Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response.
Based on my experience with Bas Bleu, I am going to aggressively follow up to ensure that I am not charged for the book. I have already found the same book for $7 less on Amazon, and I do not want to have to return it at my expense in January.

They now say that I should receive it by Feb. 21st, which is almost a month from when I placed the order. It's quite disappointing because they processed my payment quickly, but they're not fulfilling my order in a timely manner.
I also tried using the email contact form on their website, which promises a response within 24-48 hours, but I never received a reply from Bas Bleu. It's quite frustrating and maddening because I was really looking forward to using the gift certificate, but it seems like I won't be able to do that anytime soon. I'm really disappointed with Bas Bleu's customer service and their lack of communication. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

I was double charged for a seasonal item from the catalog on 10/9/23.They sent an email on 10/14 to me acknowledging this double charge and that they would credit my card back in 10 business days. I called and emailed customer service on 10/25, 10/31 and 11/6 to complain that I never got a credit back. Each time I called customer service I got the same response. They would send a note to the billing department and I should get my money credited back to my card in 5 business days. On 11/6 they made a slight change and after a lengthy back and forth they claimed that a charge reversal went through on 10/26. I told them that did not happen. I called my credit card to verify and the credit card said there was no charge reversal.
Claimed loss: $48.05
Desired outcome: Please reverse the double charge and credit my charge card.
