GOAT customer service
I ordered a pair of mens 9.5 dunks. After 3 days, the seller sent the item to GOAT for verification. Something was wrong as GOAT had to find a "replacement" pair and the order was updated back to "Seller Packaging". However, GOAT decided a fair replacement pair would be a women's 9.5 and made me wait a month to get a pair of womens shoes that wouldn't fit so I could do the unnecessary return dance where it costs me money for returning it. Never been so annoyed at a company that lies directly to your face. You cannot trust GOAT. Order at your own risk. They will not be there to help.
CORRECTION: GOAT did come through and decide to refund the money before shipping after really giving them a hard time. They were insisting they were not going to to do that for the first 2 weeks.

Ordered my son a pair of the panda dunks for school on Wednesday 8/16 and had them delivered today 8/18 at 7pm. Very pleased with how quick the delivery was and 10/10 on the panda dunks.

I have never had any problems with Goat before, but now I do. I ordered a new pair of Jordan 1s for Father's Day for my fiancé. This is my sixth order from Goat. The shoes were shipped from Hong Kong, which made me suspicious, but their FAQ addressed this. Despite that, the delivery was quick. I ordered them on June 4th at 6pm and they were delivered this morning, June 9th.
When I opened the box, I immediately noticed a crease on the side of one shoe. The second shoe also had a crease in the same spot. I contacted their app and chatted with them. They asked me to attach photos to the chat, and then offered me a $20 credit or the option to return the shoes and receive a refund minus tax and shipping. What kind of offer is that? First of all, $20 is a terrible offer. Secondly, I should be able to return the shoes for a full refund. Honestly, I don't even want a refund. I just want to exchange the shoes for another pair that isn't creased.
I'm not a picky person, so I wouldn't mind if the shoes were for me. However, my fiancé will definitely notice and question if the shoes are new. Additionally, the shoes had a Nike tag attached to them that wasn't in English. I expected this since they came from Hong Kong, but it doesn't look good overall.

Ordered a pair of "brand new with damaged box" Air Force 1 07 black whites took them a week to arrive after paying 14.50$ in shipping only to receive a pair of discolored shoes that look like the leather by the toes and swoosh were in a smoke filled environment then used to make the shoe. It is clear that GOAT does not even open the box during their "authentication check " and sent me these shoes and called them brand new. Then offered me a 10$ store credit or for me to go out of my way and bring the shoes to a *** store to return them for 70$ when I paid 100$ for the shoes including shipping. So then I had to contact a goat support member where he offered me no compensation for the almost 2 weeks it's been without receiving what I paid for. Very unprofessional company and I seriously doubt their authenticity because if they actually did checks they never would have sent me these discolored garbage shoes.

I've been selling on GOAT for a whole year. I have a separate room for years that nobody goes in. I sold shoes just fine for the first couple of months, then out of nowhere last summer, every single pair of shoes I send in, they claim there's an odor to my shoes, which there clearly isn't. I've had the employees at the local store smell them before I box them up, and they all said there's no smell; they just smell like brand new shoes. I don't know why their shoe specialist keeps lying and messing with me, but I can no longer make money to pay my bills on the site because of this. I don't know or understand why I'm singled out. When I send the same shoes they deny to another platform, I never have a problem; in fact, this other platform has never denied my shoes and claimed they smelled like anything. So why is it only when I send these shoes to GOAT? Shaking my head, out of 100 pairs of shoes, they've sent back 80 of them probably. When I mail the same shoes to the other platform, I get paid. It makes zero sense.

I ordered the Zion 1's the same day they came out (April 29th) and I decided to get them from here because NIKE and everywhere else was sold out. They were a little late but the order did say 10-14 business days and could have possible delays. But the shoes are immaculate. Sturdy, clean and great looking. Definitely satisfied with my order.

Absolutely horrible, no customer service, if something goes wrong you are basically on your own. I sold some shoes on Goat and the money was never deposited into my account, I then received something saying the money was deposited into some account that is not mine. Fine, things happen, but then I got absolutely no support. The only option is email, I went back and forth, response was very slow, they changed the person that was helping me 5 times, had to basically start all over every time, and after almost 2 months of this, still no resolution and all I get is an apology for my situation. Will never use this app again!

In order to contact them you have to use email and this ridiculous "write above this line ##" system. Someone different answers each time saying the same thing. Its like starting over each time. It's been months and I am stuck out of over $140 with a pair of shoes I can't wear stuck in a warehouse somewhere. I'm out the shoes AND my money. DO NOT USE! Still waiting on a response asking where/how/if I can contact a corporate manager, CEO someone else. You feel lost in the shuffle and totally helpless and ripped off!

