman gave me no guidance when I explained to her my situation and only gave me robotic answers over and over again. I am still on ID hold with these people and my start date of college is this week! Mind you, I started with them a month ago and no progress with my account therefore leading to the withhold of my loan money, which is well, important to my schooling and its payment. Just don't use this company if at all possible. Save yourself the hassle!

Bank Mobile Vibe unethical behavior

They were once known as HigherOne. They either got bought out or rebranded as Bankmobile.

They have gotten worse. A merchant figured out their statute of limitations and used it to trick me out of my money with no recourse. They then snarkily told me on the phone that getting a school refund doesn't mean I am a student. My school got on their case for that.

I had another dispute with a merchant back in May 2018. The merchant agreed to the charge back mid June. Bankmobile claims that the merchant hasn't responded to their inquiry but the merchant gave me documentation showing that was a lie. Their response was to tell me that even though my money is ready to pull, they will be holding the money(less than $120) till the end of July because they feel like it. While this was going on I ran out of money and has been starving for weeks and was told that it was ok to starve while they negligently hold my money.

My school released my money this Monday before 2PM. 2 PM if you don't know is when banks consider it a new day. Bankmobile has yet to release my money. Thanks to 4th July, no banks are gonna be processing anything Wednesday so that means I won't see a penny til Thursday. I needed that money for my mother's birthday, to eat, for Fourth July celebrations, and most importantly to pay my rent. I now have financial penalties due to their sadistic [censored]. I even had a health check up and them starving me is causing me health issues.

I try to get in contact with the higher ups but conveniently the manager is never in. Just a useless supervisor who is only there to be a broken record.

Bankmobile is literal killing me and doing it with a smile.

Fast Forward, looks like bankmobile is trying to have the truth of my experience silenced.

Bank Mobile Vibe bankmobile vibe mastercard no way to contact

I have a mastercard through unt, I have tried to log in with the only school email I have ever used and it keeps telling me invalid email, I have tried using other personal email accounts and those are invalid as well. The two phone numbers I have I can't get a person on, I can't email them unless I can log in... Go figure. How do I get a live human on the phone to help me gain access/login for my card?

Bank Mobile Vibe processing refunds

This is simply the worst bank I have ever been involved with. Honestly believe that they take secure information and sell it on the black market to the highest bidder. My idiotic school switched from Higher One to this awful company and that's when everything started blowing up in my face. Started to never get my refund on-time, somehow my card information got leaked and there were charges put on my card which I have still yet to get back. Could not be more disgusted. There are literally hundreds of options available to students in this space. Do yourself a favor and find any bank other than BankMobile.

Bank Mobile Vibe customer service

5 years ago (2013)I tried to set up my H&R block card to transfer to this account. I made a mistake in entering the number and they placed my account on a security watch. OK, it was my fault I understand. Now 5 years later (2018) that security watch is still on my account! I emailed them requesting that they take it off so I can utilize the new savings account they offer. I was able to open the savings but I am not able to transfer from my checking. Seriously ? I cannot transfer within my own account?! There has not been ANY fraudulent activity on my account I have maintained a positive balance and my payroll is direct deposited!

Bank Mobile Vibe deposit

My 2017 tax refund was sent to this bank in error. I have been calling since Feb 22nd when it was deposited and still no results. The account it was deposited to does not belong to me and was entered on my tax return in error. I've verified all the deposit info and they just refuse to return the funds to the IRS! The IRS initiated a trace on March 2nd and still to this day not received any funds or correspondence from Bank Mobile. This online banking sucks and they're probably holding my money to gain interest.

