Don't be mislead by the flattering pictures on the website and marketing campaign, this company is a waste of time. It doesn't tell you that the goods have to be shipped from china and takes around a month. The clothes are at least 2 sizes smaller than they are supposed to be, then they offer you a part refund or you can send the goods back to china which will cost £10 minimum. Really don't bother-a complete waste of time and money.

Americans — please do not order from this company! We ordered 5 light fixtures and only one worked. It took us 10 weeks to get them. 2 came with missing parts, which our electrician confirmed. Parts were promised to be sent and never were. The other 2 are connected correctly and flicker on and off. I've asked to return and for a refund and the best they've offered me is 10% back. For fixtures that don't work! Buyer beware!

This is my worst experience dealing with online shopping.
I ordered a prom dress. They promised to ship it within 24 hours but never did it. It's been one month and the dress is still in their warehouse. To me it's a very strange thing, so I decided to cancel my order. But all my attempts failed for no reason.
I wrote an email asking to issue a refund. They refused saying that the dress is on its way. How about its status stating that the dress is in the warehouse and it wasn't delegated to delivery service? Stop lying

I followed the requirements on the return policy by emailing with order number 869532 and a photo to the email address given but no reply.

This place is horrible, they send you the wrong product not anything near what they show in the pictures. It came to me dirty and very poor material. I asked for my money back and they only wanted to refund me 10%. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Don’t ever buy from this place it’s a waste of money. You can’t get proper service.
This company is absolutely horrible, I will never buy from them again. I really wanted the shirts in the original picture but when I received them they were dirty and looked nothing like the description. I have reported them to the BBB... they will not work with you AT all... PLEASE do not buy from them.

Firstly I was told there was no order, after my money was taken, at which point I asked for a refund, only to have the product arrive 2 days after my complaint at which point I no longer wanted because the customer service person literally accused me of lying when I said they had taken the money. Was made to chase with my bank and paypal. After a week and half we finally came to a resolution which included me keeping the pendant lights. As I had offered to send them back only one box had been opened. I open them second box and the actual light fittings are different styles! This is a joke!

That company is located in China. That's what I want to start with. Sometimes when you order you don't pay attention to that. I ordered several lights from them with a free shipping. But I had to pay for this because they provide free shipping for definite countries. So the lights arrived in 2, 5 months. Which is extremely long! Too long and expensive, and their quality leaves much to be desired, some of them were damaged.
I contacted them and they were surprised that the lights were bad and asked me to send photos of them. I did and asked for a refund. Why would I need something that's dangerous for using? They said if I want a refund I have to send the order back at my expense!

I ordered a chandelier and then received an email from Beautiful Halo on 6/26/17 stating that my order was made but payment was not complete yet. I had paid via Paypal. On 6/27/17 I emailed [protected]@beautifulhalo.com to cancel this order, as I had ordered another item to replace it, and that payment was successfully processed immediately. However, both payments were actually processed, and my Paypal account was debited for both orders, in the amounts of $134.87 (dated 6/16/17 on my Paypal statement) and $136.75 (dated 7/10/17 on my Paypal statement). On 7/28/17 I received the order that I attempted to cancel. I then emailed customer service again asking how to return and receive my money back, explaining my account was charged for this cancelled order that I do not want. An employee named "Finn" responded on 8/4/17 saying "Your order# 829970 have been paid successfully. It is the other order #829969 that is a repeated one which has not been paid. So there is no need to worry about the order#829969" which did not address my issue at all. I responded again, reiterating my issue, and "Ann" responded this time. Ann stated: "Dear customer, as we checked that your order 829969 is pending, you can cancel it by yourself

I would like my money back--I did not want two chandeliers. I only need the one." Ann responded again: "DEAR CUSTOMER, CAN YOU SEEN US THE TWO chandeliers YOU HAD RECEIVED ? AND ALL OF YOU HAD GOT, PLEASE?" Since this has gone on for over two months now and I have not been able to receive an answer and my money is still missing and I am left with merchandise I tried to cancel, I replied: "I am not sure I understand what you are saying, and you do not understand what I am saying. Please put me in contact with your supervisor or I will contact the Better Business Bureau. Thank you." Once again, Ann responded: "dear customer, as we checked that your order 829969 is pending you can cancel it by yourself

I purchased a pool table light on 5/25/17. Thank god I paid with paypal. However, after 3 days the status still said "processing". I asked customer service what could be the hold up with my order. The response was very rude and nasty. After emailing customer service and told to cancel the order I was provided a tracking number and was told the item had shipped. I took the provided tracking # and looked into the number. There was nothing being shipped. Do not order anything from this company.