Twice my husband orders shoes for me and no luck at all - 1st time they waited two weeks to tell us they could not find the shoe and could give us a credit we fought until they reimbursed us. 2nd time they moved real quick. The shoes are supposed to be brand new, but upon arrival, they have glue residues, or even a spill on the cloth part of the ankle, scuff marks, and signs of wear, with scuffs all on the heel. When we reach out, they offer us store credit or a full return, but returning requires us to pay for the shipping and taxes, so we're at a loss yet again! So done ordering from here, so disappointed.

They responded promptly and the next day they confirmed my order. A day later, the shoes were shipped from Hong Kong through DHL with a tracking number that I monitored throughout the entire process. I received my shoes today and despite reading your negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The shoes, reverse flu 12's, were perfect. They came in a nice box, were brand new, and even included extra shoe laces and a goat verification card. What more could you ask for? Stop trying to take advantage, GOAT will continue to receive my business. I only gave them four stars because of the slightly long wait time, but other than that, I am extremely satisfied. -*** in Louisville

This is my first time ordering from them. Never heard of the site so I came here to read reviews and got freaked out but I found very few good reviews so I decided to give a shot. I ordered 4/16/21 morning, my shoes shipped that same night and I received it on 4/20/21. Package in perfect condition- shoes were just as I ordered in brand new condition. Wanted to leave this review since there were so many negative reviews that almost scared me into not ordering!

This company is honestly one of the best "middle man" businesses I've ever used for purchasing shoes, I ordered these shoes on the 3rd of May and they came on the 7th (I used instant ship for them to arrive early since the shoe is already verified and in their possession)! They are a great company to sell shoes but just remember everyone makes mistakes (especially now with this whole COVID-19 business mucking about) but overall they came in great condition, they were NOT FAKES. By the way, when ordering shoes overseas (out of country) there is always going to be other fees to be aware of. People saying that this is a scam are totally false since loads of people have gotten the shoe on time. Poor customer service response
I have several complaints with this platform. I currently ship an order to them over two weeks ago, and it shows that the package was delivered yet it shows like the package was delivered to the dock, and I have not been paid or been contacted or updated on my package, there’s no way to get in contact with someone directly that can explain to you what’s going on yet they have my package and my money. I have written several emails and have not gotten any responses. Just an automated email.

I just recently sold a pair of Jordan 1 lows sku # [protected]. The Sneakers arrived to Alias and failed verification. These sneakers were purchased directly from Nike Sneaker released about a week ago. The issue is that the Sneaker is often confused for another Jordan low 1 sku # [protected]. It’s terrible that now I’m getting charged a fee for them to return my sneaker that I bought directly from Nike. When I sent the email request, I got an automated email response. The customer service with GOAT and alias is terrible. They’re a terrible platform and I prefer to deal with StockX.
Unable to cancel 5 mins after
I am again requesting to cancel this order and get refund. I was not aware that buying the pre verified shoes would result in me not being able to cancel after making an error picking the size. GOAT is responsible for listing this release under womens sizes and making it very confusing. On top of that I paid EXTRA for the pre verified and it is ridiculous I can not cancel to make a change 2 minutes after ordering, Customer service has been awful, I will be returning this product if you send it to me and I will be posting reviews of this experience on all platforms. This will be the 7th pair of Jordans I have bought for my family on GOAT and I will never buy from you again after this experience. You all are crooks and have no customer support line for a reasons as you are trying to steal our money, this is no way to do business and retain customers, Very awful, also your 3 day return policy is obviously designed to make it as difficult as possible for customers to return a product. Started as awesome experience. Has been nothing but a nightmare. I recently just joined GOAT and sold a couple pairs of sneakers. That was the easiest part. Wait for the payout and the way it works is GOAT issues you credit in their app, then you have to cash out. So I go to cash out and their system automatically does a two factor authorization, which I understand to protect from fraud. Here is where this gets rediculous. I can't get the text cuz I'm unable to access my phone at the time. I contact support and get a response from Maria right away. Stating they can assist I just need to provide certain information and they can take care of that. Within minutes I submit all information required. Not another word. I send follow up messages since I was wondering what was taking so long and don't get another response until the next day when I submitted a second support ticket. I then have Tricia reaching out to me informing me they have escalated my request and to not create multiple tickets for the same issue to avoid confusion. Now kind you this is all over email or chat in their app, there is no way to contact goat and actually speak to someone. Which is completely absurd being that They say oh you can reach us via email 24/7. That is a lie, sure emails can send anytime of day but there isn't staff working 24/7 apparently because I still have yet to receive any further communication regarding my issue. I still can't access my money for the shoes I sold that GOAT had no problem collecting their fees. It takes 24 hours for them to set up an account yet it's been 3 days and they can't update a phone number so I can cash out? On top of that no communication during a time when peoples lives are all over the place. This is a poor business model with the most unaccountable customer service I have ever seen as well as so much stress over updating a phone number.

