My son love's his beddy's beds!
I got the gray, no minky, fast. It is very easy to put on. My son loves it. It is comfortable and soft. It makes it super easy to make his bed and make his room look put together. He is a crazy mover when he sleeps and the covers fall off of him, well not anymore! He also doesn't wake up cranky and I truly believe it is because he gets a better nights rest.
So much Easier than Regular Bedding
I've loved the beddy's Bedding. It makes making the bed so much easier and the bed just LOOKS better. It's so munch more neatly put together. I also have loved not needing so much extra bedding. It was liberating to get rid of all the extra sheets I had in the house with the exception of one set for emergencies. Overall, I've loved the bedding and am happy with my purchase.

My six year old makes his bed for the first time EVER!
My son Drew is 6 and has always had a hard time sleeping in his own room. He would rather sleep with a sibling or on a couch closer to mom and dad. The first night with his new bedding I zipped him up and showed him how he can now make his own bed and he was so excited. Since getting his new Beddy's bedding, he has slept in his room and loves making his bed! He'll even demonstrate how easy it is to his friends when they come over.
AMAZING for bunk beds!
If you have ever made the top bunk bed, you know how difficult it is. It's like a cardio workout and then the comforter never looks nice, it always looks bunched up and messy. Beddy's was the BEST invention ever for bunk beds! Put it on like a fitted sheet and you're done! When it's all zipped up, the beds look nice and neat. My oldest was so jealous that his younger brother got Beddy's for his bunk beds, he wanted one for his bed! Now they both actually make their beds. They both love the feel of the minky and love that there isn't a sheet to get tangled up in. Great job Beddy's!
This bedding is ABSOLUTEY AMAZING
Adorable and functional built-in queen bunks in our guest room were so great on paper, but not so great when it came to changing the bedding with our high influx or visitors. It was uncomfortable, time consuming and just DREADED. Beddy's we're a complete game-changer. It took less time to put our Beddy's on BOTH BUNKS than it typically took me to wrestle a fitted sheet on one. They are soft, well-made and way more functional than I expected (heck, I was happy that they zipped - but the liner and the cases and shams are some of the nicest I've seen.) These are honestly a miracle for owners of bunk beds. Thank you, so very much. I'm truly amazed and beyond satisfied.
Disappointing quality and service - Beddy's Bedding Set Review
So, I shelled out more than 400 bucks on Beddy's bedding sets for my daughter's twin-sized bunk beds, but honestly, I thought it was just not worth it. When I received it, the sheets felt cheap, and it was saggy on the inside, not exactly fitting my girls' bed as it should have been. I mean come on, I already paid a hefty amount, and I couldn't just settle for something I wasn't happy with. Consequently, I contacted the company to return it and hold onto your hats guys because they didn't like that at all. Apparently, they have a policy that states they are not responsible for paying returns unless there's a manufacturer defect. Okay, I get that, but you should also consider how the customer feels, right? I mean, I coughed up a good chunk of change for something that was not satisfactory. So, I think the least they could do is not require me to pay another $60 just to return it. I would never recommend this product to anyone. It could have been convenient for my kids as we were in dire need of a good bedding set, but precisely as I said, my money didn't match the quality of their product. Avoid it at all costs, folks.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Beddy's Sheets
So, me and my daughter bought a sheet from Beddy's a while ago and let me tell you - it wasn't the best experience. The company promises that their sheets won't get stuck in the zipper. But, as it happens, my daughter's zipper got stuck and it was a complete nightmare. Do you know how frustrating it is to have a stuck zipper? Trust me, it's not fun.
I then decided to contact customer service and sent them some pictures of the situation. They responded with a long email and a video that was supposedly going to help me solve the problem. But, as it happened, even after watching the video, the sheet still remained stuck. Not only that, but the sheet ended up ripping apart and was ruined (check out pics 3 & 4!).
So, I took action right away, emailed them again and attached pictures of the ripped sheet but only got a response the next day where they offered me only 75% of my money back. Come on! And not only that, if I wanted a replacement I had to pay for it out of pocket and was responsible for the shipping? That's ridiculous! We paid a pretty penny for this sheet, why on earth wouldn't they offer me a full refund? To make matters worse, it was their customer service agent that gave me the advice and video that wrecked the sheet in the first place!
I'm pretty disappointed with the whole situation. The only thing to appreciate is the fact that they did respond to my concerns, but that's about it. If you're thinking about buying from Beddy's, I'd say be cautious.
Beddy's Review: Sleeping on Cloud 9 in an RV
Let me tell you folks, this here Beddy's is the way to go for some serious luxury sleeping. I mean, the fabrics on this thing are so soft and minky, it's like snuggling up with a cloud. I was over the moon the first time I slipped myself into this little slice of heaven and let me tell you, every single night since then has been just as dreamy.
