GOAT I have sold multiple pairs of shoes through GOAT, all authenticated successfully, then bid on long-desired shoes.

I have sold multiple pairs of shoes through GOAT, all authenticated successfully. I then placed a bid on some shoes I have been wanting for a long time. Took months before someone finally accepted my offer. The transaction was completed on 2/14/2022. The seller sent the shoes for authentication, which they passed, then they were shipped to me. They were sent with signature-required tracking and were marked 'delivered' on 2/24/2022 at 3:01 pm. I arrived home from work at around 5 pm that day to find no package. I contacted GOAT support about the missing delivery. They advised waiting 3 days in case of early tracking updates. After no package appeared, they initiated a lost package claim with UPS. Due to the value of $1,934.13, I filed a police report and signed an affidavit. Three weeks later, with no update from GOAT, I learned UPS denied the claim and GOAT suggested using a different address in the future. Disappointed, I decided not to buy from them again. After extensive communication with UPS and GOAT support, UPS agreed to compensate for the lost package. They issued a check on 5/20/2022. Despite informing GOAT, they repeated that UPS denied the claim. The phone number for GOAT provided by UPS led to an unrelated individual. After over 5 months of disputes, I am considering legal action to recover nearly $2,000, regretting not using my card instead of GOAT credits.

GOAT I had an order canceled within 5 min of placing it

I had an order canceled within 5 min of placing it. I received an email saying that a refund would be back in my card 3-5 business days ;turns out that they never took the money out to begin with). Anywho, my order was cancelled due to a problem processing the payment. I just wanted to know exactly what that meant so I emailed GOAT. I didn't get a response back for another 5 days. After I get a response, AYLIN Z. says "Oh unfortunately we can't remove the hold on your account because of a dispute on order #***. I am very confused about this because no one from GOAT contacted me about any type of dispute leading to my account being placed on hold. I have about 9 orders and all of them were uneventful, completed, and PAID FOR. This so-called "dispute" is concerning and I want some more information about it. Let's realize that my issue emailing them in the first place was never about a dispute (was never made aware). I simply had a brief question about my recently cancelled order. Now this is a bigger issue that is taking weeks to resolve. In the past, I have emailed GOAT about some general questions and they've always gotten back to me so quick, I mean like minutes or a few hours (a day at most). Now they're dragging their feet like they don't want to help me, which is frustrating and beyond unacceptable. Trust me, they do pick and choose who they want to respond to. This dispute has been on my mind a lot and I can't even get a peace of mind knowing that I can't reach someone to help me. What kind of customer service is this?! However, despite the chaos, I know that I am an honest person and all of my orders have been completed with no issues whatsoever. You can't even buy anything without having sufficient funds to begin with. My theory is that they're trying to mess with me by creating havoc. I absolutely won't have it and I want to know why GOAT doesn't respond to me at all..They've been telling me that they've escalated my issue and leave me with that.

GOAT Would give zero stars if it was an option

Would give zero stars if it was an option. DO NOT use this website. A TOTAL SCAM. Ordered a specific pair of Jordans that my niece wanted for her birthday. Took forever to get to me, not a huge deal, but once we finally received them, she tried on ONE shoe for maybe 2-3 minutes max and said they were too big. The other shoe never even left the box. I promptly returned them only to receive an email saying the shoes had been worn, had scuffs, etc, therefore I would not be getting my money back. They even sent pictures of said "damage" and I saw nothing. They offered to consign them for me (at less than what I purchased them for since they had been "damaged"), OR refund me an amount that they deemed they are worth now after the "damage". I told them one shoe hadn't even left the box and any damage they observed had to have been done in their handling of the shoe. Of course this was not accepted. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, as this entire experience seemed fraudulent at this point. Because I purposely made the purchase from the website, my bank was unable to call it fraud and refund me my money. I then attempted to get the shoes back from GOAT so I could consign them myself, as I was increasingly uncomfortable with them having both the shoes and my money. I tried multiple times to have them shipped to me via the app and continuously got an error message in spite of entering everything in correctly. I finally got a customer service rep to manually send me a PayPal invoice so I could pay $14.50 to have the shoes shipped back to me (more $$ out of my pocket and still no shoes). He confirmed the receipt of my payment and assured me that I would be able to view tracking info for the shoes on the app in the next few business days. I waited about a week and was never able to obtain any tracking info, so I began emailing again looking for a status update. After a number of unanswered emails, I finally got a response saying that they could not ship the shoes...