I was sold a NEW shoe that i had been waiting on and was so excited for the shoe to arrive in USED condition. The shoes had scuffs on the bottom, written numbers, brown and black marks. I spoke to several individuals explaining that the shoe was in USED CONDITION. I spent over $200 for a shoe that i thought was new. I requested a full refund only to be given the run around. GOAT tried to offer me a store credit and/or discount. I WOULD NOT accept it and told them that I am requesting a FULL REFUND for a shoe that was not sold to me in NEW CONDITION. After i said i would like my matter rectified and to speak with a supervisor, Nash N. said that he would refund me my money to my original form of payment upon my return. I returned the shoe to GOAT, great - I thought everything was going well. I received yet another email from a different person stating the shoe was in used condition and that i could only resell the shoe or receive a store credit. I thought that was hilarious as my receipt and account information show the shoe listed and sold as NEW. After that, Jheremy C. responded back saying the shoe was listed as used and that i could not receive a refund. This is the first time that someone told me that the shoe was listed as used when my receipt and account clearly say NEW so you cannot dispute that. GOAT has lied and said that the shoe was sold as used. Nash N. clearly said the shoe was new and sold as used which is why he agreed to offer me a full refund after multiple email exchanges, images, and video. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the Neckface x Dunk Low Pro SB 'Black' on November 12th for a Christmas gift. I got a notification on December 5th saying that my shoes were shipped but I have yet to receive any tracking information I have the tracking number but no location, estimated date of arrival or anything. I have tried to contact GOAT and the shipping company and the shipping company has reached out to me and told me they don't have the package yet from GOAT so there's nothing they can do. GOAT has reached out to me only through automated messages or messages from two people who have said the same thing like "we apologize for the inconvenience we will reach out to the warehouse team" it's all bs. I am in contact with my bank now and will potentially be reaching out to my attorney because it has been an entire month in a half there's been nothing since December 5th. I got scammed and I'm tired of it.
Order 10.5 sneakers for son and receive 10. Sent 5 emails that took 5 days. From taking pictures of insoles to take pictures of box, was terrible. Pay to get expedited shipping and paid for verification and after 5 days all I receive was a return label. They didn't not offer to fix order or even refund shipping. This was a Christmas gift.
First and last time buying shoes through Goat. I paid with Apple Pay which changing the shipping address to an old address after entering the current address. Upon realizing, I contacted Goat via their submit a request option. It took them 3 days to respond to which I was told the shipping address could not be changed although Goat had not receive it at the time from the seller and the shipping label had not been created. I was told to contact the shipping carrier to have the address corrected. I did just that to only be told that the shipper, Goat, is the only authorized party that can do this. I contacted Goat again to only be told to have FedEX hold my package. I live in a different state, picking up the package is not feasible. I've worked in customer service before knowing that a reroute request is possible. Goat clearly doesn't care to provide a reasonable solution. I will contact my bank to see what recourse I can take at this point.

