1.Not enough workforce catering to payments. Only two are servicing us. One is counting infinite money which leave sus clueless on when he will resume his next transaction.
2. The manager in charge or overseeing the current workforce doesn't even care that there is very long queue of customers who are about to transact payments. She needs to be reevaluated.
3.Doesn't BPI have an allowable time per transaction or any monitoring to indicate that a BPi employee is being complacent or too slow already in doing his or her current or next transaction.