GOAT GOAT deserves to get audited

GOAT deserves to get audited. *** This experience of solely dishonest and disreputable actions. I will never shop at GOAT and warn friends/family to not shop there. I purchased a brand new pair of "Air Force 1 Low'07 SE PRM JELLY JEWEL PLUM CHALK" on Wednesday, July 21st at 9:43 p.m. after sending a request to cancel my Thursday July 22 at 2.p.m. less than 24 hours from the order. On the GOAT website it states if the order hasn't been authenticated or confirmed by the seller you have the right to cancel. A lady named Micah said they received the show in "B Grade" which meant it was a used shoe and they were unable to provide photos which i find deceiving and ethically incorrect then gave me two options accept the shoes for 20 percent discount or replacement seller to fulfill the order with brand new pair of shoes in excellent condition (should have been done in the first place) if they aren't able to find a replacement in 24hrs they will issue me a full refund. However this does not make sense since I have emailed this specific person asking for a refund since any information was provided to me. They are trying to find a discrepancy so they could go they could use the return policy against me to stay with my money. They are not able to provide a valid reason as to how I can proceed with my refund which clearly fall into the category of the policy where it does state I am able to have my funds returned. The options they're giving me is to keep the transaction which was about $300 so they won't loose business. After bringing my concerns to Micah and attention to other customer service representative I cannot fathom how unprofessional and unethical staff and management act towards a customer. 2 days of myself trying to communicate with the representatives it seem they now need "time" to prevent the act of due diligence. This has been an act of pure act of negligence. This business deserves to get audited. As well have not received any legitimate response.

GOAT I purchased a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 V2's as a birthday gift for my fiance, and unfortunately they did not fit/ were too small, so we wanted to

I purchased a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 V2's as a birthday gift for my fiance, and unfortunately they did not fit/ were too small, so we wanted to exchange for the next size up - he tried them on in our bedroom on carpet and then took them right off and back into the box. I attempted to return the pair the next day, well within their "return period", at which point they gave me a hard time about it not being within their time frame being, but would accommodate it as a one time courtesy... After sending the shoes back I got an email saying they would not accept the return because they were worn, and they sent pictures along with it. I responded to let them know they were only tried on for size on carpet, and looking through their multitude of photos I did not see one sign of wear or dirt. When I asked them to tell me where the signs of wear were (because they weren't visible to me in the photos) they avoided the question and sent me to a new customer service rep letting me know they were not accepted with their same generic response- one rep even said "they could not be tried on"... which was contradictory to another rep and absolutely absurd. After a month of waiting and going back and forth I finally let them list for consignment as "used", (so I could try to get some of my money back and finally repurchase his birthday gift) and they actually listed them for the original price I purchased for (meaning they thought their condition was fine to be sold at a "new" price point). It's now almost 4 months later and the shoes are still sitting in consignment and I have not been able to give my fiance his birthday gift. I even checked their website today and they aren't even shown- that being said I have no faith they will ever be sold through their site. All I can say is that this company is shady & they do not care about their customers, made evident by their customer service. They avoided addressing my concerns and it's obvious they were never going to accept a return, even though my intention was to repurchase with them! This was my first time purchasing with them and it will be my last.

GOAT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen a lot of positive reviews for GOAT which are mainly from what happens if by chance they get your order right

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen a lot of positive reviews for GOAT which are mainly from what happens if by chance they get your order right. Let me let you what happens when they get it wrong. I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Retro Chicago (XXXX). The delivery was fine, could see it actually came from Australia (where I live) was sent to the US and then presumably checked and authenticated (which I now know is not what happend). They then made their way to Sydney, all in all from the date ordered I got them in 2 weeks. The shoes in question are over $2800AUD and the customs fee for coming into Australia is about $500AUD, so over 3K spent. When I received the shoes, I noticed straight away they had issues on them. Scuff marks, red stains, a deep scratch on the back of one shoe & the stitching along the entire shoe was raggerty. To me it seemed like the shoes had already been worn and the persons attempt to clean them failed. I contacted them straight away with photos of the shoes and all of my concerns. I advised them that it looked like the shoes had not been checked properly otherwise they wouldn't have been sent out. We went back and forth for literally 3 months and by the end of it the only thing they offered me was: 1. Return the shoes for GOAT credit only 2. Keep the shoes and receive an $85 voucher with GOAT All I wanted was for them to exchange the shoes with no extra cost as I would have needed to spend another $500 for the customs fee. I also asked that if I decided to return and repurchase how can I be sure the shoes will be in the proper condition this time to which they gave me no solid answer simply that they would note it on my file. The shoes were real, I will give them that. But I have never in my life dealt with such bad customer service, they would ignore my emails, simply not reply, reply to only certain parts and never fully address my concerns. I dropped over 3K for used shoes and they will not admit they have done any wrong. I promise you, the shoes are not worth the stress they have caused. I am not writing this awaiting for a reply as I know it will be generic and underdeliver again. They speak to you like they are robots and only care to take your money not to keep you as a customer. It it so unbelievably shameful. You can keep the pathetic $85 credit. BYEEEEEE