I purchased shoes for my daughter on 11/19. The money was debited from my account on 11/21. A label with FedEx was supposedly printed on 11/28.I have been in contact with GOAT via email regarding my shoes for the past 3 days. They are blaming FEDEx for the delay when the shoes were still in the GOAT facility. There is no phone number to call and talk with someone. I am convinced now, after reading other reviews, I was scammed. I will find recourse tomorrow when I hand the situation over to my bank.
I've recently sold a pair of my sneakers using the GOAT app during this process the company generated and sends a prepaid label. I used this label and dropped off at UPS. At the time I had a drop off receipt but no longer have it. When the shoes get dropped off they automatically update in the app showing the tracking history. My shoes have yet to make it the warehouse. I randomly checked the app to see a file has been claimed which I had no idea about. I contact GOAT who is now telling me that I can not have my pay out for my lost shoes because I don't have the receipt. WHATS THE POINT OF USING A TRACKING SYSTEM if you're not going to use it properly. I find this WRONG to take my shoes and not give me my money for something that has been lost in the mail.
GOAT is the most money hungry company I've come across. I actually can't believe their customer service it's disgusting. I sound like the worst person writing this but I'm a 25 year old au pair who had to pay off a pair of shoes because I don't make a ton of money. The soles literally came off and they replied with "Those shoes aren't meant to be worn" okay well where the *** was the disclaimer for that? The customer service is non existing and the 3 hour cancellation policy you have is not correct. and I when I received my INVOICE/RECEIPT from GOAT within 10 mins, of my purchased of a pair of retro Air Jordan $ 354 plus tax and delivery everything had been authenticated, so they did not give me an opportunity to cancel and re purchase for the correct size. I shared with them that I purchased a 8.5 and needed a 7.5, My granddaughter is graduating high school and requested a pair for her graduation present June 24, 2022. They have a Terrible business practice and does not consider people can make a mistake and need a different size. I did not ask for a return, just the correct size. What happens if they make a mistake on a purchase or an order, they have an opportunity to retract their mistake , however a customer does not. That is a very bad policy! I received my INVOICE/RECEIPT from GOAT within 10mins, everything had been authenticated, poor business practice so did not give me an opportunity to cancel and re purchase for the correct size. The cancel button did not work. This is disappointing and upsetting for GOAT TO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT SIZE, OR A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER ITEM, BECAUSE I CANNOT USE THE SIZE 8.5. GOAT DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS... NOT A GREAT COMPANY AT ALL. This is GOAT'S response The only thing we offer is our return policy for eligible orders. Unfortunately, the sneaker you ordered is a pre-released sneaker so it is not eligible for return. It was indicated upon check out that this is a final sale. you can only cancel your order within 3 hours from placing the order or before the seller confirms the order, whichever comes first. In the event that the seller has already confirmed the order, the cancel button will no longer be available or will no longer work even if it is still within 3 hours since the order has already been confirmed.
Very disappointing response to suspected fake/counterfeit sneaker sale. Contacted Customer Service with pictorial evidence. They told me that they wouldn't accept the fake sneakers back because they had been worn and then fell apart. The problem is that it's hard for a consumer to notice they are possible fakes until they fall apart. The customer rep (***) didn't care about the potential fraud, just that they had been worn. It's my belief that GOAT only cares about fraudulent selling if it is discovered within their 3 day return window which is practically impossible for a non-expert customer.

I purchased slides (shoes) from Goat for my 13-year son, he tried them on inside our house and realized instantly that the shoes were too small. We sent them back right away and the company denied the return stating "due to the dirt and wear that has appeared on the sneakers for this order, we are unable to accept your return at this time". This is absolutely incorrect as they were immediately placed back in the box. These shoes cost $128 and they are denying our return; they are an unethical company and you're not even able to speak to anyone on the phone. So very unhappy with this company as these shoes were a gift to my son for a good report card. Note: Goat doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I had to click on something.
I am very disappointed in the purchase I made from GOAT for a pair of used sneaker for my grandson's 14th birthday. I understand they were used and had scratches, etc., but the sneakers were falling apart. The soles of the shoes were separated from the shoe and definitely not wearable. Their customer service said they would not refund my money ($250) because is was a final sale. Then they had the nerves to tell me I can resell them on their site to get my money back or even more money. If this is not fraud, what is it?

GOAT has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, you can't call because everything is done via chat or email and when you finally reach someone, it takes them days to get back to you. After the initial delay in authenticating and shipping out my shoes, I immediately realized I received fake or an extremely irregular pair of sneakers. Upon further inspection, I noticed many differences when compared to a friend's authentic pair of the same exact shoe. Concerns included, but not limited to excess glue, separating soles, poor stitching, and the color being off. After days of going back and forth via email, they suggested I send the sneakers back for a store credit minus the deduction of shipping costs. I argued this deduction because it was their negligence to thoroughly inspect the sneakers before they were sent to me. I received them without tags, and in a box without any type of authentication paperwork or tissue paper. I was then forwarded to another department that asked for photos (although almost a dozen photos were sent with the initial email I sent to them requesting additional help). This is absolutely ridiculous as GOAT has sent me an inauthentic item and refuses to acknowledge this, accept culpability, and rectify the error in failing to provide the item that was advertised and I subsequently purchased. This was not my fault that GOAT sent me a subpar, inauthentic item and now penalizes me for refusing to shut my mouth and keep this fake pair of sneakers. My purchase history shows I have no issue returning and accepting the shipping deduction, but this unscrupulous behavior from GOAT is unacceptable. I am willing to send the sneakers back, wait and use the credit towards a replacement pair. GOAT has not tried to make this process easier in any way as this is a timely process. Their policy online states they PROTECT the buyer, but now they refuse to honor this. I feel the only way to fix this is to dispute this transaction.

