I ordered some clothing from this website. I was very excited because I found really cute clothes and wanted to take them on a vacation. About 2 weeks later I decided to contact BeautifulHalo because my items did not arrive. That was actually strange because I even paid extra money for expedited shipping. About three weeks later when I came back from a vacation I received my order. I was really disappointed because I've waited too long and things did not fit! So I contacted customer service and they refused to give me a refund. They offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Do not waste your time and money here!

I've ordered from BeautifulHalo two times. Recently I went to their website and found a lovely jacket which I really wanted to have. So I ordered a jacket and the next day I received a message stating that the jacket I wanted was out of stock. They suggested me to pick something else. I was upset, but managed, and finally received the jacket after a month. The quality was way off and there were some small holes on the inside. I emailed them, saying I wanted an exchange, but they only offered me a 20% refund! I'll never shop here again. Save your money and avoid this website!

I bought for 100 euro on the site, it states no free shipping worldwide. I got a notice from dhl to pay 34 euro import taks.
It took the customer service 11 days to respond to the submitted ticket with the following answer : "please pay the tax and pick up the package asap. Or it will be destroyed soon and we can't do anything for you"

I purchased three shirts for my little sister from BeautifulHalo. When I ordered I made sure that I order correct sizes. But when I received the shirts they were way too small even for my 14 year old sister! Their size chart is way off! Quality was also very poor. So I contacted them to return everything. But was told that I cannot return because their return policy states that returns or exchanges are possible only within 15 days of ordering. It took them three weeks to deliver, so there was no chance for me to get a refund. Never ordering from them again!

I purchased a pair of jeans from BeautifulHalo several weeks ago. I accidentally found their website and it seemed promising, so I decided to give it a try. Well, that was a huge mistake. I also paid extra money for rush shipping. Unfortunately, I never received anything. I contacted their customer support and spoke to their so called representative, who was completely useless. The rep told me that he has no idea where my order was and there was nothing he could do. After this happened, I went online and checked the reviews. Well, I'm not expecting anything now, I suppose I was scammed like many other people.
Do NOT order from this site. No customer service, no 24/7 live chat, no way to cancel order. Horrible. Save yourself the aggravation.

I ordered a dress on September 5th! Four months passed and still nothing! Can you imagine that? They promised shipping would take only two weeks! I'm sending them messages almost every day since October and every time I hear one and the same thing! They keep assuring me they are trying to solve the problem and tell me to be patient! I gave them two days for a satisfactory response, but they just ignored that. Then I asked them to cancel my order, because I cannot wait any longer! And nothing again. So, I demanded a full refund this morning.

I have never ordered anything from this website before, but I decided to order some items as holiday gifts. I placed an order and purchased two items on November 11th. I red the company's shipping guide statement prior to shipping time and it stated that shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. I thought that I had plenty of time before holidays in case something went wrong with my order. 5 days passed but I heard nothing from BeautifulHalo. There were no emails, no calls and no tracking information. So I contacted them myself. I was told all they could do was give me a tracking code. That's when I found out that my order was not shipped out yet. So I decided to wait some more, thinking I still have time. However another 15 days went by and still nothing. I emailed customer support asking for explanations. And again there was no response. I am extremely disappointed. I don't even know if the order is going to be delivered. I will never buy anything from them again!

I ordered two sweatshirts for my teenager daughters (who, in the US, is a size medium). Although the shirts were both advertised as being "one size fits all," what they neglect to say is this means "all five year olds." When I contacted them about it, they gave me a song and dance about them being "within their specs," so they "couldn't do a refund as they weren't defective." Good grief, I would think that clothing being sold for adults that was so small it won't fit a normal sized 15 year old girl would easily qualify as defective, but I'm just picky that way. Good grief, how companies like this stay in business is beyond me. BTW, their website makes it look like they are a US company, but they actually ship directly from China. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.
poor customer service and poorly constructed items
I wish that I would have looked for a review of this company before buying anything online. I bought three items from BeautifulHalo, two shirts and a dress. First, like others have mentioned, the material is very odd and cheap to fell. One of the shirts, which is one size only, fit me like it was meant for my two year old. I am a size medium. The only issue that I had with the second top was the material.in my opinion, it is of such poor material, I am afraid to put it in the washer machine. The last, and biggest issue that I had was with the dress, not only was the hem not even all the way around, it was approximately 2 inches shorter in the back than the front, if not more. When I put it on, the dress comes almost to my knee in the front, and to my butt cheeks in the back. I contacted customer service because the items are not wearable in my opinion, especially the dress. The customer service is terrible. They make to take all kinds of pictures of each item and measure them. The shirt that was too small is my fault because it did meet their advertised size chart. But, I incorrectly assumed that a "one size" item would be cut bigger. HOWEVER, they refuse to take back the dress! The response from them was, "got the pictures. what is wrong with the item?" Really? It is not wearable. They told me that I can keep all the items, but offered me a 5% discount off my next purchase. There will not be a next purchase. I am not a person that usually writes reviews, but I wanted to tell people BUYER BEWARE. If you order from this company, please not expect to ever be able to return the items. It will not happen. If understand the shirt and the top that I bought, but the fact that they won't take back a dress with the uneven hem, they will not take back anything. the quality was really bad and zip broke too easily
My sister and I bought two evening dresses from the website www.beautifulhalo.com. The quality was terrible, and the inner skirts were dirty. Also the zip on my dress broke on the next day. I was so upset that the dress was like rubbish. Of course, the seller refused to return money back, because I broke the zip. So, don’t rely on them and think that they won’t return or help you, if something happens.

My sister and I found the website www.beautifulhalo.com. I also registered there and found the dress of her dream and all necessary accessories. After that I placed large order and got all confirmation info, but the seller provided only some accessories and refused to return money for the other things. As well as no explanation was provided. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Terrible company to deal with. I was told my regular free shipping would take 15 days, it took 20 days, therefore I couldn't wear it to a certain event I bought it for. When the item arrived, the size was not accurate at all or even close. I asked for a return and received an offer of $3.80! I have sent my bank information to contest this charge. I would never order from this company again!

I paid $16.54 for a t-shirt (Item Code:# LM514977), requested a 3XL and waited damn near 3 weeks for it. Well, I just got it, today and, it looks more like a men's medium, instead of what I requested.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND AND RETURN THIS SHIRT? THIS WAS NOT WORTH MY WAIT OR THE MONEY SPENT!
The lighting arrived in a million pieces with no instructions in a beat up box with no wrapping. They will not accept returns. I have reached out several times and they do not have any interest in making their customers happy. They should make it clear that all sales are final and no one would shop there. I want a refund/return.

Inadvertently ordered lights; on March 28, 2016. Wanted to cancel the order and followed the directions to cancel and but cannot cancel orders since there is no "delete" to choose from. Been waiting now for 5 hours for 24/7 live chat. Sent emails, facebook messages, tickets and no response. I want to cancel this order before it is shipped, however, how can I when there is no communication from the company. Horrible company. Guess they got my money and that's my lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