GOAT I had the worst shoe buying experience of my life with Goat

I had the worst shoe buying experience of my life with Goat. I purchased a pair of Jordan's for my girlfriend for XMAS 2019. Needless to say the package was late, but 3 months later in March I finally get an email that they are finally sending my shoes out. I originally had the package sent to my work, but just as I get this email, the coronavirus hit. I look for a phone number to call, but there is no phone number to call. Finally after sending multiple emails, I downloaded the app and sent multiple emails through the app and finally got a response. They said they could not re-route packages and I would have to try to intercept it along the way. I contacted UPS to have them stop the shipment at one of their fulfillment centers. When I went it UPS they showed me on there screen that the shoes never even shipped. I just drove an hour from my house for shoes that were never shipped. I contacted Goat and after a couple of weeks of talking to bots, I finally got a person and he is less help than the bots. Finally I get an email from Samantha. She tells me the shoes were "shipped back to them" and they have them now and if I want to re-route them I have to go to my online locker we're they will be held, PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN, and get my shoes. Needless to say I paid for the shipping and finally in May I get my girlfriend's shoes from last XMAS. Also, after all of this, there is a part in the stitching of the shoes I don't see in other Jordan's that make me questions the authenticity of them. Now I don't want a credit because I will never shop with them again, but you would think after something like that they would pick up the shipping on the 2nd time they had to ship the shoes out or give a credit for their website. NOPE! Nothing! That is why they are the worst. Hard to communicate, bad customer service, late shipments and bad process and when they mess up, they don't do anything about it and had the nerve to say I hope you will give us a chance to serve you again. now the only one at the company that helped in any way, was Samantha and I told her I would give her a good review. Thank you Samantha for what you did for me in the end. I really appreciate it. Your customer service was on point and you answered every email no matter how mad I was. You should be running this company. iAs for your company though, SMH, GOAT, YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

GOAT I started using the Goat app mid 2018 until now because of the payment plan option they have

I started using the Goat app mid 2018 until now because of the payment plan option they have. I've ordered a total of 11 pairs of shoes from Goat and started noticing discrepancies with the shoes. I then researched authenticity information online with little results. So I carefully analyzed and compared each shoe in the pair to each other and what I found was shocking! The laces for 10 out of the 11 pairs were not even close to the same length. The colors of the rubber, leather and soles were slightly lighter or darker than the other. The glue or bonding agent used was more visible than the other. Some pairs had one shoe slightly differing in overall structure. Logos appeared smaller or larger on some. Some of them had poor stitching compared to the other. It seems others experiencing these same issues don't get approved to be posted on big search engines which is why I found no answers. I believe, without a doubt that Goat purposely switches out an authentic shoe and replaces it with a fake, and in some cases a fake pair. I also believe they manufacture replicas in-house to fulfill an order. Once an order placed matches a switched/replaced shoe to make an authentic pair, they then sell it at full price. All 11 pairs I purchased came with 100% authenticity cards from their verification department but in reality I have 10 fake pairs and 1 authentic pair. I'm gathering evidence and proof of Goats deceitful business practices and will ensue in civil litigation. Contacting customer support about these fake shoes results in an overly complicated process including delays, usually ends with "Goat Credit", and the customer paying for shipping charges. Goat being the middleman for the entire process makes it easy to scam unaware consumers. My advice for others purchasing through Goat is to completely remove both laces from the shoes and measure the length, a millimeter or tiny difference is normal but if it blatantly differs in length, one or both of your shoes are likely not authentic. Check if the colors match. Look closely at the stitching detail. Are the logos exactly the same size or placement? Does one fit differently than the other? It's sad that 10 pairs of the 11 I bought through Goat are fake with no way to get refunded or credited, while they basically scammed me and no repercussions for doing so. It seems the only option I'm left with is a civil lawsuit. ***BUYERS BEWARE***GOAT MAKES & SELLS FAKE SHOES

