Lasik Eye Surgery
Dr. Neatrour performed Lasik and Smile procedure on my eyes on February 4, 2022. After one year, an additional surgery (cataract), and prescription glasses and readers, my vision is worsening with side effects such as dry eyes, nighttime starbursts, and reduced contrast sensitivity occurs frequently. Beach Eye Care and Dr. Neatrour were made aware of my concern for my vision but it did not warrant a response. He is rude and could care less about your health and wellbeing. JUST PASS...
Desired outcome: Give me back my vision and refund the money it cost for me not to have anything corrected.
Laser Vision Correction
I have the principal doctor, Dr. Neatrour at Beach Eye care on recording stating that his associate Dr. Jain overshot with the laser my vision correction, leaving my vision much worse. Dr. Neatrour said the good news was they could go back in and correct with the laser after 6 months of healing, only to find out that the bad news is they planned to continue to charge me for med checks, heat therapy, and ultimately the cost of corrective procedure in 1 eye. Their office is a factory, they do not care about their patients, and they will likely leave the patient scarred, requiring multiple additional procedures. They have been sued many times for malpractice. Beware.
Worst laser vision correction eye doctor in Virginia Beach area!
I also have several recordings of things said that didn't add up. I had to record for my own records bc he talks at the exact same time I'm talking. It's as if I wasn't speaking. I would miss what he said. Our stories sound very familiar. Beach eye care videotapes us in the examining room too. There is a small sign in the room to warn you of that. After the way I was treated today, I will be gathering up my recordings, voicemails, emails, notes, and photos.
I had the same experience at Beach Eye Care. The practice is a factory, I went in to see a doctor regarding laser correction in my far vision. After waiting 1 hour past my appointment time, I was headed in and told my procedure was going to be $3800 for the procedure for my eyes. I had the surgery and the next day my flap fell in my eye. I was in immense pain. Then when they corrected it and it began to heal, my vision was actually worse. Terrible experience and my lawyer is planning to file a malpractice suit.
