I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with JewelScent. I mean, don't get me wrong, the candles and bath bombs are pretty cool and all, but when it comes to their ring appraisals, they're not exactly the most honest bunch.

I ordered a few products from them and got some rings as a bonus. I was pretty excited to see what they were worth, but when I got the appraisals back, I was pretty bummed. They claimed that one of the rings was worth $80, but I knew for a fact that it was just costume jewelry that wasn't even worth $5. I mean, come on, JewelScent, don't try to pull the wool over my eyes like that.

I tried to bring up the issue with them, but all they had were excuses. They tried to tell me that the appraisals were based on how much a retail store would sell the jewelry for, but that just didn't sit right with me. I mean, if you took that same jewelry to an actual appraiser, they would tell you how junky it really is.

Overall, I think JewelScent needs to be a little more transparent with their appraisals. I mean, I get that they're trying to make a profit, but they shouldn't do it at the expense of their customers' trust.

The stuff they sell at JewelScent is pretty good. I gotta say, the candles and aroma beads smell amazing. They're like a breath of fresh air in my house. But, I gotta be honest, the wax tarts didn't really do it for me. They just didn't have the same oomph as the other stuff. However, the body scrub was really nice. It left my skin feeling smooth and refreshed.

Now, let's talk about the prices. They can be a bit steep, if you know what I mean. But, I guess you get what you pay for, right? And, let's not forget about the rings. They're pretty, but they're not real jewelry. I wore a few of them and they turned my fingers green. Not a good look, if you ask me.

One thing that really grinds my gears is how long it takes for them to fulfill orders. I mean, come on, it's been over a week and I still don't have my stuff. That's just not cool. But, I will say that these products make great gifts. They're unique and smell amazing. So, if you're looking for a gift for someone special, JewelScent might just be the way to go.

I recently bought 3 ring bombs from JewelScent on 12/13/17. Unfortunately, they arrived after Christmas and to my dismay, 2 of them did not have any rings in them. I reached out to the company for a refund, but their response was not satisfactory. Instead of giving me my money back, they sent me 2 more rings that were of poor quality and didn't even come with bombs.

The one ring that I did receive for my daughter-in-law was already tarnished and turning her finger green. It's been a frustrating process trying to get a resolution from them. I've had to send multiple emails and pictures over the course of 2 weeks just to get this disappointing response. It feels like I might as well have thrown $50 down the drain.

Overall, I would not recommend JewelScent to anyone. It's not worth the money or the hassle.

I been waiting for a reply from my sponsor, Lee Hardy, for over a month now. I tried to reach out to her on Facebook and sent her an email, but she hasn't gotten back to me yet. I'm feeling pretty frustrated about it. I mean, I signed up to be a Jewell Scent consultant, and I was hoping to get some guidance from her. But it seems like she's not interested in helping me out.

So, I decided to call the company to see if they could help me out. But, to my surprise, no one answered the phone. I tried several times to call, but no luck. Finally, I left a message for them to call me back, but I haven't heard anything from them yet.

Now, let's talk about the products. I have to say that one of the candles did smell lovely. But, unfortunately, the rest of them were junk. I was really disappointed. And don't even get me started on their rings. They were cheap and ugly. I mean, I was expecting something a little more high-quality, especially since I paid good money for them.

Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Jewell Scent. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are not up to par. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I used to work for JewelScent, but I had to quit because they were not treating their customers right. I also found out that they were not being honest about how they do business. A lot of people have complained about them, and I couldn't keep promoting their products when I knew they were ripping people off. To make things worse, they even suspended my account. I'm looking for other companies to work with that treat their consultants better and take care of their customers.

So, I recently had an experience with JewelScent that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I accidentally ordered from the wrong consultant, which is easy to do since the company automatically assigns a consultant to you when you make a purchase. I reached out to them to see if I could return the item, but was told that I wouldn't be refunded for the shipping. I paid $10.58 for 2-day priority shipping, which I know arrived on Tuesday. However, it's now Thursday and they're saying they haven't received my return yet.

If they had let me know that they only pick up their mail twice a week, I would have sent it out sooner. It's a bit frustrating to have to wait so long for a return to be processed, especially when I paid for expedited shipping. I understand that mistakes happen, but I wish they had been more transparent about their return process.