GOAT I recently bought a pair of Jordan 1 shoes from GOAT for my husband as a Xmas gift

I recently bought a pair of Jordan 1 shoes from GOAT for my husband as a Xmas gift. However, my husband indicated he wanted the Jordan 6 instead. He did try on one of the shoes I got him to see fit and that was it. He didn't even walk in it. Upon returning the shoes for a credit so we can buy the pair he wants, the return was denied with the below email. This is completely incorrect and unfair that they want us to join the buyers side to sell the shoes. I simply want the credit so I can buy the actual pair that my husband want. THAT IS IT! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE TO RESELL AND MAKE MORE MONEY! Hey ***, Unfortunately, after an inspection of the sneakers our specialists have found that the sneakers have been worn. Please refer to the photos that have been sent to you in regards to this order. While we do understand that sneakers can be tried on or worn in brick & mortar establishments, but due to the dirt and wear that has appeared on the sneakers for this order, we are unable to accept your return at this time. Please note that all returns are subject to evaluation. The shoes, box and accessories must be in the same condition as when shipped in order for the return to be approved. While we're unable to accept a return, we can have the sneakers re-listed and made available for sale. Once sold, the earnings will be added to your account for cash out. At this point, you have two options: Option A: Consign the sneakers with GOAT. We will re-list the sneakers for you under your account at the original price paid. Once the sneakers sell and the order has been processed, you will receive payment. The commission rate will be based on your seller rating. Option B: Have the sneakers shipped back to you. Please note shipping costs may vary based on the weight, location, and value of the sneaker. These costs include shipping both to and from our facilities. Once paid, we will send you the tracking information to follow the shipping progress. In order to proceed, we kindly ask that you confirm by selecting it through the app. I've attached the instructions below: 1. Tap on the profile tab (last icon on the bottom navigation) 2. Tap on 'ORDERS' 3. Locate your order From here, you should be able to select and confirm how you'd like to proceed. Please let me know if you have any trouble locating your order. Please note, we will require the confirmation within the app rather than a response to this email to proceed. Thanks, Samir P. GOAT Check out our GOAT Support Page.

GOAT Honestly ,i been a costumer of GOAT for at least 10 pair of shoes

Honestly ,i been a costumer of GOAT for at least 10 pair of shoes . This is what i found ,pay attention ,because was not the same pair of shoes ,they're been different : 1-The first pair of shoes arrive to you in less than 5 days . Then GOAT start rating your "purchase activity" From USPS to UPS ,service and shipping has been lame. Everybody gets stuck because GOAT only give you 3 hrs to cancel your purchase without losing your money. Then ,here we go with the process confirmation-packaging-seller response -shipping to GOAT -Delivery to GOAT-Verified -shipping to you via ups-complete . Usually GOAT say 1-3 business days to the seller respond and send to goat - 1 to 3 to get them - 1 to 3 to verifies and 1-3 to shipping to you . You guys note that is more than a week ? Im currently waiting a tennis shoes from April 16 and today, same problem like the guy a few lines down "label created ". Well, I explain you guys this ,every time GOAT do this is only "creating an electronic label with his carrier " this mean that is not a physical label ,is only online . Ups can receive that e-mail with all the labels ,but if the "High school project guys of GOAT doesn't want to dropped with ups or call them ,your order will be just in the step "delivered to GOAT " . Ups just collect products OR the costumers can dropped off ,if necessary . You may say "how the *** he know this ?" After 10 pair of shoes ,believe me , anybody can start doubting of GOAT. GOAT is managing now the "instant shipping" which is "instant scam" because they don't own a delivery company ,they just say " pre-verified and ready to shipping" which mean , this shoes has been verified and they can be shipped to you. *** ,they wont pre-verified s***t, is just increasing the shipping and make more money of it . They don't have a "warehouse " is no "specialist" and that little square paper that they claim in every pair of shoes is fake. Why i said this ? When i place a pair of shoes to sale , the process were completed in less than 4 days . Those guys are in Culver city ,the address is in some apartment ,then is a bunch of teenagers playing with the money of the costumers . I make purchases all over and they alway get first than GOAT ,even when i made them way before than GOAT. Just try stock ,they have better service and shipping . At the closure of this review , GOAT is not replying yet ,by the way , uses the COVID-19 as a shield ,is not working for GOAT. They are just ready to cover the American market of shoes.

