Shophive.com Services

I registered with Shophive for online job
They said it linked to Amazon
I started orders as soon as I was registered,
They said I should recharge to keep taking orders, which I did
Each time I completed my task and I want to withdraw, it keeps telling me
I should finish the task before withdrawing, and when I do, I try to withdraw again they repeat the same thing, like as if I don't know what I am doing
Please I don't know if it is legit or a scam, I would like it very much if I can withdraw my money without all this unnecessary protocols
Please, kindly do something about it.

Desired outcome: I want to withdraw my money even if it is not all at least a substantial amount

Shophive.com Dell Laptop battery

I ordered a laptop battery from Shophive since I couldn't find it elsewhere. My order was confirmed immediately and I was happy that the battery will be shipped in few days. Three weeks passed and I didn't hear from Shophive. I contacted their customer service and they took a week to respond with "we will come back". Nothing happened, I asked for updates and I was replied with 5 or 6 words "you will be contacted soon". Nothing happened. I asked for refund, I was told that my complain was forwarded to respective department. Nothing happened. I asked for the issue to be further escalated and of course nothing happened with no response at all.

I think this site is fake, unless proven wrong.

Shophive.com ripoff

I had ordered a webcam of the site "www.shophive.com" on 09/september/2017 as it was not available on other good reputable websites such as daraz and kaymu. Going through with the order I was calm as I had good past experiences from other online outlets. The order confirmation was made from me on text with the response being "Ok sir it'll be deliver to you on tueday.Thanks"(same date as the order placement).
The following provided me with a sense of assurance as the product will be delivered soon.The day arrives I check my mail and behold no mail was present, I call up the provided number "[protected]" as to check why the order was late. A representative informed me that due to rain the order shipment got delayed, no issues I remained calm considering it was within their told shipping period of 2-4 days.
13/september/2017 I receive the product happily I opened the package and plugged the webcam into my computer, installed the drivers and got ready to start using the webcam. The camera didn't show anything other than a black image full of noise that looked like the lights were turned off even though all the lights in the room were switched on.
Considering it was my computers fault I tried it on my laptop, tried using updated drivers off of Logitech's website yet the webcam still does not work as expected.
Since then I tried contacting their contact numbers getting no response and the only outlet being the live chat responding giving me fake hope that some one will contact me soon or send an email to "[protected]@shophive.com" etc
Having the above mentioned options exhausted I started looking up shophive online and multiple untended complaints were existing from which I got hold of the contact number of Arsalan the CEO of shophive.
I contacted him on voice call and he told me send an message to his number, which only resulted in him blocking my number and not giving me a positive response.
I do not Know what kind of a scam they are pulling or how they are able to exist even after such a terrible customer service.Please don't act as foolish as me and look out for such fishy websites.

Shophive.com Selling faulty phones

We live in an age of e-commerce where customer satisfaction has become a hallmark of all the top brands, however, there are some such as shophive that are ripping off customers. Please advise as to what can be done about this. Abolutely pathetic service from shophive - I am simply speechless to how shophive treat their business amd their customers. So I purchased an iphone 6plus for my mom from the shophive outlet in liberty lahore on the 21st of jan. On the second day the torch and the charger stopped working. So I called up the shophive outlet and they told me that they would get it fixed. Mr moazzam (Branch manager) claimed that the phone would be ready to use within a day or two. Upon further investigation the shophive team discovered that the board of the phone was faulty and that they did not have any replacements to repair the phone. I requested them to get it fixed despite the fact that I had been clearly given a faulty / refurbished phone. To speak of theor audacity, shophive have advised me to plan a trip to dubai. Is this the sort of service that a brand like shophive should be promoting. Is this why people like us should spend our money to purchase products from a brand that sells substandard products to overly trusting customers. This has been an absolute nightmare. Will never buy from shophive again and will never recommend to anyone else. Please be advised, you want a phone - just go to 'dubai' and buy your phone (Recommended by shophive themselves). Please recommend as to what should be done about this and where better quality services can be acquired

Shophive.com Samsung led problem

Assalam o Alaikum Sir,
i have been a customer of you lately. I bought a samsung LED model ua40d5000 from you about a week ago for rs.75500, which is infact a big amount for me. i have heard a lot about your good and cooperative service from my friends who have been regular customers of you. but unfortunately i am facing some problems. i have ordered the tv from district gujrat, and your crew sent me the order within 2 days. that was fast. I am a doctor by profession and i had no experience of online shopping ever before. so this was first of mine. unluckily it has not been a good one yet. first of all the problem was that the table stand of led was not of it when i opened it.that was of some other model. i had to send it back and got exchanged for which i m really thankful.i kept the led packed and did not use it until the original stand came yesterday. from the very first day i noticed that when ever i turn the led on, it had a dark upper half than the lower half and screen colors were bleeding in that region.however that problem solved after it kept running for a while. i informed urgently to your center and i kept on wondering that why is this happening. now yesterday the led suddenly went black with no sound. now its not even starting, the red light just keeps on blinking but the led never starts. i have not asked for any local tv repairman. i just want that kindly you help me out of this mess and guide me what to do. i am really upset about this purchase. i have not seen even a 10, 12 year old tv needing any repair but what for this brand new led. i really hope that you would cooperate and help me out as is your saying to satisfy your customers. so that i shall be looking forward to buy some more products as well as suggest other people to you.
