I signed up for a one off months subscription of £12 with true love online dating website on 29/03/2019 and the company BE2 SARL LUXEMBOURG has withdrawn £51.96 out of my account on 30/03/2019 after having contacted my bank at the time to block the payment. Barclays initially tried to check if this was a credible withdrawal and I denied this as could see the payment was for more than £12. I am very unhappy about the nature of this scam on my account.

I been offerd a free sing in site. It wasn't any mention about the year contract. You charged my pay pal account with $359.52. That's a lot of money for me.
I can not afford it. I don't even know how did you know, I have pay pal account. I haven't received any email about you will sing up for a year without my permission.

On March 17 I had $299.00 taken from bank account from my debit visa card, with the description being Be2.CO.NZLUXEMBOURG. I did not authorise or expect this charge, and it has created financial difficulty for me.
I would like this to be refunded as soon as possible and my details to then be removed from your records, so no future discrepancies occur.
Please respond with details of when I will see this refund in my bank account.

Hello, I am writing to let you know that I have had a problem. Over a month ago I registered in elite singles for free, because I had limited access, I decided to pay a premium package of 6 months. After filling all the fields and I was debited the money from my bank account I tried several times to send messages to girls who interested me in elite singles and I did not succeed, I always showed that I had to pay the premium package. Then I carefully checked my bank statement and the money (299 NZ dollars) was debited by be2, a site that I never accessed or have any account. The next day I went to my bank, I explained what happened and they will follow the steps to communicate with both datting sites. Can you give a solution? Thanks. Jorge

You took money on my card with out my permission I looked at the complaints below and ist scary how many people complain about the same problem. Your site is not user friendly and I cant find a way to cancel my premium subscription that I didn't want in the 1st place, you just deducted the money. You are the biggest scammers I ever saw!!! This us the third time I have tried to submit a comment. Third time lucky it doesn't just delete itself.
I joined be2 in Sept 2017 but almost immediately cancelled my £119 membership. I did this via a handwritten text, using very precise legalistic wording. Case closed so I thought.
Dec 2017 and I meet a wonderful man. I'm a reasonably young widow and he had been badly hurt in a previous relationship.
Move to the present and I give him my old phone. Guess what. Hey presto : My be2 profile pops up on it with 60 messages from apparently interested men.
The hurt, pain, tears and mistrust that this has caused is an understatement. My partner obviously felt very hurt but also felt that I had lied to him and betrayed him. Understandable due to past circumstances.
But the fact remains I haven't been on any dating site since I met him and I've messaged no one.
But the damage has been done. Be2 by allowing my profile to stay up have possibly cost me the person I wanted to grow old with, not to mention the distress they have caused him.
So if you are a be2 member, don't bother messaging Kate Stelfox... I'm not a member and haven't been since Sept 2017... all be it fleetingly. If you get a reply it won't be from me because I AM NOT A MEMBER. I repeat... I am mot a member.
How these charlatans are allowed to get away with this is beyond me. The damage it causes is very real and deep. I had no option when I tried to leave to delete my personal details and photos. I can only surmise that be2 keep them up there on public display to encourage and hoodwink members into staying.
And if this has happened to me it will have happened to other people. I wonder how many others are suffering the pain of a possible break up, or the pain of assuming that their partner is dating or chatting to other people behind their backs.
If I could prosecute these unethical, devoid of all morals, dirty, money grabbing b*s I would. If I could throw them in to gaol.. I would. But I can't
But I can really really curse them... SO I DO.

I just came across to my bank account where I have found out that this dating site took money off my regular account. Here are few certain things copied from my online bank manager: " Plata la POS non-BT cu card VISA; POS 27/01/[protected], TID: 71F00001 be2 S.a.r.l cs@be2.com, valoare tranzactie 300.00 RON" and another one: "" Plata la POS non-BT cu card Visa POS 27/01/[protected] TID: a0122778 BE2 app.be2.com Luxembourg LU [protected] valoare tranzactie 300.00 RON:" ( This is in Romanian Language)
Please, if you can find out what is going on here and why they use this scheme to charge people without their consent, I would be very grateful. Over the internet I read many complaints about them. So, if you can do anything to recover my money, just let me know what do I have to do.

taking money out of my bank account for no reason
I just came across to my bank account where I have found out that this dating site took money off my regullar account. Here are few certain things coppied from my online bank manager: "Suma platita 300 RON. Comision: 0 RON. Locatie: 71F28026 UX be2 S.a.r.l cs@be2.com. Data_Ora: 15-01-2019 06:48:18". (this is in Romanian language). In translation: Sum payed 300 ron (about 45 euros). Comission: 0 ron. Location: as you see above. Date and time of charging: 15-01-2019 at 06:48:18. I might not even have been awake at that time.
I have never used their servicess, never agreed to pay anything related to this site.
Please, if you can find out what is going on here and why they use this scheme to charge people without their consent, I woul be very grateful. Over the internet I read many complaints about them. So, if you can do anything to recover my money, just let me know what do I have to do.