GOAT My first time ordering from goat was a bad experience!

My first time ordering from goat was a bad experience! I ordered the wrong Jordan 11s. I was interested in purchasing the 2019 Jordan 11s and ended up ordering the 2012 Jordan 11s. The online policy said I could cancel my order within 3hrs of order or before the seller accepts. I was working diligently for 3hrs to cancel to point I couldn't even get back on the app! There is no number for contact ONLY EMAIL. The person I was emailing with explained to me the seller had accepted the sale and the only solution was to send the shoes back so GOAT can sell them and take a percentage. Umm NO! Im getting my money back so I called my bank and explained the situation and navy Fed stopped payment. I received my money back in full! Moving forward, BOTH pairs of shoes arrived the 2012 and 2019s Jordan 11s. I sent the 2012 Jordan 11s back because I never wanted them. Besides the 2019 Jordans was at a higher price that I paid off threw AFTERPAY. I never got any email saying they received the 2012 Jordan shoes NOTHING. How I found out the shoes was received by goat the tracking number UPS gave me. Ok great! I was done with it. NOW moving FORWARD! The Jordan 6 came out I can't believe I was even that desperate to even deal with these people but Goat had my size in stock. I ordered the shoes, went threw AFTERPAY my card was charged payment was accepted! Now if your educated about AFTERPAY you know AFTERPAY pays the merchants off and your debt is now with AFTERPAY. I received a email 2 days after the payment was accepted claiming My order was canceled because "something went wrong with my payment". Knowing that's a lie I had my girlfriend order them yesterday. Same thing the payment went threw just like with me a few days previous. Today she received a notification from Navy Fed that her Afterpay payment was refunded . No email from Goat, no explanation PERIOD. So I'm basically flagged on that website my name and the address which is my girlfriend address. So that explains why here money was refunded. At this point GOAT is a big joke and they are BIG MAD I got my money back in December because I wasn't going to Allow any of the nonsense they was"trying" to pull on me. And I will recommend any customer of theirs Especially FIRST TIME customers like myself to do the same thing if the situation doesn't sit right! Call YOUR BANK! Get your money back. Their shoes are priced higher than the store shoes and goat actually think people gonna let 3 or 4 hundred dollars just go like that?!? Not me!

GOAT I placed an order on 2/29

I placed an order on 2/29. The next day, 3/1 I received an email stating that the shoes have been shipped to GOAT for verification. A few days later I check the status and at that time there was a tracking # available. That tracking # provided no information info, only that once the item arrives at UPS facility the delivery date will update. Basically a generic message. I wait a few more days, check the tracking but still the same thing NO UPDATE with a delivery date.. not even a orgin or arrival scan at UPS. So I emailed GOAT on 3/5 asking for and update on shipment. I was told "Your order has already been verified and is ready for shipping. If all goes well, it should be sent out anytime today or the next business day, at the latest." Proceeds to five the tracking link to UPS (that I already have). Then goes on to say " The tracking information should update once the order is in transit. Please note that while most domestic orders are received within 3-4 days from shipment, International delivery times may vary due to customs. You may contact the shipping courier directly for additional information." I called UPS the same day and was told they did not have information other than what's on their website. Which was once the item is received the tracking will be updated. I emailed GOAT the next day 3/6 asking for an update since tracking didn't update and I felt like I was getting the run around. I received an email back stating the same GENERIC message " The tracking information should update once the order is in transit. Please note that while most domestic orders are received within 3-4 days from shipment, International delivery times may vary due to customs. You may contact the shipping courier directly for additional information." I emailed again on 3/7 asking for an update. I received an email stating " I've escalated your ticket to a member of our team best suited to help you. Given our current volume, you should receive an update within 5 business days. Aside from our response time delay, you can also respond to this email thread directly so our team will have the most information to assist. Creating a new ticket for the same issue will further delay response time and will cause confusion for our team." This furthers let me know that I have been given the run around. I ordered these shoes for my daughters birthday and looks like I'm out of $245 and my daughter won't get the shoes for her birthday. Very disappointing to know that there's businesses out here getting over like this.