Bank Mobile Vibe school refund

So I've been calling Bank mobile multiple times because they are not all Saying different things with the With the same situation I've been doing with Bank mobile for about three weeks now probably even more because first off I received the check in the mail I go & verify my check at walmart and they verified so it can be cashed and Walmart can't send a check denied so I called Bank mobile that same day and they're saying oh you can't use Walmart system to cash a check so I'm thinking why didn't you guys say that when Walmart first called you and let them know it was Walmart that was trying to cash a check then I called back again the next day and they are telling me that I cannot cash the check anywhere else because Walmart has verified already but but I didn't know that Walmart wouldn't be able to Cash because of the system which you guys at Bank mobile were telling me that, so then I called again the next day and I talk to a man on the phone and he said that I'll be able to deposit the check into my Bank mobile checking account so he put in a request three days ago for me deposit it is it OK just wait 24 to 48 hours and it will be in your account so I waited 24 to 48 hours and there was no check in my account so I called again today and the lady I spoke to on the phone I believe her name is Paige she said there is no request in the system for you to get the check deposited in your account but all requests we have in your account it'll send you a replacement check and I didn't request from the replacement check I requested for the check to be deposited into my account I can't keep depending you guys to say the correct thing because when all of your bank mobile people are telling me different things and I have missed Out on paying my bills because of you guys are playing around with my check I don't have time to keep playing with you guys And y'all are telling me to return the check back to you and wait again for another whole seven days to receive the check so today I'm going to let you guys know if I don't get the money I'm going to be basically going to be telling everybody about how you guys run your System and that your workers are not stand correct thing to their customers and I'm going to court .

The same exact thing happened to me today! They first told me I could cash it at Walmart, then not then would give me a replacement check so I can cash it somewhere else but couldn’t do it for 7 days... I’m annoyed

Bank Mobile Vibe debit card student refunds

I cannot understandably even hardly deal with the awful customer service, and attitude and the whole handling of a situation. My credit card with another company and my debit card with this company, through my school funds, were in my pocket along with 8 dollars cash. Apparently everything fell out of my jacket pocket and whoops! 1400 dollars just jumped out of my account, and into a credit card withdrawal via a debit card. They let these [censor] steal $1400 whopping bucks! I am disgusted. I am told to cancel the card, which I did a day later, because without the actual card it is almost impossible to find the number to call them on and cancel the card, plus they want your card number when you call them to cancel your card. I think it is awful that the fillipinos who answer can't understand that the very definition of debit card is that you have a pin number, supposed to protect whoever owns a card from whoever holds a card to be able to authorize and steal money that doesn't belong to them without a pin number. Ugh>

Bank Mobile Vibe trying to purchase itunes gift cards with bankmobile card

I tried to purchase ITunes gift cards with the Bankmobile card, and it declined for some reason. I tried to do the same thing Saturday and Sunday with the same results. I don't know what is going on. I tried to call this number [protected] that was given to me, and they tell me to put in the number that they request, I don't know it. I think there's a trick. Either someone or the bank is preventing me from purchasing items with the card.

Bank Mobile Vibe everything

The worst bank! I already have an awesome credit union account, but I was led to believe I needed a bankmobile account for my student loan refunds. I was told it was free for students. They lied. They have been charging me a $5.95 fee per month because I don't hold $300 in their account. Of course I don't. I move the funds to my credit union where I get cash back on my debit card. They don't offer cash back on their bankmobile card. I'm a broke student who needs every penny. They also purposely put longer holds on mobile deposits, they take often 72 hours or longer to respond to contacts, they repeatedly denied my mobile check deposits stating "post dated" when the date is not post dated and extremely legible as so on the check. I have had to repeatedly send them a second copy and a copy over e-mail to show them their mistakes. It's a god awful bank and one I am leaving behind. I urge you to do the same. You can have your student loan refunds sent by check or deposited into your existing bank account. Don't be conned into signing up with this thieving bank.

Bank Mobile Vibe check deposit/ customer service

I deposited a check to bank mobile on the 6th of december 2017 before 2 pm
It did not post to my account when I called to inquire about my money four different employees including a supervisor gave me four different stories one said it was insufficient funds, one said it would post by 6 pm one said itwould be available tomorrow etc. I called dec 7 2017 and talked to another manager named E.J he said I would definitely have my money today a few hours go bye I call again talk another manager named Octavious he also said my money would be posted today still nothing so I just got off the phone with yet another agent who told me I would not get my money untill the 15th of december I have never been so furious in my life this bank is horrible and I have been a client since 2013!

Bank Mobile Vibe disbursement services

Withheld federal student aid funds again. Claiming for the 4th time in a row issues with a name change despite being sent necessary documentation 6 months ago. Don't just complain here! Go to: https://www.consumerfinance.gov and file a formal complaint with the department of consumer finances. If enough students let them know what is happening we can get them removed as disbursement servicers!

