Below is the email I have received from be2 dating I took the free days and discounted days then tried to cancel on numerous occasions but as you can see they have you jumping through hoops to find the correct address to do so I'm on a set pension and no way can I afford to pay out that kind of money so my last message I'm trying to find where to send plus the recent email from them are below this is making me ill all the dress and worry they are causing

2. You have a subscription with us
When you purchased the Premium Membership, it was pointed out to you that the contract would be automatically extended by the selected access period (e.g. 3, 6 or 12 months) at the stipulated price, payable in advance. The General Terms and Conditions of Business, which you confirmed you had read and agreed to, also reiterate the extension of the contract and the right of cancellation. You entered into a contract with us.
3. This is a binding contract
Contracts made online are deemed legally valid in the same way as contracts signed in person, with both parties having given their mutual declaration of intent. By entering your payment details and clicking on the Complete Payment button, you entered into a contract with us and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
4. It is not necessary to issue an invoice
You made a contract online and in general, would have received a confirmation E-Mail. During the payment process you gave us permission to debit your account. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the amount due can be debited. It is not necessary for us to issue a separate bill.
5. Subscription fee
The subscription fee is due at the moment of purchase and payable in one sum, or in installments. You were informed at the moment of purchase that the subscription fee is to be paid in advance, which you confirmed by mouse click. Payment is being processed automatically at the moment of contract conclusion and cannot be stopped, not even by immediate revocation. Please note that electronic payments can take a few days until processed and credited to the payee's account. However, this doesn't mean that it was originally initiated on the day shown on your account.
6. Automatic renewal
All Premium Memberships are subscriptions with automatic renewal. The subscription period paid for by the customer extends automatically. The subscription fee is due at the beginning of each period and to be paid in one sum. You agreed to this by both accepting our GTC at the moment of registration and by purchasing our Premium Membership. Please note that any promotional discounts only apply for the first period of subscription. When purchasing a Premium Membership our customers are also informed that following renewals will be charged with the full regular amount.
7. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. A minimum period of notice as agreed upon at the moment of purchase is required before the end of the respective membership term. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current subscription period, providing the notice period has been observed.
8. Solicitation and Cancellation
Our customers always receive a confirmation of their cancellation after submission. This confirmation also mentions the date the subscription ends. If you think that you received this reminder although you cancelled in time, please check if you received a cancellation confirmation and if the demand for payment refers to a period after the date confirmed. If so, please raise an objection by sending us a copy of your cancellation confirmation either by email: collections@be2.com or by post: 13, rue du Commerce, L-1351 Luxembourg - Luxembourg. In any case, do not forget to quote the reference number provided to you in this letter.
9. Solicitation and misuse of payment data
On occasion, payment data may be misused to purchase products online. However, we would like to point out that we have never recorded a single case in which an alleged fraudster had access to both the personal e-mail data and the payment data of a third party. Hence we have to assume that the owner of the registered e-mail address also registered the profile and purchased the Premium Membership. If you still think that you have been a victim of fraud, please report this to the relevant authorities. We will contribute to any police investigation by providing them on request with any logged data, such as IP address, address and payment data, saved messages and uploaded pictures. Should there be conclusive evidence of misuse of payment data, the debt recovery process will be stopped. Furthermore we will push charges against the person responsible and assert our claims accordingly. Please note that making a police report alone is not sufficient reason to stop the collection process.
10. Stopping the collection process / Payment
As soon as timely payment of the outstanding amount is received, the collection process can be stopped. Settlement is only possible as indicated in the payment reminders. Please note that payments can take up to three days to be credited to the payee's account. In exceptional cases an arrangement to pay the amount in installments can be made with our external debt collection agency. This will, however, lead to additional fees and interest charges.
For administrative reasons, be2 S.à.r.l. cannot accept payment by installments.
11. Collection process
Should you fail to settle the debt by the deadline given, your case will be automatically handed over to an external debt collection agency, leading to higher fees and further consequences. If necessary, you can arrange a payment in installments with the external collection agency.
Please note that should your case be handed over to an external collection agency, various credit bureaus will be made aware of this (e.g. Experian, FCRA) and this is likely to affect your credit rating. In the event that you also fail to pay the external collection agency, a summary court order will be issued to recover the debt. Expenses incurred in this process are borne exclusively by the debtor.

I am concerned in that the initial contact is very similar, but what seriously disturbs me is something they both said... They wrote about what they do for a living and the exact words and the way in which they said it is a perfect match?
They said "I am into buying and selling of Gold Jewellery, Gold Antiques frame, Gold chain&ring, Gold wrist watch for male&female" Look at the grammar for example shouldn't it read "antique frames" not "antiques frame"? It is evident that they have copied and pasted it into their communication, clearly evidencing their is a conspiracy of some sort, I can only think the next stage of their plans is to scam people out of money? Guys I wrote only this morning regarding two females from this site who attempted to befriend me.
They slipped up in that they copied and pasted exactly the same script, word for word including the bad grammar!
Well only 2 hours later a third female contacted me and yes you've guessed it, exactly the same wording and grammar.