GOAT I sent in two shoes to them to sell on their selling app "***" on 11/25/22 and they received both on 11/28/22

I sent in two shoes to them to sell on their selling app "***" on 11/25/22 and they received both on 11/28/22. Order #*** had an verification issue with the reasoning of "missing accessories". They wanted me to offer an discount to the buyer. I could not offer a discount to the buyer since I knew no accessories were missing when I sent the shoes in so the sale ended up being canceled. Now my shoes are devalued due to a thief or their employee's negligence. I have sold many shoes on their platform and this is not the first time I had issues. I reached out to them later that night through their ticket system to find out what was wrong. *** of their customer support team responded to me the morning of 11/29/22 and confirmed that there is a missing box sleeve for the shoe box. I have told them that it was included since I put the shoe box into the sleeve before I shipped it to them but it was ignored. The package was securely taped and had air packets for protection in it so unless *** stole the box sleeve (but not the shoes?) then it was in the package. Why would I sabotage a sale by excluding it and lose money? What doesn't make sense for me is that their timeline doesn't match up. *** marked it delivered to their dock on 11/28/22 at 5:47 PM EST but ***'s system alerted me that there has been a problem with the shoe verification process at 4:55 PM EST on 11/28/22. Another shoe (Order #*** ) that I shipped along with the canceled shoe sale was delivered to them at the same time but it was verified and paid out the next day. That is shady if you asked me. So maybe it's a mistake by their authentication team or something was stolen somewhere that is beyond my control. As someone who has made them thousands in profit, you would expect them to have a little more trust and just credit me the money. They can easily resell to recoup costs too. I have asked them to run an internal investigation as this is just malicious but who knows if it happens.

GOAT An order was made that should have been delivered on 8/11/22

An order was made that should have been delivered on 8/11/22. After checking our front door and mailbox on 8/12/22 and seeing the item did not arrive, a call was made *** the same day. They stated they would have the local mgr/rep research and return our call. A day later, no call, so I called *** again and was told they would forward it for review and to allow 7-10 business days for investigation. Once again I followed up with *** since we did not receive a call. They then said a different type of "claim" needed to be filed and to allow at least 5 business days or something like that. We then received a letter from *** saying they had finished their investigation and showed the item was delivered. I called *** the day the letter was received and let them know that after reviewing the cameras around my property, the *** person can be seen dropping off a box at the house next to us at the same time the *** tracking showed the delivery was supposedly made to us. Unfortunately, the house next to us was up for rent with numerous people visiting the property on a daily basis. It does not seem as though anyone turned in the box to *** since till this day it has not been received. Although this was explained to ***, they stated they could not assist and the shipper is the only one who can file a claim. Right after speaking with ***, we contacted GOAT (on 8/30) letting them know the item was not received, explaining the whole situation with ***, and requesting their assistance to file a claim. We had some back and forth replies. Unfortunately, different Reps were involved and some of the situation had to be explained again. Additionally, it usually takes 1-3 days to get a response from them. Their last response on 9/14 stated that too much time had passed and nothing could be done. I replied to them on 9/15/22 letting them know my orig email was on 8/30/22 and again, why it orig took that long. Emails sent on 8/30, 8/31, 9/3, 9/13, and 9/15.

GOAT This needs high and fast attention on what Goat is frauding people out of money!

This needs high and fast attention on what Goat is frauding people out of money! I sold a pair of shoes on the Goat app for a Jordan 4 Military Black colorway. I always take very detailed pictures of my shoes and shoebox before sending them in. I also take detailed pictures of the shipping box. Neither one of them had any damage at all when I sent them in and again, I have very detailed pictures proving this. They say they have no pictures to show me proof and I have no idea how badly they were damaged in shipping to Goat because they say they cannot show me proof. Goat has twice in a row said they received a damaged shoebox from me when I did NOT send in a damaged shipping or shoe box. I sent in and have detailed pictures of boxes for my order *** that had ZERO damage. I have proven my part. So, what they do, is get the package and if it was damaged in their chosen carrier transit, which is always UPS for me, they instead make the seller offer a discount to some level to the buyer and if the buyer accepts, then the seller loses a percentage of commission while GOAT loses nothing. What is also happening is they are receiving damaged goods that occurred in transit by whoever they used to ship and instead of filing a claim with the shipping carrier, which is a loss for them, so they are putting the cost on the seller OR they send the shoes back damaged and on the sellers cost for damaged merchandise. This is very devious and it allows Goat not to lose money filing claims and paying it out. This is consumer fraud. Goat will instead pass it on to the seller and Goat gets off with 0% loss. Please help because they are saying they will not help me and refusing to show me proof. Again, I have proof with pictures of what I sent to UPS AND UPS would have noted a damaged ship box so they do not want to show it to me knowing the ship box is damaged. I want my shoes and shoebox in pristine condition sent back to me OR I want my payout sent to me which is, 343.42.