I ordered sneakers. They sent the wrong ones. I ask for refund which they refused. They gave me store credit and charged me shipping when they shipped wrong shoes. So I'm out on their error. Shadiest of shady companies. They receive thousands of shoes AND SELL FOR DOUBLE SOMETIMES TRIPLE THE PRICE only to fail at providing you with quality shoes. I spent over $1,600 for a pair of sneakers (it was a present) The quality was below average, there was stains, scuffs and discoloration and the shoes came in the wrong box. I requested to either get an exchange or refund me the money in my original payment form. These people will only offer credit, but under their own buyer protection policy you are allowed a refund in original payment. But did this happen? No they are being nonresponsive and unprofessional that I had to reach out to my bank for a dispute. Absolutely ridiculous, I hope they get shut down.

Sent my daughter fake shoes. She didn't know they were fake until she tried to exchange them because they were a little big. She sent the same shoes she received back and GOAT said they were inauthentic. We initiated a chargeback, got a temporary credit, now it's being taken again because the bank sided with GOAT. Scamming a teenager that worked for that money is lowdown. It is impossible to properly communicate with goat.com. After many conversations with a bot, that took longer than it should have, I submitted photos of the used hoodie I received. After finally getting a return label, goat.com had the audacity to send the item back for being in poor condition - the same condition I received it in! The item was never used by me. Actually, I purchased this as a present for my son‘s birthday, which is on November 2. I was left with no present for him and now for some reason goat.com expects me to keep an item that is a basically trash condition. I would never let my son wear anything in that condition. The response to emails on the GOAT website are nonexistent. The communication takes way too long. Actually it is ridiculous. I must have this problem resolved. I also have another problem that needs to be resolved and the bots just don’t respond. It’s very odd.

I have done multiple shoe deals with this company for years and would have given them them 5 stars every time before this experience. I ordered new shoes that were supposed to be authenticated as usual by a specialist assuring they were new. I ordered the air max penny photon dust in the beginning of October. I had been in the process of getting ready to move to Spain at the end of the month and thought I would receive them before leaving but did not.
Once my brother who still lived in NJ picked them up for me he immediately sent me a picture telling me they are huge black scuff marks on the side and most definitely work and not new. Once I reached out to the customer service specialist it had been only 5 days past their 3 day window policy. They told me because I did not write them within 3 day window I was entitled to nothing and the following ensued. The fact that I have been waiting this long for a supervisor and/or competent customer service specialist just dropped this company to 1 star or lower for me. Not only have I done over 10k in business with them but I boasted their reputation as the premier authenticator. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of your least professional customer experience specialists Luis O., once I received my recent order #***. Below you will find the thread of our conversation, photos, and my explanation of why I didn't realize the shoes that were supposed to be new arrived damaged. I also explained that I ordered the shoes at my old address in New Jersey before moving to Spain, thinking they would arrive in time but they did not. Therefore I explained that I had to wait until my brother who lives in Jackson NJ had time to go get the shoes for me in Hawthorne, and once he opened them he immediately sent me photos saying they are clearly worn and scuffed.
I have done a bunch of business with your company as you can see from my seller history but this transaction with Louis O. Left more than a bad taste in my mouth. I explained to him the entire situation about receiving the "new" shoes clearly damaged, and all he could say is you are outside the 3-day window so I cannot offer you a return, refund, or credit with no empathy. I have never had a ticket handled this poorly, every other specialist has been more than helpful and understanding. That should be the case with this scenario as well since I moved overseas, and obviously could not meet the 3-day guidelines since I was moving to a different continent! I believe at this point I am entitled to a refund, substantial credit, and the damaged shoes.
I also told him multiple times in previous emails to connect me with a supervisor which he has actively ignored for days now stretching the timeline even further. I have never lied or tried to scam your company, as soon as I received a picture of the shoes from my brother is when I reached out to you guys looking for a solution. With my track record and future plans of using your company and boasting its reputation, I expect a satisfactory solution. I highly recommend you reprimand Louis O. For his poor customer service skills or get rid of him entirely because I have never experienced a situation like this with one of your specialists. I placed an order with goat 11/9/23 for Dunk Low Grey Fog . I’ve waited for the shoe to be verified and processed and everything. I get an email with a tracking number stating my package will be delivered 11/14/23. It gets to the day it supposed to be delivered and it says delayed schedule for 11/15/23 before 10:00PM. So i waited and i still haven’t received my package but it was marked delivered. I looked downstairs , around the building , ask neighbors have they seen anyone deliver anything nobody seen anyone so today 11/16/23 I’ve made a claim with the carrier and contacted goat support and submitted a request for my refund back and they told me it’s proof of delivery and I told them my package isn’t here so they told me it’s nothing they could do so im just going to dispute this charge with my bank.