Now, I know what you might be thinking. How hard could it be to make a bed, right? Well, let me just tell ya, when you're camping in an RV, space is limited and every single second of your day counts. But let me tell ya, making up this Beddy's inside my RV has been a total breeze. I'm talkin', like, 1-10 count quick. And 5 more counts for my throw pillows, just to really top off the snuggliness.
Now, I'm a big girl. And when I say big, I mean, I weigh a good 200 pounds. And on top of that, I'm a notorious tosser and turner. So when I first got this Beddy's, I was worried that the corners might come off. But let me tell ya, this thing is like a well-oiled machine, it's stayin' put no matter what.
Plus, I like to have a bit of weight on top of me at night, and the weight on this Beddy's is just perfect. Not too much, not too little, just right. And even though I'm a bigger gal, I don't feel like I'm in some kind of satin trap, I can move freely and breathe easy.
And listen, my mattress is a short queen of 10 inches, and let me tell ya, this thing fits like a glove. No wrinkles, no loose fabric, just perfectly snug. And on a funny note, one night, as I was all snuggled up, my cats discovered the zipper pulls and let me tell ya, we had us a real good laugh.
So folks, let me just say this. If you're looking for the ultimate luxury sleeping experience, look no further than Beddy's. You won't be sorry, trust me!
Don't Waste Your Money: Beddys Bedding Review
My kiddo has been wrapped up in his Beddys for a couple of years now. We use it on our top bunk bed and it fits just right. Though it's a bit of a struggle to get it on and the fitted portion can be a challenge. I noticed that the color faded a little after a few washes, and just like you, I followed the washing guidelines. But now, after two years, there's been a major problem. There's a gaping two-foot rip next to the zipper seam. It's not from everyday wear and tear, but rather, it's a manufacturer defect. I've browsed other reviews and noticed that this is a common issue. It's not the regular kind of wear and tear that comes with daily use.
I'm not satisfied with the company's policy in these circumstances. They turned down my request for a replacement even though I showed them my concern is genuine. I can bet my last dollar this is a manufacturer's problem and I've seen different folks complain about such an issue. Their dilly-dallying is making me sour on their brand as the customer service experience is terrible.
In contrast, my other kids have been oversleeping on PBTeen bedding for over 12 years now and it still looks spiffy, even after numerous washes. I'm also mystified by Beddy's stringent rules about washing or not washing their bedding. As if washing your bed eventhough you use it daily is a disposable practice of some sort. Science and reason dictate that being clean and sticking to proper hygiene is what ensures your bedsheet lasts for a long time! Honestly, it's quite gross and appalling.
To make matters worse, the company offered a paltry 25% discount to cover up their lack of accountability for faulty products. This does not inspire confidence at all. I wonder why they even bothered with the token gesture in the first place. Rest assured, I'll be using my money on a different brand. If you want quality bedding that lasts, pass on Beddys.
Beddy's Bedding Review: Not Quite Navy, Small Pillowcases, Tight Fit, but Amazing Zippers
Me and my hubby decided to give Beddy's bedding a try after seeing them at the Parade of Homes. My old comforter was getting too worn out, and we needed something that looked new and fresh. The Queen size navy color looked beautiful and caught my hubby's eye. So, we ended up buying it.
Now, let me tell you, the color of the bedding is good, but it's not quite navy. It's more of a royal blue which was a slight disappointment. But, we still love the look of it. However, the pillowcases are a bit small, which was unexpected. Our pillows barely fit inside, and we couldn't understand why they were made so small.
Another hurdle we faced, was trying to sleep together under it comfortably. My hubby and I aren't big people, but we had some difficulty in having enough space. It felt a bit tight for both of us to snuggle under it. But, the zippers are amazing! They slide effortlessly and the bedding was easy to clean.
I think this would be perfect for my son when he's potty trained. The concept of a zippered bed makes it easy for kids to "make the bed" which can be a huge relief. However, the price tag is a bit steep. We scored ours for less because it was on sale and we had a 20% off coupon, but it still came out to over $200. That's a lot of money for bedding, which we both thought was a bit insane.
In the end, we've used it for a week and we're still getting used to it. Overall, it's not a bad purchase, but we're still uncertain if we're totally sold on it yet.
Disappointed with Beddys Bedding: Quality and Value Fall Short
We were absolutely thrilled when we first got our Beddys set. But after a while, we started to notice that some holes were appearing. First on the bottom sheet, then on the pillows, and finally on the top sheet too. It was a big bummer, to say the least. We really wanted to love this product, but the quality was just not up to par with what we were expecting for a product at this price point.
