To whom it may not concern. I would like to put a formal complaint and will be seeking legal action for the following. Ref number/ GB-2019-08-26-[protected]-kS-CB. In reference to the debt recovery letter from TESCH mediafinanz . File number [protected]. Which is now in the hands of my solicitor. I have been in touch with my credit card company and they have assured me that this transaction was paid in full on the 18/9/2019. To yourselves. Therefore any any correspondence regarding this matter should be done with yourselves and the credit card company and not myself. Mr J Ternent. Ps I have saved a copy of this email as proof.

cancellation problem
I have tried for three weeks to cancel my subscription with b2 dating site via the route on their site 'help page' 'cancellation' that tells me i have to cancel my 'premium account before i can cancel my profile ..this takes me to the membership page which then tells me I can't access my premium account as my payment is still processing!
This is one whole month from when I subscribed!
the site tells me I can cancel my account via this page!
I cannot! I have taken photo evidence of the pages leading to this
I have now sent a cancellation via registered post.

i got my gmail account compromised about 1 year ago and for a year in spam i get weird messeges about girls and stuff i didnt know whats happening and few days ago they sent me hote that i got too pay 182 euros for what i dont know i didnt even used their site i go to their client services they said that is not their problem well why i got to pay something that i dont even know about. I was on a dating site and paid for the 3 month subscription. Because the site yielded no viable candidates I canceled the subscription. Now the company Auer Witte Thiel, is demanding money to the amount of £244. In my country this is a lot of money.
I have been getting letters of demand. I have tried to pay them, but neither PayPal or my bank wants to process the transaction because I assume they think it's a scam.
I tried to go to their website that was placed on one of the letters, but it said that the certification expired in 2016.
I definitely think that it is a scam.

Joined this online dating site and wish to change my credit card details and cancel my subscription and they are refusing to do so and asking for signed letters to be faxed. Firstly subscription was online. So unsubscription too must be online. I should be able to cancel whenever I like
They are even threatening in between the lines that I agreed to there terms. They don't have my signature. So why this unethical behaviour?
I resolved it by canceling may card because frankly I don't trust a company that has this type of behaviour

Hi i am from singapore.
This BE2 website is a scam.They have deduct 350 dollar from my credit card account where the advertising fees is only 5 dollar.
On top of that, there is a auto renewal subscription clause where you you cannot cancel this auto subscription in the webpage.
When you click the subscript button, this is where your nightmare will begin.Not only they overcharge you, they will engage a debt collection center to collect this "auto subscription fees", then they threaten a lawyer suit.Please do not subscript and if you do, kindly ignore all their threats..

Received a badgering email quoting contract legal terms threatening action for unpaid fees. The fact is I am unable to log onto BE2 web site to cancel and the complaint site does not open.
The email quotes "Case number ZA-2019-09-23-[protected]-BE2-DN" implying a law suit has been opened 1 day after non payment with no customer care interaction from BE2 organisation.
The fact is I have unsuccessfully tried to cancel this contract and eventually cancelled my bank account to force non payment and some form of contact with BE2.
I have no intention of paying this company as their actions are not ethical.

I have had two payments of $299.40 taken from my account for something I never signed up for, never posted a profile. I have never been contacted by a prospective connection, obviously as I have never joined B2 or whatever they are called. I have emailed the company and so far they have said they have no details relating to me. SO WHY have they taken money from my account, I will now relate this complaint to the Australian Government Scam department. Maybe they can help me get my much needed $598.80.

premium membership cancellation
I'm trying to cancel my Premium Membership however there are only fax and posting options. I do not have the facilities to fax and posting my letter would take too long with no proof of arrival. I need to cancel today or will just deactivate my account. If I deactivate my account I would assume this cancels my membership as you do state that it would be non existent and cannot be reavtivated. I do not understand why emailing my cancellation letter cannot be an option.

unauthorized credit card charges
I cancelled my subscription within 14days and then had was charged another 3 months AT £131.70. An unauthorised transcation. I wrote various letters of complaint and finally on 7th Aug 2019 was reimbursed the initial amount of £51.86 and then on 13th Aug 2019 was reminbursed the amount of £131.70. I do not have an account or a subscription. Today the 5th Sept 2019 I have received an email threatening me with the Baliffs and legal action if I do not pay within 7 days the amount of £141.70. I am not paying this money. I have changed my Credit Card number and opened an unauthorised transaction case against be2.s.ar.l. with my Credit Card company. I will be taking legal action myself against this company if I do not receive communication within 7 days that the matter is closed once and for all and that I will never be contacted by them again

I signed up on the free part of be2 in jan 2019.. it was crap they had fake profiles of people in our area.. we live in a very small area so i new straight away it was [censored].. i didnt make a profile.. they kept sending me emails about these fake people sending me smiles so i went on and follwed indtructions on deleting my profile so the emails would stop.. i did this in may 2019 at the end of june someone withdrew $365NZ out of my credit card.. on inquiring with the bank they said it was this dating site.. i then was told they had taken $299 NZ outta my account in jan 2019.. i have been emailing them for thelast month to have my money returned. They will not give it back.. they have now changed the steps to deleting a profile.. i didnt give them permission to take any money outta my account.

Like other people I was caught out by the automatic roll over charge so accepted that and emailed to cancel the service. In the email address I put an additional s stating services and not service as required, however, the service ceased with immediate effect so I assumed that it had been cancelled successfully. I have been contacted several times by your collection service stating that I owe a further £131.70p for the continuation of a service that your own records will show ceased last May. The correspondence between your Martin and myself clearly shows that the service ceased in May yet I have been subjected to threatening emails form him demanding payment. I went to Natwest Bank this morning to transfer the money to find that they couldn't as the Swift-Bic code wasn't recognised by their system. Are you going to cancel this alleged debt for a service that I have not received or at least give me a means of paying it. I have requested twice to receive instructions to pay via Paypal but again no response so far.

Membership fees
I signed up for six month trial period thinking I had 14 days free trail period to cancel if not satisfied.
Immediately I was matched to unlimited fake profiles and after four days I tried canceling membership and requesting my profile and all my details be removed. My emails went unanswered, assistance delayed until the 14 day refund period expired. They immediately deducted $299. 71 from my bank for the membership. I contacted my bank cancelled my card and had my bank reverse the money. Ive since received an email threatening debt collection for $329.for breach of contract as I havent paid my 6months membership. Even though Ive removed my profile deleted my details and cancelled my membership they are still charging me and late fees included. And threatening me with legal debt collection action!

I am trying to cancel my subscription, I filled out the required form with all details and signature and emailed on the 25/7/19 but then had $179.70 pending from account on the 11/8/19 but then this figure changed to $185.09 on the 10/8/19.
Why 2 different figures i do not know.
But I had sent the required document for cancelling within the 14 day timeframe but money still was taken out.
I have sent numerous emails requesting cancellation and refund but I have heard nothing.

I looked around at various on-line dating sites and decided to settle on single 50's which I thought was to be free, somehow or other during registration process, I ended up paying what was supposed to be €20.00 for premium service, there didn't appear to be terms or conditions and then when I check my bank €71.00 was taken out by BE2 S.A.R.L. I have now had to contact bank and block this company. Please return my money asap, will have to cancel membership. Can't now trust the site. If this is not resolved in a very short period of time, I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, be warned, they operate in an underhand manner!