Bank Mobile Vibe horrible bank with horrible customer service

Someone still my card and took 400 cash on ATM and made my balance mines and this bank didn't ever care . What kind of bank Doesn't even send you an email or text about withdrawing money from ATM. I didn't even receive a message about my negetive account . I had to call them 5 time called that my card is missing, one time even they hand up on me . I still didn't receive my money . That's stealing . The worst bank ever how's that even possible that this bank is responsible for refunds for students . The worst customer service on earth, they're so rude and they don't know anything about their job . People get your refund check on your mail, don't work with this bank cause its gonna be the worst experience in your life. They don't care about your money at all .

Bank Mobile Vibe payroll deposit

My payroll check was deposited into the wrong account. My employer said my bank needed to return the funds because they knew where the money went. Bank mobile said they know where the money is and that is where it will stay. They will not transfer it to the account it goes to. Bank mobile are nothing but theives. My card is prepaid so there is no way you can go over. One time they denied my transaction for one penny but every time I use all my money I seem to always be five dollars over drawn which there is no way. I don't see how the school could use such theives as our refund providers.

Bank Mobile Vibe never received refund

I still haven't received my refund! My mom took out a plus loan for me. They said they mailed out her refund, she never received it. So they canceled the first check and reissued a second one. She still has not received it. 3 months later and she is still waiting on her money. This so called 'bank is a joke! I can't stand dealing with them! And to make matters worse, they won't talk to her, only to me because I am the student and I even authorized them to speak to her!

Bank Mobile Vibe refund from college

I was sent a refund back in June & July of 2017 and I graduated on August 2017 from my college. I was unaware of the refund because I was not expecting one, however my college made an error and there was a refund after all and a big one $3451 to be exact. I call customer service and they are telling me that they can not access my statements from July 2017 and that they need to be requested and sent to me and that it can take anywhere between 24-48 hours and then I can open an investigation...Hmmmm why an investigation for! I was told this morning that my account had been closed last month without my consent, so I reopen the account so that I can get my refund, the I am told that it would be available as soon as the identity hold was off my account, which only took 2 hours. I waited 4-5 hours later only to get that they do not know what happened to my refund. I gather that my refund was stolen and this horrible banking company does not want to deal with the problem. I will be going to the FDIC with this and with my loan company as well as putting in a complaint with my college. We all need to do this so that we do not get taken as victims anymore and these colleges stop giving this bank any business.

Bank Mobile Vibe student refund

Bank mobile vibe is absolutely horrible! & the customer service is even worse! Back in the spring it took me over a week to receive my refund because the stupid website never sent me an access code to set up my account and after too many failed password attempts they locked me out of my account for 3 days! & everytime l called customer service the foreigners told me l had to go through my school administration to get into the account! & of course my school told me l had to call bank mobile! This nonsense went on for over a week! I had to go up to my school in person and have them call Bank Mobile to verify l was who l said l was and this process took over 45 mins do to their customer service leaving my school administration on hold! This was on top of having the lady in the office continuously pass the phone back and forth to me to verify information that I'd already given them! Now long behold 6 months later I'm having the same issue!

Bank Mobile Vibe very bad customer service

my problem and even missed up my password which I can't reset anymore because I did not update my e-mail yet and did not have access to the said e-mail account. I beg the supervisor to help me to reset my password using my Personal Identifiable Information(PII) because I need my account to work for my monthly bills transaction, but the supervisor did not help me because he said they have procedure to follow. I was very sad and thought customer service blow me up that instead of helping me there putting me into more problem and trouble. I was hopeless with my problem and decided to closed my account. Ended, the customer service is very poor I ever experienced in business. It was horrible experienced and made me sick.

Bank Mobile Vibe website

i have tried over and over to communicate with bankmobile web site to reset my password when i entered the correct password to begin with. it went on to ask me 2 of my security questions which i also answered correctly and their web page on their site just kept looping me around in circles asking me the same 2 security question, this is not my only complaint with higherone and bankmobile but i think it should be enough for someone to investigate the situation