GOAT I ordered a special edition Hoodie from GOAT but received the wrong item.

I ordered a special edition Hoodie from GOAT. What I received in error from GOAT was a different sweatshirt. I immediately reached out to GOAT customer support to initiate a return. In their initial response email, the representative asked me to send a picture of a barcode on the shipping box. I explained that I didn't order shoes and the packaging for the incorrect item came without a barcode sticker. I attached photos as proof, showing all sides of the box and the package labels on the pouch, indicating a mismatch in the item number and description. I was then passed to another representative via email who also requested the 8-digit item barcode. I referred her to my previous emails with the explanation and photos showing the absence of the requested barcode. She repeated the request for the barcode on the shipping box, which doesn't exist. I expressed my frustration as I'm unable to provide what wasn't given to me. I paid for and received a product I did not order. The incorrect item was sent to GOAT for verification, where the process should have paused. The 'authentication' team should have noticed the error, but the incorrect item was inaccurately verified and shipped from GOAT without the required barcode. These are all mistakes on GOAT's part. I was then passed to another representative who repeated the same requests as the previous ones.

GOAT On 9/17/22 I ordered a brand new pair of $2,000 sneakers from the company GOAT

On 9/17/22 I ordered a brand new pair of $2,000 sneakers from the company GOAT. The sneakers passed the company's verifiaction process, but when I received the sneakers, I did my own verification of the shoe like any other shoe that I buy online. Immediately I noticed some obvious as well as not so obvious red flags. For one, inside each sneaker there is a tag with sizing information as well as the production date for that pair. I noticed that the left and right shoe had two different dates in them. In this case the left shoe read "3/16" while the right shoe read "2/26". Also, the toe box on the left shoe has a very plastic-like feeling to it, while the right shoe has a more higher-quality feeling of leather which this pair of shoes is notorious for. (You can tell the difference while feeling both toe boxes). It is very common for sneaker sellers who want to sell fakes to send one real shoe while the other shoe is a replica. The left shoe in this scenario shows every sign of a replica while the right appears to be authentic. My issue with GOAT is that after I noticed these flaws, I reached out to them via customer support. After I included photos of what I was talking about, I received an email back (which I will attach below), stating: "Upon review of your photos with our Verification Team, we do see that this was not in the pristine condition you were expecting from GOAT and we sincerely apologize." I then was either offered $30 in GOAT credit to keep the shoes or to return them for full GOAT credit. However, this was their fault by selling me a fake pair of shoes and requested a full refund to my original payment method. After I sent that message, I was told to wait for the support team on an update for my return. Days later, I get an email back saying "Upon checking with our support team, common craftsmanship issues when it comes to this colorway, no red flags and shoes are real". I want a full refund and am completely fed up with GOAT. Order:

GOAT I ordered Jordan 4 Bred on September 14, 2022, with expected delivery by September 21, but they never arrived.

I ordered Jordan 4 Bred on September 14, 2022, and they were supposed to be delivered on September 21, 2022, but I never received the shoes. I ordered them and they were mistakenly shipped to my old apartment despite updating my address on the retailer's website. I corrected the address with the courier service. On the delivery day, I was informed by email that the package would arrive at my new address, but it didn't. After contacting the courier for help, they showed me a delivery photo at the wrong location. I reached out to my old apartment's management, but they and the new tenants couldn't locate the package. The courier made three attempts to retrieve the shoes without success. I'm now caught in a dispute between the retailer and the courier. The shoes cost $503 plus shipping. I've asked the retailer to file a claim since the courier admitted their mistake. Despite the delivery tracker showing the correct address, the shoes weren't delivered. It's October 7, and I've been struggling with this issue since September 21. The retailer is unresponsive to my inquiries, only proactive with promotional emails. They have all the necessary documents to resolve this, yet there's been no progress.

GOAT On September 29, I ordered a product with a tracking number, which was delayed and damaged.

