I purchased a 17K leather sectional in June of 2024. Instantly I felt the leather didn't seem of high quality, the cushion was poorly made, it squeaks with every movement, and it was very uncomfortable. More importantly, I felt like I was sitting on the frame of the sectional. I purchased a much cheaper sectional from Bassett 20 years ago and I still have it. I was so very pleased with my first purchase, that I felt I should return to Bassett to purchase my forever couch. However, this experience has been very disappointing, stressful and not what I expected from Bassett. The complaint department representative contacted me within two weeks of my January 2025 letter. I felt she was going to address my concerns. She seemed very kind, but it all was a ploy to prolong the process so I would no longer be within a year of the warranty. I never received a typed receipt, warranty or information on my new leather sectional. I trusted that it would be forwarded. It's April 2025, I continue to wait for some form of concrete assistance to rectify my concerns. I did not ask for a refund. I just want a resolution to my problem. Let's make this right, Bassett.