I ordered five lighting fixtures from this company. They tried to bribe me to change my order in which I refused and was refunded. It took weeks for me to begin receiving the rest of the fixtures. One of the sconces was not shipped with all of the hardware and the chandelier that I paid $200 for, came in a torn soaking wet box that contained a rusted metal frame and 2 broken pieces. I will never do business with this company ever again!

Today is 4/27/17 - date of order was 4/12/17. Ordered 3 chandeliers and 7 outdoor barn lights. The stated expectation for shipping was "3-5 business days". There were a couple of emails sent (from different names) offering coupon codes if order was placed that day. No coupon came. I still do not have the products and of 4 tracking numbers, only one has arrived in the us. When trying to contact the company, there is only a chat window that offers no help in solving the shipping problem. This is a chinese company with an office in london. No phone number was provided after repeated requests. Important: I contacted paypal to file a dispute with this company. Recommend that you file a dispute in order to have $'s returned to you. Paypal says that if the company does not respond to the dispute filed, I will receive my money back. Recommendation - find another company to order from!

Ordered a romper to have designed for. Y sister prom 6weeks ago and still hasn't received it... The bad part is I paid extra fornit to be delivered within 3-6 business days... This company is unprofessional. You pay for your items to be shipped with in the estimate days they offer for a additional price and its like they don't even acknowledge you. Beautifulhalo has the worst customer service. They have people talking to you that don't understand much english. This was my first time ordering from them on march 19, 2017 and I will never come back or send anyone to get any products from this website. Currently I am waiting on a reply on my refund status.

iron chandelier order 789792
I am posting the review after weeks of terrible customer service and delivery of a inferior chandelier.
We ordered what we thought was going to be a beautiful iron outdoor chandelier for our newly constructed entry way into our home.
After waiting close to 6 weeks, it came bent light bulb posts, the spacing of the light bulb holders were inconsistent and looked like a toddler had manufactured it.
I sent the results with photos to the company, they said I should try to bend them back so they were straight, this is a wrought iron chandelier!
I then asked about the spacing and how far apart and some were very close together to be told it still works... So what the issue?
We paid $200 for this piece, they want us to pay the return shipping. I stated no as it's their issue not mine.
Oh, they stated it's to expensive to ship back so will give to you 10%, then 20% then 30% to just keep the inferior product,
I am still corresponding and trying to get a quality chandelier exchanged which they have refused to do!

I want to tell about my terrible experience with beautifulhalo. I have purchased a swimsuit which was on sale and paid $14 for that.
When I received it I was very disappointed because it did not look good and was made from cheap fabric.
Also it was super tiny and did not fit. I contacted beautifulhalo right away and asked for help, but they were terrible and unprofessional. They said that I received the correct size and if swimsuit did not fit then it was not their problem. As I already said they were unfriendly!
I was pushy and did not give up and they finally offered me a refund. But when they said that they can refund only 15% I got super angry! This site is terrible, they are just a bunch of scammers and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please buy somewhere else.

I had purchased this jacket this week and just received it today (I paid the 2-4 days shipping fee) and when I finally opened it, it definitely was not the item that was advertised on the website. I tried to do the live chat with someone and it was darn near impossible they could not understand what I was saying. Other than the jacket being wrong there is a burn hole on the outside of the jacket and a rip on the inside of the jacket along with unraveling hood strings. I tried to contact via email the chat person "computer" gave me and it just says its is not a valid contact.in the pictures you will see the damage along with the jacket that was advertised and the one I received. When I had received an email back from joe he said that he will refund me 20% which is just horrible then says to have it fixed locally.