Ordered wrong size so tried to get return info to exchange and 2 months later still in a nightmare with no resolution. What should have taken maybe a week is still not resolved 2 months later because CS is AWFUL. They repeatedly ask the same questions because they don't read the answers in the email responses so you go in circles. Requests to escalate are ignored and the same basic level CS reps keep emailing without any help. I clearly stated (and even highlighted) that my original email address was not functioning properly anymore and I was not able to email from that address anymore and offered to answer any questions to verify myself - instead of helping (and this is 2 months on now), Cameron R emailed me recommending "placing orders with active emails that you can reach out from" UGH. The list goes on, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND NO SERVICE!

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes online. I had looked at two different shoes both were size 9 1/2 . I chose the shoes I wanted put in my credit card information and hit the purchase button. I got a confirmation back and it was not the shoes I ordered or even the size. I immediately tried to stop the order so that I could order the correct shoes. I received messages from your online services indicating that the shoes had already been processed. How that can be is beyond me I sent my first emails within 3 minutes. Since then, I have received emails from Jen D. (GOAT Support) instructing me that the shoes had shipped and when I receive them to take numerous photos and send them to her. I did that on Friday morning. Since then, I have emailed Jen 7 times with no response. I want to know how I get a return label to send the shoes back so that I can order the correct pair.

Order shoe on 8/30/23, instant buy. FedEx delivered the shoe 9/6/23. Opened the boxes and saw a scuff on one shoe. Missing shoe inserts, missing size stickers on both. Found mud on the soles of both shoes. Even smelled like they were more than “just tried on”. Sent in a complaint and have had no response. I bought these slides for a total of $264, which everyone already told me was expensive but I trusted GOAT and decided to proceed thinking they would be efficient considering the money they charge. I read through the refund policies and when I got the shoes they were small, shoes were ONLY tried on ONCE and when realized they were SMALL they were put away for a return. Once they received the return I was only getting back $215 which again, I was okay with because I understood their policies and I trusted GOAT. I then get an email that my shoes were DENIED for refund because it was the “wrong item” I get an email saying that they provided pictures (which they didn’t) and I kept asking for pictures and now they say that they can’t provide pictures.
So I have to make a decision to have them shipped back to me (and pay another shipping fee) so I would be losing about $100 OR I can have them cosign the order. I also got an email that same day saying that my order was going to arrive late. MEANING, that they took the freedom to make a decision for me. I just received an email that my return was denied because "there was a hair in the shoe". This is unacceptable. I would like a full refund do to this. On September 9th of 2022, I woke up to find out my GOAT account had been hacked. I originally contacted GOAT to try and cancel these orders, but, per their policy, it was "too late" to cancel. There were a total of 4 transactions placed: Order # *** ($308.07) Order # *** ($312.44) Order # *** ($210.79) Order # *** ($307.09) The 1st 2 orders ***) were able to be identified and routed back to the vendor before they made it to it's intended destination. My bank and GOAT are working towards a resolution for these 2, but that is not the issue. The issue is with the other 2 orders (***). At first, the vendor was stating that the orders had arrived at my house. They told me that if I returned the orders in their original condition, that they would refund me my money to the original payment method. They even provided shipping labels to me, however, I had not yet received the shoes. It turns out that my neighbor had the packages. No issue, as I got the orders from my neighbors and contacted GOAT to get new shipping labels because, as per their return policy, the shipping labels are only good for 3 days once sent. I contacted GOAT customer service to let them know I have received the packages and they AGAIN stated that they would refund me if I returned the items. I requested shipping labels to return the packages and they then stated that I had to cancel the disputes with my bank in order for them to refund me. I did so and provided documentation from my bank showing the cases were closed. It has now been a week and no one has gotten back to after numerous emails I have sent. GOAT is purposefully deceiving me and choosing to not honor their word and refund me my money. I have attached email chains (w/ date stamps) with their customer service team where they say numerous times they will refund me but are now ignoring me. I wish to get a refund for the 2 orders as well as recoup any lawyer fees.