We decided to reach out to the customer service team to see if they could do anything to help us. They offered us 25% off on a new set, which was nice, but we didn't want to take the risk of buying another set only to have the same problem happen again in a couple of years. We think that Beddys needs to either lower their prices to reflect the quality of their products or offer a money-back guarantee. As it stands, they only offer a 14-day return policy, which doesn't give you much time to decide if the product is up to your standards.
Another thing we discovered was that these sheets are actually not made in the USA, but in China. This isn't a crime, of course, but we were surprised to find this out. It seems that the quality control is not as strict as we would like it to be. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with our purchase and eventually decided to toss our set out altogether.
It's worth noting that we live in a two-person household with just one pet. We definitely wouldn't recommend Beddys for households with kids or lots of traffic like the ones they advertise. All in all, our experience with Beddys was not great. If you're considering purchasing from them, we recommend being very careful and doing your research first.
Beddy's Bedding Review: Convenient and Cool, but Pricey and Tight Fit
1. Yo, so I just got my Beddy's bedding and lemme say, it was packaged hella nicely and looked dope from the outside.
2. When I popped that baby open, it was so easy to take apart and wash. No fuss, no muss.
3. And it washed well too, I didn't see any issues.
4. Putting it back together was a piece of cake too, ain't nobody got time for complicated bedding.
5. But here's where things turned sour - putting it on my queen size bed was a challenge. The top to bottom part was way too tight for me and I had trouble getting it on. I even thought I put it on wrong at first. The ruffle design at the top also bends kinda weird because of this tightness. I'm pretty bummed about the fit.
6. And the sheets, man. I washed them and they feel rough to the touch. Hoping they'll soften up over time, but they definitely don't compare to my $20 sheet set. Those babies are soft and silky smooth.
7. Can't lie though, I'm super into the minky part. So cute and soft.
8. I also ordered a blanket and it's nice, but again, the fabric could use an upgrade.
10. Overall, I dig the concept of Beddy's - it's convenient and looks cool - but I'm not sure it's worth the price tag. If it wasn't gonna cost me half the price just to return it, I might have considered it. Plus, I'm hoping they'll improve the fabric, make an option for deep fitted mattresses, and work out a deal for easier returns in the future. (I really want to love it!)
Beddys Review: Cute and Easy, but Holes and No Help
I had to snag two Beddys for my kiddos' bunk bed. They look great and super easy to use. But, after only three short months, one of them started growin' little holes all over. I made sure I washed them just like the company said to, believe me. So, I went to check out Beddys website to tell folks what happened and what they can do about it. And let me tell ya, it's basically impossible to leave a review at all, except for right when you get the product. Crazy, right?
Anyways, I found some honest thoughts on the Facebook page where folks are sayin' that getting holes and tears is just part of having Beddys. I mean, come on now, I spent serious coin on these things! I thought they'd at least last a little longer than this. You'd think Beddys would replace or give me a refund, but nope. They just give you a gift card instead. Ugh, so frustrating. And, they only give you a partial refund too, so you still gotta shell out extra for more of their pricey products.
Their response time is fast, but their help is pretty much zilch. Just a gift card and a nudge to get out of their hair, ya know? And now I'm stuck with a gift card I can only spend on their site for more beddys that might not even hold up. Plus they discontinued the color I had, so now I'm just stuck. I'm not about to invest over $400 in one twin bedding set just to not have holes. Ya hear me? It's just not worth it, folks.
Now, they do look cute on the bunk bed and they are easy to use. But, for the price and quality, this just ain't it. You'll also have to keep payin' for shipping and warranty and all that more than once, which is a pain. All in all, Beddys isn't worth all the buzz.
Disappointed with Beddy's: Great Product, Poor Customer Service & Return Policy
from Beddy's.
So I bought this cool Beddy's bedding product and actually, I'm not very mad about it. I've only had it for a little bit, but it's pretty cool so far. The only thing that's really bothering me is the return policy. Like, seriously? I've never seen a company only give you like two weeks to decide if you like something. That's wild and it's not like I didn't see it on their website, but come on, that's not a lot of time.
Anyway, their customer service folks are nice and all, but they don't really seem to want to help me out. I mean, the product is basically like a fancy sleeping bag, but it's great for me because it's super easy to make my bed. I messed up, though, and I got the wrong version and it's way too hot for the weather here. So I tried to exchange it for the cooler version, but they told me I was late because I'm outside of the 14-day window.
That's insane, right? I mean, I told them I was traveling and stuff, so I barely had any time to even use it. But they just kept telling me I was outside of the window and that was that. I get it, they don't want to lose money or anything, but seriously? They could have at least offered me a sweet discount on the other version or something. I spent a lot of money on this product and I expected more from them.
