Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] Skintific beauty store

On 31 Ocotber,2023, I bought Skintific products from the Facebook online store Skintific Beauty Store. The seller asked me to transfer the money to this BRI bank account No.Rek : [protected] A/N : SHAFARIANTI

My friend also ordered and transferred her payment to the same account. The seller has scammed us in buying Skintific products and we transferred money to this account and now we have been blocked from her whatsapp and we cannot contact her anymore. We were scammed a total of Rp700,000.00, as evidenced by the attached bank receipts.

This account and the owner should be investigated because they are using it to scam people. BRI should check suspicious transactions like this and I hope this problem will be resolved to prevent more victims of these bad people.

Claimed loss: Rp700,000.00

Desired outcome: BRI transfer back our money and block this account so as not to scam other people anymore.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] Bank transfer

I received an email from indonesia asking me if I knew a woman called madam gold, which told me at once that this was a genuine message, I said yes, and as soon as they mentioned the daughters name.. It confirmed everything. I was told the madam gold had deposited 1 million dollars in their bank many years ago, and I was the beneficiary. They told me that the daughter said I was dead, so I sent my passport number and id to prove otherwise. I then had to pay back the $260 to the daughter. The bank told me that the transfer fee would cost $2300, which I paid. They then told me that because of internet problems they could not transfer it to my account in uk. They transferred it to bank rakyat and told me that I must pay another $662…which I did. I was sent a transfer receipt even though I never got the transfer.. And was told to pay a further £1334…. Which I paid. I enquired what had happened with my transfer and was only told “you will get it soon”…. That was the last I heard from them and I feel disgusted and demoralised that this kind of scam is happening in your country, and I want what is mine.

Desired outcome: I want my one million dollars asap

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] Fraud/scammer

Hi Bank BRI,

I would like to lodge a report of fraud transactions from my BRI account no.[protected] Achmad Riffai. It's a scam amount of 4.1juta transfer via BRImo.

However receivers refused to return back the amount instead keep asking for another amount. Seller refused to delivered it for unknown reasons after payment were made.I have purchased a gold pendent from seller via transfer Brimo account no.[protected]

namely SUMARLIYAH amount of 3.6Rp million on 30 July 2023 @1904hrs, 31 July [protected]@1800hrs and 1st August 2023 @1105hrs and another transaction Brimo account no: [protected] namely Zakaria for postage amounts of 650,000,000rp dated on 1st August 2023 @1958hrs. Kindly see the attachment as attached.

Desired outcome: Please refund and investigate it and i appreciate the response

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] One of your staff is careless while doing work (BRI Bagan Batu, Riau)

One of your staff did a bad job. I sent money to Malaysia but it did not reach the recipient's account. When I check, the BIC/Swift code is wrong. Why your staff don't know what Malaysia's code? This is a waste my time and my nominal fee. How do you want to be responsible?

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] Email theft/scam: Will not remove my email from someone else's account (I am not their customer)

For a few years now I have received transaction emails from BRI bank, as someone else has used my email address in their account (and BRI bank did not verify that that person had control of the email address, as they could not have, as it is mine). I have numerous times asked them to remove my email and stop sending me the transaction emails. They refuse to read the emails and usually answer something completely unrelated, or they ask me for information that is not mine to give and is unrelated to the issue. Like my mothers phone number, or transaction details for my accounts (what does my mother have to do with this, or what does my accounts in a different bank on the other side of the earth have to do with this?

For every transaction email I receive from them, I forward it to their support email address and ask them to remove my email address, lately they have just started to send me empty replies.

I live on the other side of the world, I have no reason to or any desire to have any dealings with this very suspect company in Indonesia.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] Fund Transfer Resit

Hi, Sir,
For your information, I did the internet banking fund transfer service. The system failed to generate the resit. I received the sms showing that the fund transfer service is successful. I need the resit for my supplier. I checked the "catatan aktivitas" to get back the resit. But, it is empty in "catatan aktivitas'.

How to get back the resit...

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] cash has not been dispensed at your atm, my account has been debited

Please refer to the attachment of BRIcare Trouble Ticket Report TTB000002727691 and I confirm that I have tried to withdrew a sum of IDR 2, 00, 000 (Rs.985.53 - INR) in one of your Banks ATM at Discovery Mall, Kuta, Bali on 18 July 2019 arount 7.30 pm and cash was not dispensed but the amount has been debited in my account. And the same has been complained at Bank BRI Kanca Kuta, Bali. So far I have not received any response nor the amount has been reversed. I request you to kindly, take up for reversal of the amount to my account on priority.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia [BRI] dishonest account holder (sunarti harianja)

Hi BRI,

I would like to get your attention about this particular account holder. She is a reseller selling clothes from Indonesia. I am Malaysian and not your account holder.
I made a telegraphic transfer from my Maybank Malaysia account on 01July2019 for amount IDR 917, 000.00 and she already received it. As promised, she will courier all the items that I ordered from her within 1-2 weeks. I have been following up with her since that day (1/7/2019) until now (13/8/2019) which is already 1 month plus, she doesn't response to me at all. She is still active selling all her products until now without a shame knowing that she cheated me. I do not wish her to continue cheating other people as well and please do something about this account holder.

Hi, I was supposed to received money from Indonesia of $36, 200 but I did not received till now. They told me to make payment of $2000 because of the currency change from Rupiah to SGD. And admin fee of $1200.

Team and All workers who work at BRI cabang Kartini Cirebon tidak profesional karena banyak nasabah lain yang memprotes semua staff BRI Cirebon mengalami kekosongan Kartu Atm semua produk open rekening tidak tersedia dengan alasan stok ATM card habis tapi tidak ada yang mau meminta ke BRI pusat termasuk General Manajer cabang Cirebon.