I am Risimati Petrus Lebisi phone number [protected] or [protected] email no. risimati.[protected]@drdlr.gov.za or [protected]@gmail.com banking with ABSA BANK, on the 22 December 2018 i authorised singles50company to deduct the amount of R396, 00 from my account as monthly installment and was done. on the 22/01/2019 at 22:01:56 the company (be2singles50) deducted the amount of R1, 999.00 in my account without my consent nor arrangements and no longer R396.00. i went to the bank for inquiry and i was told that the account which was used on the 22/12/2018 was used for the 22/01/2019 weather authorised or not it will go through using the same information i used before on the same account . i request for a refund because i was not aware that such huge amount from R396.00 to R1, 999.00 is a very big difference and i want to register for my kids and i dont have money now, can i have a refund please ?

It appears that this is normal practise from be2 as well as singles50 ( same company) They have taken $239.76 from my account without my permission.
Customer service will not answer ny requests. They just sent auto generated respinses.
Why isn't something done about these scams.
I have reported them and will follow through with this until I get my money back.

On the credit card, however, I was charged the amount (greater than desired) of €. 89.88.

Premium membership is made to look like a once off payment. And a day before 30 days of subscription an amount 10x the initial amount is deducted from your account.
Cancellations are only possible by fax. Fax machines are effectively obselete so it's nearly impossible to cancel. They are making it difficult on purpose.

I have no idea I even joined up with b2 dating site. I say the last 3 months I have threatening emails of their solicitors saying I have owe them money. First of all my name begins with h not an s. I have no idea what they are about can anyone help me on this as they are going to take me to court? This is causing me upset and stress. I absolutely have no idea I owe anything. I emailed you more than once saying I did not want to use your service as it is totally useless. It is a total ripoff. You said it was too late to cancel and now I am being pressured to pay money to some collection agency who cannot even send an email confirming who they are. I will not pay a single cent till someone sends me proof the company is real. I want a proper email, phone call from a number that is not a mobile and definity not via sms, It is totally unprofessional and in the meantime I plan on getting legal advise as the whole thing is a scam to get money.

unauthorized credit card charges
Be aware, this company is using different front names for on-line dating and charged "members" unauthorized charges. They do not inform you like what they claimed - will notify you 14 days before your membership is due, and also charge you the amount of money you didn't agree to. Unless you are in Luxembourg, that you might be able to pay their address a visit, otherwise you can only reach them via email or FAX. Their "membership cancellation option" on their website does not work, it links you back to where you were, therefore you can't cancel or modify your membership online, hence, you cannot cancel you profile. Be very careful about this company. Most of all, be aware they are using different names but all lead back to the same Luxembourg company!

Since I was conned into joining with a tempting low price offer - went from £7 to £191 overnight. They took this unauthorised amount from my account and refused a refund. Blocked any further payments. Marked it as fraudulent with bank. Since then, I've received another bill from an Auer Witte Thiel solicitors for 330 Euros which is almost £100 more than the initial £191 and that I must start paying instalments before 1.10.18.
I went through a site called Academic Singles. Basically, avoid any site run by be2 or anyone affiliated as they trap you into a deal you can't get out of and they then bully you for cash. Stay away. Report them to authorities if they do con you. Speak to a lawyer or a citizens advice service.
A couple of minutes to check google would have saved me a lot of stress and hassle. I am preparing myself for a legal fight and a court case.
They are practically impossible to reach. I've had a bit of toing and froing via email. Mostly their threats and threats from Auer Witte Thiel about increasing amounts of money that I apparently owe. That's the only contact I've had.

These people charged me $239.70 and I did not allow that only the $9.70 for 6 months. Please this is not fair for someone looking for love and get burnt like this I demand a refund as this should have been a trustworthy dating site witch now l'm worried about going on any more. L only got on late last night on the 30/09/2018 and barley looked at any women on this dating site. L'm struggling to meet women after my separation and this sort of thing puts more pressure financially and mentally, so getting a refund asap would be appreciated