This the details of my order with an order number, my name as Le, condition stated as New, but the box arrived badly damaged, and the size was 8.5. The SKU ended with 002. My order arrived on October 14th at 2:43 pm. The sneakers, which were supposed to be new, were clearly worn. I took pictures at 3:29 pm, sent them to GOAT at 3:47 pm EST due to site upload issues, received a return label at 4:52 pm, and mailed the items back via USP at 5:15 pm EST. GOAT refuses to refund my payment because they claim they didn't receive the pictures before the return process began, which is untrue. Despite the sequence of events, they sent me used items advertised as new. This is from a company that claims to verify and inspect items before shipping. They missed the worn condition, costing me $110. They charged $29 for shipping both ways and offered only $81 in GOAT credit, which is unfair. I demand a full refund of $110, or $95.50 excluding shipping, in my original form of payment. This is a case of unfair business practices, and I shouldn't be penalized for their mistake. You don't sell used items as new, and you certainly shouldn't ship them without proper inspection. I've had no issues with this company in the past, and they've previously canceled orders and issued refunds for any discrepancies. This current situation is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund for their error. They also have a 3-day shipping policy, yet I returned the item within 3 hours without any extended possession, trying on, or use. I simply opened the box, took pictures, repackaged, and shipped it back.

I went online to login to my account in order to create a return label and send them back but after many attempts I wasn't to log in. I contacted customer support with this complaint on: Jul 20, 2022, 6:14 PM PDT. I received a response five days later with a return label and a 'how to enter your account' explanation. Still I wasn't able to connect to my account but I was able to send the BRAND NEW SNEAKERS back to them. on Wed, Jul 27, 4:38 PM I received an email saying that the return is not excepted due to the fact that the sneakers have been worn which is not the truth. I never wore them. they attached photos of the same shoe with completely dirty soles. I immediately realized that this is a scam and reached out multiple times till I received a reply explaining 'how to log in' and 'how to reset the password' and that the return is not excepted. Hypothetically, if I wanted to resell the shoes or chose to PAY to have them resend back to me I am still unable to log in nor reset my password in order to do so. on top of that, I have a gap of 14 days to make a decision: 'If you do not respond within 14 days, we will proceed with Option A and consign the item on your behalf and activate the listing at the original selling price. You may change the listing price at any time within the app.' Also, they sent me today 8/2/22-seven days after they declined my return- an additional photo of a similar very dirty shoe that is NOT matching to the photos they originally sent me. Hello, I purchased a pair of shoes from the company Goat on September 12th. I received a notification that they were delivered, but upon arriving home, I discovered they were not. I contacted Goat to inform them of the issue, and they advised me to check with my neighbors. After confirming that the neighbors did not have my package, I contacted Goat again, and they proceeded with their investigation. They instructed me to fill out an affidavit and file a police report to qualify for a refund. After completing these steps, they informed me that the carrier responsible for shipping my shoes rejected their claim, and as a result, Goat stated they could not issue a refund for the $849.01 I had spent.
Subsequently, I informed my mother, who is employed at a law firm, about the situation. She reached out to the delivery company, which admitted to their error in the delivery process and suggested that Goat contact them for confirmation in order to process my refund. Despite this, Goat has repeatedly claimed they cannot refund me because the carrier denied their request, which contradicts the information provided by the delivery company. Moreover, Goat has been inconsistent in their communication, initially blaming FedEx and later another carrier for the delivery issue.
I had worked hard and saved money to purchase those shoes, and it's disappointing not to receive them. I am seeking assistance to recover my $849.01. GOAT listed a women's pair as men's, with the appropriate sizes. Three days after I ordered, GOAT realized it's error and fixed it. This ended up changed my order from a 12 mens to a 12 women's as the order was already placed. When I reached out to GOAT, I was told they would cancel the order (this is before anything shipped). But they also told me I made the error, despite me including their confirmation email, showing their error. I said to cancel the order and requested to speak to a supervisor about compensation for their error and attempt to pin it on me. After a week of no response, another rep ADMITTED their error and said he would provide a refund and a $30 credit. I did receive the credit and purchased the correct size. But GOAT did not refund me, they gave me store credit, despite it being their error. And then they charged me for shipping, both ways, despite their rep agreeing to cancel the sale before the pair shipped. Now they are holding my money hostage and I'll have to wait another week for a response and/or then deal with a credit card charge back. I don't want any more compensation, I just want my FULL purchase refunded and not to have to pay for their error. Ultimately, I'd like this escalated to someone who can change their policies to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I don't need an apology or more compensation, this is about right and wrong.