I am shocked and dismayed to find yet another withdrawl from a bank account... in a different name to mine.
opening my bank statement i find a payment for $299 taken from my bank account and paid to be2
i googled be2 to see exactly what that is and there is no way I have ever signed up to that site.

wanting to cancel subscriptions
This is a dating site and you get 3 free days after that you can sign up I resistant first but they came back with a offer of couple of dollars for s month do I thought ok but when I went to cancel nearing the end of the month was told I had to pay the next months full subscriptions because I hadn't given at least a weeks notice

I have paid for a Premium Membership starting with 10.07.2019 and I have changed my mind after a couple of days.
Since then I have requested to close the membership since I would not like next month to be charged again. They cancellation process is a very complicated one and thus being very unresponsive via email - their address is serviciu-clienti@be2dating.ro - they redirect you to a form that they say it can be found in your account (in mine it does not exists since they say the payment is not yet process, not even after 5 days).
Other cancellation methods are writing a letter or sending a fax to a number. This is outrageous and all this company is doing is to drag the cancellation process more since it is mandatory to be made with 14 days before the expiry date of current subscription.
There is no possibility to cancel the service from your account.
I have filed complaints to all competent institutions in the country I have contracted the service.

I experienced the same thing here from Singapore. They would purposely list per month rates to let you think it is a monthly subscription, only to charge your card the full lump sum once you click "pay" without letting you know it.
Tried contacting cs and they took 5 days to reply after I sent 2 emails and 1 contact form entry. They agreed of the 'oversight' to indicate that customer are billed the full price upon checkout.
Also, a sneaky move is that their T&C states that subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded. And that customer is considered "agreed" to the T&Cs upon registration - but no where on the registration form in their homepage indicates about agreement to T&C or even a link to read them.

I've never had any dealings with this company... and they took several payments from my bank account, which I reported as fraud and my bank got the money back for me. However I have now received a letter from CMS - a global collection service, threatening me with action to collect the debt. They say I owe 351, 22 Euro.
I have never authorised any payments to this company... and have had no correspondence from them until this letter today.
Do I ignore or get legal advice?

I sent email to request stop account with BE 2 SARL on 19 August 2018, and it properly serve as notice to stop the account, and I was informed that my account was paid for 3 months and I cannot close the account until the expiration of my paid membership period. Before the expiration of the 3 months, I served notice to stop it, and if BE2 SARL did not close my account upon the 3 months expiration, this is not my responsibility to remind them to do so, and absolutely I don't have the obligation to sever further notice.
On 16 July 2018, BE 2 SARL further charged my credit card for HK$432.00 without my further authorization. On 14 August 2018, BE2 SARL further charged my credit card for HK$1194.00 without my further authorization. The charging dates are still within the 3 months paid notice period. This is definitely a fraudulent issue.
On July 11 2018 and 1 August 2018, iHerb fraudulently used my credit card in Amsterdam for HK$393.78 & Hk$333.09 respectively. BE2 SARL was the only party which I had transaction with in Europe during that period. I hope iHerb and BE2 SARL are not 2 correlated company. Otherwise, these are very serious crimes.
Moreover, BE 2 SARL gets a numbers of fake accounts in its service system, BE2 SARL does do proper due diligent checking on its clients, a number of scammers in the fake accounts steal other pictures to cheat people.
After a couple of months, they keep on send me claim emails from a so-calle lawer, to whom I really doubt on this identity as a lawyer.

misleading subscription information
I joined this site and clicked on the 1 month subscription which stated it was $24.99 NZ, then I noticed that I had been charged $99.96NZ. I contacted Be2 immediately to which they said that the $24.99 was the weekly price. This was not made clear at all when signing up to a subscription (see screen shot below). I then went to cancel and figured out that I could not do this and the information to cancel was not easy to find. I emailed in my request to cancel to be told I needed to send in a signed form with 14 days notice. This again was not information that was readily available to me. I sent in my signed form. Then received an email as my payment didn't go through saying I actually had a 3 month subscription which I never agreed to. The app itself said I only had a 1 month membership (see below). They proceeded to tell me I owed them $318.70 and if I did not pay it I would be sent to a debt collector. The $318.70 doesn't even equate and makes no sense. I am now unable to deactivate my profile . I feel very upset and feel that I was extremely misled and the company did not make the information easy to access and made the cancellation process very difficult.
Be2 have replied and are still trying to insist that I am in the wrong and that their company is not misleading nor deceptive. They claim that I have never tried to cancel my membership even though I have sent 3 emails. Going to take this complaint as public as possible so as many people as possible know about how harmful this site is.

I joined be2 this morning & decided to be a premium membership for 6 months for $12 something. I was not sure if that was correct & when I looked into my online banking about an hour ago i was charged of $299.00. unauthorized credit card charges
I received a notification today 21 April 2019 from my bank that R1999.00 is reserved for [protected]@Be2. I did not authorize this transaction. I joined Be2 and took out a 1 month membership. That was the only transaction in an amount of R396.00 which I authorized in March 2019.
I want the amount of R1999.00 to be reversed immediately.
I tried sending emails to various email addresses on Be2 website but still awaiting a response. Their conduct is very unethical.

I did the free trial period and cancelled the service on 24 March 2019. I deleted my profile long ago and last night an amount of R1999.00 was deducted from my credit card. I am furious and insist on immediate refund. This is a scam and I will not leave it at it for money to just be deducted from my credit. Immediate refund required. I am not using the BE2 dating site and cancelled the free subscription period, but still money was deducted from my credit card twice, only over R400 and now again R1999.00. On the 26.oct 2019 I have paid $19.96 one month membership to Singles50.I was charged $79.96 for 1 month .I had to cancel my bank card.Singles 50 were trying to charge my card but they couldn t.Today I received an email from Luxemburg I have to pay $217 for the 3 month membership and if not they will send the debt collector agents