Overall, I do like the products that JewelScent offers. Their candles and bath bombs are great, and I appreciate the added bonus of a hidden piece of jewelry inside. However, I do think they could improve their customer service and communication. It would be helpful if they provided more information about their return process and shipping times.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience with JewelScent. I put in an order on their website a whole week ago and I ain't heard a peep from them since I paid up. They say they ship within 2-3 business days, but I ain't seen hide nor hair of my shipment yet. I tried emailing their support team, but it's like they're ghosts or something - nobody's responding to my messages. All I got was some auto-reply saying they got my email, but that's it. I was hoping to give my special someone a Valentine's day gift from JewelScent, but now it looks like that ain't happening. Even if the ring they were supposed to send is worth anything, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Ain't no way I'm ordering from them again.

I was in a bit of a pickle, needing to get my hands on five gifts by the 28th of July. I decided to take a chance on JewelScent and ordered six candles on the 18th, as their website promised delivery by the 27th with three business days for shipping. I reached out to the company three different times, stressing the importance of receiving my order by the deadline, but unfortunately, they couldn't give me a straight answer.

To my dismay, five business days later, I received a shipping email stating that my packages had been sent via UPS ground and wouldn't arrive until the 31st, three days too late. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service from JewelScent.

I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again, especially since I had reached out to them multiple times and would have been willing to pay for faster shipping if it was offered. It's a shame that such a promising website fell short in the customer service department.

So, I was really excited to order from JewelScent on 12/15 because their website said I would get my candles by Christmas Day. But, when I checked on 12/20, I saw that my order hadn't even shipped yet! I was so disappointed and frustrated that I had to call them. Let me tell you, their customer service is not good at all. I had to leave a message for them to call me back, and it took them forever to do so. I even emailed them on 12/19, and they didn't get back to me until today, 12/29! Can you believe that? And, to top it all off, I still haven't received my candles yet. They apologized and said they were backed up because of Christmas, but that's not a good excuse. If you promise something to your customers, you need to follow through. I'm really disappointed in JewelScent, and I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. So, if you're thinking about ordering from them, be warned!

I recently purchased an e-gift card from JewelScent for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I made the purchase on June 29th and the money was taken out of my bank account on June 30th. Her birthday was on July 3rd, but unfortunately, the gift card did not arrive on time. It's now July 8th and I'm still trying to get them to send it. I've been having a hard time getting in touch with them over the phone. Every time I call, the phone rings and then I have to press 1. After that, the music comes on and they tell me that there's nobody available to answer the call. They ask me to leave my name, phone number, and email address. I've called many times over several days and have yet to reach them. It's been quite a hassle for me and I'm not happy about it. I don't think I'll be doing any further business with this company. It's just not worth the trouble.

I ordered the 3 bathbombs that look like the valentines sweetheart candy. I used one tonight and there was no jewelry in it! On the other hand, i also ordered their body scrub and the ring i got in there was gorgeous! But i have no way of twlling how much its worth because it didnt come with a code. However, im happy with the ring. No matter what its worth. Its just gorgeous! But im really upset that there was no ring in my bath bomb. Pic is of the ring i got in the body scrub. I have just discovered i LOVE body/sugar scrubs. So i will be a repeat customer for the body scrubs. I ordered the sewwtpea scent and it smells sooo good! Its like whipped butter. (The consistancy) not 90% sugar like the other ones in have tried. However, i think i will stick to dollarbathbombs.com for their mini bath bombs. They smell sooo good. Especially the lavender/vanilla scent. And they only cost $1.00 each and you know their isnt a ring in their mini bath bombs. For anyone who wants to give them a try, dont let the mini size fool ya! Every time i take a bath, my whole house smells amazing. Lol. After getting such a gorgeous ring in the body scrub, im just really highly disappointed there was no ring in my bathbomb.

I bought a gift from www.jewelscent.com and must say that I was very disappointed with the quality. Customer service rep said that there was nothing they can do and that they were not able to refund my money. I contacted them several times and said that I was not satisfied with the quality of my jewelry and candles and that I wanted to return everything but they continued to say no.
I am very disappointed that JewelScent did not give me a chance to get a refund. I'm unhappy that I wasted my money on such low quality products! Never again!

I ordered two lavender candles from the company www.jewelscent.com. I got the on time, but it didn’t smell at all. I was shocked, because the prices for these candles were high, but they didn’t smell and look as simply and cheap candles. Total scam. As well as the seller warned me in advance that he wouldn’t take the candles back. I won’t use this website again and won’t recommend other people and friends to buy from them.
