So I ordered a hoodie for my son's birthday and the back part was sewn into bottom hem of hoodie. Sent multiple pictures only for them to tell me fix myself . So I carefully tried to take out part that was sewn wrong only now I have to sew bottom hem and the part that shouldn't have been sewn has pinholes in it. Emailed them again with after pictures said was unacceptable and they should either replace or refund have yet to hear back. Do not buy anything from them I have never dealt with such horrible service and they don't like to go good on their product.

You send them a chat and email throughout the ordering process and they state the item takes 20 to 30 days for shipment from China. Really !#$$?##!?
You can not reach anyone over the telephone. There are too many complaints for them. They shoukd be reported to the US Better Business Beureau ASAP

This product was an overprices piece of scrap that belongs in the trash. I was very excited to have purchased this product because it looks great on their description, but reality is very different from what they sell. This company will not refund you or replace the broken products they sell. Buyer beware!

chandelier horror
Don't purchase anything from this company. You will regret it! Total waste of money I ordered a chandelier from this site. First issue was it took a month to arrive. Then the situation became worse. I recieved the ring platform wired and loose crystals and clips. No packing slip or instructions at all. I still have absolutely no idea if all the crystals are here or not. Till this day it's just sitting there. No where near enough crystals were sent! I've been in contact with several of customer support staff. Honestly I can't say a single good thing about any of them. Several open tickets and emails. 5 weeks trying to get assembly instructions for the crystals! Also a packing list to see if it's all here or not. No one wants to address the packing list or a part list at all. Furthermore like some sick movie. They all keep sending me wiring and mounting instructions. Over and over and over again. I did just receive some incredibly horrible attempt for instructions. Honestly my 5 year old could of done a better job. It was one sentence! "Octagonal beads string diamond ball crystal bends are hung in steel rings, one end is hung on the chassis, the other end is also hung on the chassis" They make no sense at all. No where on this site does it say assembly required nor that each crystal will come loose. On the wiring and mounting instructions. it refers to a crystal mat. Was I supposed to recieve a assembled crystal mat instead of bags of loose crystals and assorted clips? In the end. They refused to supply me with crystal assembly instructions or a diagram. They won't even acknowledge a list of parts or packaging slip. They flat out told me no!they will not refund my money. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I hope so how some way. They could suffer as they made me suffer. This has taken almost 3 months.
wall sconces
I received two wall sconces. Opened the package and realized they would not work. I have been going back and forth with them via email trying to return the lights for almost a month, and still do not have the return address. I want a refund. The fixtures were by my standards expensive. The company is repeatedly asking me to keep them as the shipping back to China is very expensive. Who would pay for something that is not going to work for them?
Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated, or at least give their business a black mark.

Beware of this company! This company is in china, I bought a lamp. It arrived several weeks late with no packaging to speak of, a crushed box and a thin layer of bubble wrap. Of course all of the glass was broken. They "kindly" offered for me to wait another month to reship the glass pieces or to spend $100 in return shipping for a $125 light fixture. Waste of time, money and at least 5 emails to reach this unsatisfactory conclusion.

I ordered a set of lights for a restaurant. I contacted them and they assured me they would arrive by June 30. June 30 came and went with no lights. I asked for a refund. They said I could get a refund after I received it.
I moved from one state to another. They then sent the package to my old address. It then got sent to my new address. My restaurant opened last month.
They have denied me any refund. I am trying to settle the dispute with Paypal and Discover. It has been hours on hold.

When I check the status it says pending, when I check Fedex on the 21st it said shipment information sent to Fedex here it is June 23, 2019 no item.
I check with Fedex using my tracking number it says scheduled delivery

I ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt/short set for my daughter for her birthday. Prior to ordering I reviewed the size chart and bought accordingly. After waiting 3 weeks for delivery the items arrived and they were too small. My daughter felt uncomfortable in them and did not want them. I Emailed customer service as instructed explaining the situation and they responded saying that if I looked at the size chart when ordering then the clothes should fit. I responded back informing them that I did but they are still too small and that I still wanted a refund. They just responded back saying that they don't do refunds if they sent the size ordered but that they would give me a 10% refund in this case. I told them to forget it that I would keep the items but NEVER shop with them again!

Placed order, cancelled it a few hours later due to a design change. They emailed me offering a 5% discount to keep the order. I emailed back saying I needed to cancel. They asked if I could keep the order again. I said no...I need to cancel. They wait a day to respond and then say it's too late they can't cancel as it has shipped. Lies lies lies! These guys are crooks!

When it finally got here it is not what I ordered at all. There is not a chain or billard ball, no hardware, no plug. Nothing like the picture I ordered at all. The money was taken out of the account 2 months ago. I would like to know what can be done can I get the righr light or my money back? my address is

In March I ordered item # HL449335 Vintage Dome Pendant Light in black finish with Billiard Ball decoration for pool table or dinning room. I started chatting with the company the end of March. First I was told it was being shipped, then I was told it had been shipped & was on a ship, when I asked from where I was told China. That was mid April, since then I have been doing the chat thing almost every week.
a few weeks ago I was told it had finally ended up in Arizona & I would receive it soon. Well I finally did receive it May 18th. Its not even close to what I ordered. There is no cord, chain billiard ball, no hard ware at all. I chatted about it three times now, & each time I'm told I have to go through supportbeautifulhalo .com & I will get help asap. That has not happened yet. I have been asked if I wanted to put this complaint on Facebook or twitter. I don't think this is a Facebook or twitter problem. I just want the light I ordered & the fixtures. Or return my money. Also how do I return what I received back to you?