I monitored the shipment closely, and the carrier's tracking system indicated that the item was delivered on December 15. However, I was at home all day and did not receive anything from GOAT. By the afternoon, with no package in sight, I contacted GOAT to report the package as lost, especially since I was scheduled to leave the country for Christmas the following day. A customer service representative responded to my email, advising me to follow up if the package did not arrive within three days. It has been three days since then, and the package is still missing. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any further communication. If I do not receive a refund, I will be forced to involve my bank and Afterpay and to file a complaint against GOAT for fraudulent practices. The customer service, or rather the absence of it, is appalling. GOAT's handling of this matter is unacceptable, and I am insisting on a full refund to my original method of payment.

The shoes shipped and arrived to GOAT storage located in Georgia and I placed an order of $14.50 using GOAT credit to ship them to a friend's address in Jersey City. The shipping service used was UPS surepost, known to be economy service serving customers needs of low value. They were marked delivered and supposedly placed in a mailbox of my friend's apartment. The box is 3.6lbs and would not even be placed in the mailbox. I contacted her once it was marked delivered but she said it wasnt there. She checked and asked around to people who may have possibly taken it in but no luck. I immediately filed a claim with GOAT and they responded within a few days with a response that stated: "Regrettably, our claim with the courier has been denied and ultimately the order cannot be refunded. We know this news is disappointing, but please know we made every effort to resolve the claim in your favor. To avoid a potential loss of future packages, please make sure to select a new shipping address when placing orders going forward." The days that passed while I was waiting for a response, I tried filing a claim of my own to UPS and USPS but both were denied. UPS said it was not the company that made final delivery and USPS said no insurance was purchased with the service. I also tried to have the package relocated to a UPS store prior to 'delivery' but because it was UPS surepost, they wanted me to pay extra to upgrade to UPS ground and to get it rerouted. I ordered shoes on Nov 21 thru GOAT. The shoes were sent to them to verify which was done. It then shipped to me allegedly. Two weeks later the tracking stopped in . I reached out to GOAT to find out what happened and can only get agents that email me that they are looking into it. They are a gift that was supposed to be given this weekend. I purchased my order on 11/2/2022, and it was apparently being shipped from Germany. According to the updates on the Goat App, my shoes were in transit and had been verified as authentic. I sold a pair of shoes using Goats seller platform called ***, on November 2nd. I dropped the item off at *** that same afternoon. I have the *** drop off receipt which I will provide. The package never left the *** drop off facility and after 72 hours *** cancelled the order due to that. I contacted *** then via email as they don't seem to have a phone number, and explained that I dropped the package off and *** probably lost it. I called *** to file a claim and after conducting an investigation they admitted to losing the package and agreed to send me a check, but since the shipping label was paid for and provided by *** they said I would need written consent from *** allowing *** to send me a check. *** even attempted to contact *** on my behalf but had no luck. Since then I have been going back and forth via email with multiple *** representatives who only responded every few days. I explained how all I needed was a letter which they refused to provide and even said that the *** drop off receipt is not enough proof that I dropped off the shoes and ***. They then asked that I send a bunch of information for them to conduct their own investigation like my ID, pictures of the item, and a receipt from Nike when I purchased the item. I provided all of those things and they then came back stating that due to the items value of $214 I should go file a police report and send it to them in order for them complete their investigation. I have no idea why they need to conduct an investigation since *** has already admitted to losing the package and is willing to send me a check as soon as they provide me a letter which they are refusing to do. I have provided them loads of information and I do not have the time to go down to the police station and file a claim regardless of the fact that it is a complete waste of their time. I am literally being punished for selling on ***. The lack of sympathy and customer service from them is disgusting.

After corresponding with them via email it was agreed upon that once I returned the shoes I would receive a full refund back to my bank account. I packaged and sent the shoes back using the shipping label they provided. Once they received they shoes they are claiming that the shoes have been worn and that I can't receive a full refund. If the shoes are used then that is how I receive them because I did not once wear the shoes or even try them on. I had no need to for I had every intention to return them the second I opened the package and saw they were the incorrect size, hence me emailing them to return them. They now have the shoes in their possession and are refusing to return my funds. Two issues, upon goat inspecting the shoes before sending them to me why was it not noticeable that the shoes being sent weren't the correct size? If they did not notice they were the correct size did they not notice that the shoes were in a used condition? Now due to there incompetence they want me to take the blame? It is their error therefore they are the ones that take the loss not the consumer. I have done everything they have asked of me and have no need to mislead them on the condition of the shoes they sent to me for I have plenty of other shoes to wear. I simply want them to do honorable business and not mislead consumers. I have since purchased several pairs of shoes from goat and will now be taking detailed photos of each upon arrival to ensure this does not happen again, but honestly the poor customer service has me second guessing doing business with this company in the future.