On September 29, I ordered a product with a tracking number. They were supposed to be a gift and were originally supposed to arrive on Friday, October 7. It was then delayed to Tuesday, October 11. This was the first inconvenience as they came after the intended occasion. On Tuesday, October 11, I checked the courier's tracking and my shipment status said 'the package has been reported damaged and we will notify the shipper.' It was never in my possession and never made it to my doorstep. I haven't gotten a message like this before. There was no information regarding a resolution, so I called the courier to sort it out. They told me that although the status message said the package was damaged, what actually happened is the courier's truck containing my package was hijacked, and my package was stolen. The courier took responsibility for losing possession of my package. The courier told me I won't be getting a replacement package, but instead I should get a full refund. They also said they couldn't refund me directly. The courier told me that they must reach out to the retailer to determine the cost of the package, so the courier can refund the retailer that exact amount, and then the retailer would then refund me. The courier assured me they already reached out to the retailer and are currently awaiting the retailer's response. To expedite the process I emailed the retailer to inform them. I told them exactly what I mentioned above however the retailer's support said I must sign an affidavit to start a claim which was unnecessary. I also couldn't sign the affidavit because it stated 'the recipient understands that the courier claims that it did deliver said cargo, but recipient believes this is inaccurate' which is completely false and I will not lie on a legal document. No one from the retailer is willing to comply with the steps required for my refund. This is a major inconvenience. Without the refund, I couldn't give the intended gift. Please refund me for the product I never received, which was completely out of my control. Disappointed.

GOAT Alias/Goat received my product & failed authentication of it for alleged box damage

Alias/Goat received my product & failed authentication of it for alleged box damage. When I asked for pictures they declined saying that's not part of their "normal" process due to it "slowing down the process". I have photographic evidence of the boxes they were shipped in w/ fragile stickers intact before UPS handled the shipment. The other unethical business move they next made was forcing my consignment on the product w/ them. It states the seller, myself, has 2 calendar weeks to decide to ship it back for an egregious fee or consign with them for a discounted price. Less than 24hrs later they forced consignment on the shoes, without notification or my permission! They then took it upon themselves to move the alleged damaged product to another warehouse because "they didn't have space" where it's original destination was. If the box was allegedly damaged, why take it upon themselves to move it again further risking more damage without the customer's consent? I wanted pictures to validate the claim made by them over a calendar month ago so I could pursue a claim of the original shipper to them. Alias/Goat has held my product hostage for over a month (trying to bolster their own inventory I believe) because the shoes are valuable, hard to source sneakers. The damage definitely didn't occur on my end. This is not the first time they have done this to me but it is the first time I have gone great lengths to arm myself with video & photographic evidence, these unethical business practices must be called out because they are causing tremendous loss to the people who deal with them to put food on their table. I would expect greater honesty & transparency from a company that netted over 3.7 billion dollars last year. This is utterly disgusting and making me nauseous as I type this how they hoard other people's merchandise, fail authentifications preferentially & are unwilling to work with their customer. Light needs to be shed on these reoccuring, horrific experiences.

GOAT Where do I even begin

Where do I even begin. On July 7/31 I was checking out shoes *** I moved a pair into my cart and I expected to then go to a payment options screen where I could select *** or even pay with my credit card. $300 was not in the budget *** But instead it immediately purchased, I thought it would be impossible since the debit card I had on file with Goat was cancelled last year due to fraud. But it didn't matter, it still charged me $306 immediately taken out of my bank, through a cancelled card. I immediately tried to cancel and wasn't able to, I contacted Goat begging them to cancel the order and refund my money. They refused. There was nothing I could do. I had to wait until I received them and return them. I was so upset, here I am out $306 on a pair of shoes that I then learn are coming *** would not have shoes *** and other things that at that point I couldn't afford. *** So here comes Friday 8/5 and at that point I thought I'm not going through the trouble of returning them they are in my city and will be delivered today. At least*** would have the shoes he wanted *** So they don't deliver. Then the next day "In transit" not delivered. I contact *** to find out that they are being returned to the shipper. Contact Goat and sure enough they are returning them. Ok so I need my refund now! Nope, I have to wait until they receive the shoes back and verify them. Shoes I never received. A few days go by and they are still in "transit" in my city. I call *** again and they have been rerouted and delivered to another customer with a new tracking number, by the shipper. I am still told they are being returned to them and I cannot get a refund until they receive the shoes in their facility. This is the most unprofessional, dishonest, fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. I just want my money back NOW!