I ordered a hoodie feom them a week ago paid for 2 to 5 day shipping and its stuck in the processing status. I've sent email after email to support. I've tried to contact them on Facebook I've opened my tickets and talked to online chat. All they can say is support will get back to me. Not once has anyone contacted me nor have they even refunded my money back.

I ordered a hoodie from these guys and chose standard shipping (3-8 days) at checkout. What they conveniently left out at checkout was the fact that they also had a 1-5 day processing period. As if that blatant false advertisement was enough, they had the gall to take 9 days to process my order before shipping it, almost double the estimated wait time. And I STILL haven't gotten my package.

I ordered a hoodie, two weeks later they said it was out of stock and asked if I'd order a different one. I said no and asked for a refund. A few days later they offered a 5% discount to order the other one, and I said no and asked for a refund. A few days later they counter offered for 10% off and again I said no. It's now been a week. They won't respond to my emails for a refund. I'm now escalating this

I've ordered a hoodie back on the 10th of April but I haven't heard anything about it since. The money was taken for it but yet I've had no email to say it was shipped. It was like they vanished on me. If it isn't sent soon I would like a refund from it. I won't be bothering again. I'd really appreciate if someone did get back to me on the matter. I was given no date either to say when it would arrive, it just confirmed I paid for it and that was it.

Consumer beware... They have no way of deleting your account and when I asked them to do for privacy legal reasons, they actually told me, "just log out and forget about it"... If i'd know this was a hong kong based company I would never have even created an account.
Thankfully there was no credit card info on this account, but it is very suspect with regards to potential identity theft.

cheap imitation item, company will not refund or ship back
I ordered what was supposed to be a cute wool pea coat as we were in the negative degrees back in Feb. The item arrived almost 2 months later. Before opening the package I could tell it was too light for wool. All I did was open the outer wrapping and requested a refund and return. The company asked for pictures of the size label, so I opened and pulled the jacket out and sent the pictures they requested. They replied with since we sent the right size we do not offer a return service. The size wasn't the issue. This jacket is the single cheapest made thing I've ever seen. The tag even says polyester and cotton, not wool. The straps around the wrist... one is on the top side and the other of on the bottom, not fitted as shown, the seams are awful. Due to this company getting away with ripping people off and offering a measly 10% refund so they still make profit off this garbage, I have filed a charge back with my credit union. Wish me luck. If we all do it maybe they will go out of business.

Okay. To begin,
I ordered a single piece of clothing from beautifulhalo in mid january. It was a simple grey loungewear romper. After almost a month of waiting for it, I noticed it was stuck in "processing". I was told it would arrive in two weeks.
The first time I reached out to their customer service chat, they told me it was out of stock, and I would have to wait until march 10th to receive it. Keep in mind, at the time, this would mean I would have to wait over a month to receive it. So, I politely asked for a refund and thus wished to have my order cancelled completely. They told me I would get my money back in two to three days.
Here I am, march 14th, still no refund. I've contacted their support email three times, to which they have replied once, only to tell me they will give me a refund.
Contacted the chat again several times, only for them to keep telling me to wait.
They are also very rude and not helpful at all. For the most part, they always try to send me this copy-paste nonsense basically telling me to go cry to their support email, even though i've already told them i've done that. They just don't want to deal with their customers. Throughout these conversations, i've noticed they also keep leaving the chat and then i'm left with someone brand new every few minutes, and then I have to re-explain everything. This is horrible customer service and this is so ridiculous. I just want my money back.
I should have gotten screenshots from the chat today. I was chatting with support a few minutes ago and the person I was speaking to just repeatedly kept saying "please just wait" "contact your bank, okay" "just contact paypal, okay"

i have ordered 2 sweaters order # 1003429 I talked with Ann and she told me to be patient, Whell it has been several more days have not recieved nothing tracking # [protected] it has been 2 months I want a refund. I was going to order more things but at this rate im not even thinking about it now i will take my business else where, not unless this company is fraudulant.

rust 6 light candle style led chandelier 31.5 inches wide industrial style ring chandelier
I ordered a chandelier from this company, because they were selling the exact chandelier that I saw on the pottery barn website for a fraction of the cost. Same picture. I figured they sold seconds, and that was why it was so cheap. But the chandelier that arrived was just a cheap knockoff of the one I wanted. The band around the chandelier was just a tube, not a wine-barrel style rustic band. The rope was finished off with duct tape, not wrapped neatly in wire. The chain was less than 2 feet long and was so small that it looked funny holding this big chandelier. One of the lighting arms was bent inward. They posted a return policy on their website, which I checked before ordering the chandelier. They barely respond to emails, and it is obvious that the customer service reps are not fluent in english so communication is difficult. They didn't accept the pictures I sent them and when I resent them in a different format they didn't respond at all.
I know that you get what you pay for, but I feel that the fact that they show pictures of legitimate fixtures and then send you a cheap knock off version of it is very misleading and wrong. If they would accept returns, it would be ok. But they don't honor their own return policy.
