Dear BPI,

Someone had an unauthorized withdrawal transaction on my account last December 20, 2019. I was in the bus (going to province) the time that it happened. It was alarming because my debit card was with me all the time therefore someone may have a copy of my card. I thought that your EMV chip enabled card is already secured? Please help me get my money back and secure my account because I know that it can happen again.
Also, please trace the unauthorized withdrawal. I already have a reference number with this matter since I called your hotline last time.
