jClub Never received order

Hello, I purchased an order from JClub on 10/22/2020 with the order number 1938162 for:
A 6-pk of Sofira Basics Essential Molded-Cu Bras Style D, size 42DD.
Cool Jewels Palm-Sized 4'x5' Jewelry Box, color Black.
Tail Lights Flashing LED Safety Dog Harness, color Pink, Size Medium/Large
Lightweight No-Choke Dog Harness with Adjustable Straps, color Pink, size Large. Total: $58.62 on my visa card

Desired outcome: Receive my refund of $58.62

jClub order a package of face mask and never receive oct 22 2020 and had paid for them .

I bought a package of face mask I charge it the other stuff I did get. When I call a lady told me a week later they would be shipped on oct 24 I never received. I kept calling they would not answer phone. In the meantime I paid for something I never received. I do not know how much information you need other than they charge my debit card for 6 face mask. Here is ref : [protected] of package my face mask was suppose to be in. Will I called them they was going to ship two days later.

Desired outcome: refund my money of 15$

jClub Hypoallergenic waterproof terry cotton mattress protector

I ordered the above item about October 20, 2020 along with a consumer priority service warranty for product. My order number: 1802435. I never received a tracking number or the item was not delivered.

I apologize for taking so long to respond, but I just came across the paperwork and realized I never received this mattress protector and the replacement protection plan that was purchased along with this mattress protector.

I would like to have my purchase refunded back to me by check, I no longer have the card to apply the refund too.

jClub Items not received.

I have 2 different orders in which I received some items and not others. The first one I had called on before. All that I see on my copies is#998541. I received the pet bed and talked to you people on the light sticks and got that resolved but did not receive the Chilling towel. The dates I have written down are 6-20-20 and 7-31-20.
The second one's had 4 items. one was the slip cover furniture protector. Another was car bench seat cover of which I have received. The next one is Wild organic essential oils and have not received. The last one was a UV LED pet urine detector flashlight and have not received it.
This is disappointing and I know that the times have slowed things down but this is frustrating.

I ordered this item on October 17th 2020 at 11:14am. I STILL have not received it and I STILL want it. It was purchased as a gift. I called your number to complain but there was no one to answer. I was told to leave a message. I have already complained about this once and I would like a response. Thank you.

jClub Eye face shields and inserts for face masks

I ordered a package of 5 face shields with glasses, as well as a package of 10 filter inserts for face masks with breathing value. Both ordered and paid for in august 2020.
J club has now went radio silent. Tried emailing and calling them... No reply! I don't think their website is active anymore! I feel they prayed on people during the pandemic, shameful!

What a big ripoff!
My suggestion is do not do business with these thieves!

jClub Purchased/paid for 24 items ordered 2 months ago, have only received 3 items

11/23/20: On Sept. 8, 2020 (small order-4 items) and again on Sept. 30, 2020 (lg. order-20 items) I ordered & paid $534.98 for a total of 24 items from ''jclub.com' Company. Order #'s are: 2243839, 2254679, 2243853, 2254738, & 2254704. It is now Nov. 23rd, & only 3 items ($84.99) of the original 24 have been delivered to me as of this date. Since mid-Oct. to today, I have sent 3 separate E-mails with no response, & called their Customer Service # 4 times (including today). Each time, I was put on 'hold' for 35-45 mins. then got 'disconnected'. I tried their 'contact us' email, no response, then phone #, & an 'auto message' transferred me to C/S, put on 'hold' then 'disconnected' again. The package that 'did' come had no return address or company info. at all. To date, I do NOT have $479.00 of merchandise I have already paid for! I believe I have been Scamed by this website. I attached copies of my 'documentation' to this message.

jClub I have ordered merchandise over four months my check was cashed but no merchandise

I ordered six pairs of support stocking and 2 pairs of Copper support gloves - My check was cased but NO merchandise/

I have tried calling Customer Service with no avail. I hepd on for over 30 minutes and then I was disconnected

This happened every time I have called.

jClub Ordered sheets

I Ordered sheets onAugust 14, 2020 called checking on my order there customer service don't have answers for you . Do you ask for refund they won't refund you I paid $47.99 and want to refund me back only $12.00 dollars ? Customer service people keep saying that the manager will call ? They have not ! Now I call the make me leave a message. I think that's bad customer service and rude . All I'm asking is for my refund or send me my order ! They won't call back so I can give them which card to refund my money, cause the one they have on file is no longer active!

jClub hand sanitizer (361980 2 oz, 3.4 oz, 8.4 oz bottles) style 3pk [protected]

First of all, I have always been satisfied with whatever I've ordered from jClub. However, this time, I had ordered the 3-piece Hand Sanitizer package that you had offered. The largest size (8.4 oz) was missing about 1/3 of the sanitizer. The sanitizer was all over the inside of the package. The smallest one (2 oz bottle) had sanitizer all over it, the label was askew and some of it was also missing. The middle size (3.4 oz) was ok, no sanitizer had leaked out. First of all, my package looked as if someone had cut it open with scissors. I realize this isn't your fault, but still I'm missing some of my sanitizer from 2 bottles, the 8.4 oz and the 2 oz bottles. Would you like for me to send these bottles back to you? jClub tanzonite earrings and pendant

I received order # [protected] SKU E31072 tanzanite earrings and pendant. Earrings posts are both bent almost horizontal. I don't want to break them off by trying to straighten. Pendant is fine. Please advise . Thank you. Joan M.Wood 259 Old Cottage Lane, Barton, Vt. 05822..I am a long time customer of J Club. date 05/23/19. Advised by site, this is too short. I have stated the problem, should be very specific, I have never had to return anything from J Club before . Cannot send you a photo of damage, do not have that capability .

I got the flashlight but there were no instructions and it doesn't work. I sent an e-mail to there support e-mail address but never got an answer. This is the first time I ever ordered from them and I guess it will be the last time.I opened both end of the flashlight to see if it needed batteries and there was no room for any batteries. I tried to just turn each end a little to see if it would light but that didn't work either.

jClub techcomm gv18 bluetooth and gsm unlocked smart watch, white (I ordered black)

This watch cannot be charged. I now have two, the first one sent,
And the second to replace it. Junk!

Also, the second one's wrist band came out on one side and cannot be
Reconnected.

Maybe that is why they cost less than $14.

I will never buy anything from you again. Not worth the agravation.

jClub tire pressure monitoring valve cap

I am at a loss where to write to and right around Christmas - so no hurry, but can I ask for your assistance when feasible, please.
Order Number [protected] dated 10/19/2018 Adelheid Waters.
I finally was able to get one of my sons to install the caps on my car. It turned out that one of them is not working. He tested them on all three other wheels - no can do. I know it's been more than 24 hours - just did not have anyone to help me (may I add I am 87 yrs old, widow and grateful for whatever help I can get. ) Would you be able to send one after the holiday rush is over with? To mail the defective one as proof would be ludicrous - hope you agree.

jClub wrong order.

I order gv8285-tan-13. I received gv8285 black 13. Wrong color and wrong shoes. I was going to wear these shoes to a xmas party.