I'm not saying they have to give in to every customer's demands or anything, but I think good customer service is pretty important. Even if they can't bend the rules for me, they should at least try to make me feel heard or valued. I mean, this is a really expensive product and I was hoping to buy more in the future, but now I'm not so sure.
I looked into their warranty system and it seems kind of sketchy, too. I don't think I'll be buying from them again anytime soon. It's a shame because the product is really cool, but the lack of care for customers is a major turn off.
Regretful Purchase: Beddy's Bedding Set - Poor Quality and Customer Service
I'm super bummed and wish I could turn back time on my Beddy's purchase. I ordered a bedding set from beddys.com a few months ago and am already regretting it. I wish I had looked here first and not taken their website reviews at face value. I see now why all of their website reviews are positivity and sunshine. Since getting my order, however, well, let's just say I'm convinced that their website reviews must be fake news.
After less than four months of using the bedding set, I noticed a hole in it. I emailed them right away with a request for getting a replacement or, at the very least, a refund. They offered me only a store gift card, which amounted to 75% of my original cost. To get something similar to what I had originally bought would now cost me $319, which is almost double what I paid. And the Beddy's line that I bought has since been discontinued.
They replied to my initial email saying that the hole was because of the sheet snagging on the zipper; they claimed that they see this "relatively frequently." I didn't buy that—my son would never unzip all the way down to the foot of the bed, nor would he have any reason to. I replied with an explanation about how and where the hole was formed, but it fell on deaf ears. They refused to refund me to my credit card as I had requested, citing their 90-day refund policy (which, BTW, wasn't on their website that I could find). They only offered me store credit.
This is frustrating for me as a customer who has, and continues to, encounter holes of some sort in other fabrics with zippers on them without incident. I expect a small hole to happen in a cheap shirt or something, but not in expensive bedding. It appears that Beddy's doesn't stand behind their product or customers all that much and has little regard for the value of time and money. I've had cheaper bedding last longer than my Beddy's purchase (we're talking years, not months). I'd advise against buying from Beddy's.
Beddy's Complaints 12
Poor customer service
I purchased two sets, with additional pillows making my order to be around $1600 a hefty price tag. When received my boys were so excited to have the new bedding. However upon opening the boxes I realized they never sent two of my covers. I thought no big deal I'll just call them. Well unfortunately a small mistake on their end made it my problem. They advised that I take pictures of my sets and they will decide what is missing, then I need to file a claim with UPS for damaged or stolen package (Whaaat!?) needless to say when I told them how ridiculous that sounds they let me know they did send the replacements and it will be signature delivery and I must be home to accept the package. Again?(what?!) I work a full time job but yes I will take a day off to accept 2 pillow covers. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I want to ever do business with them solely based off their poor customer service. I really wanted to love this experience and I'm glad my boys are happy with their incomplete set, I'm honestly disappointed, as a mom I saved up to buy them these sets and wanted them to have a nice cozy place to sleep. I hope Beddys can look into their logistics warehouse and realize that people make mistakes and they did with my package when they forgot to include my covers. I'm hesitant to buy from them or recommend them to others, no customer wants to feel so belittled by a mistake that was theirs. I hope my covers still arrive, not holding my breath.
Waste of money. Beddy's does not stand behind their product
I am so disappointed and regret my purchase from Beddy's. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I ordered from them. Most, if not all, of the reviews on Beddy's website seemed positive which influenced my decision to buy from them but now I know why. It has been less than four months since I placed my ordered with Beddy's and I am no longer able to write a product review on their site.
I placed an order on 6/22/21 and by the first week in October 2021 I noticed a hole in my son's bedding. I reached out to them via email asking for a replacement or a refund and the best they could do was offer me 75% of my original cost in the form of a store gift card. The Beddy I purchased has been discontinued and to buy a similar replacement currently costs $319 on their site which is almost double what I originally paid.
When I emailed Beddy's I mentioned that I had only washed my son's bedding 2-3 times since purchasing it so I was surprised to find a hole in it after the most recent wash. Their response was:
We typically see this issue when the sheet is snagged from getting stuck in the zipper. Generally it starts off very small and almost unnoticeable and then spreads very quickly with washing and use. We don't consider this a manufacturing defect, but I spoke with the owners, and they have agreed to treat it as such this time.
I replied and explained to them that the hole was at the foot of the bedding where my son's feet do not reach and that my son never unzips his bed all the way to that area. I also explained to them I had been the one that put my son's bedding back onto his bed after each wash and was confident this tear was not due to a zipper snag. I told them while I appreciated the offer of a store gift card, I could not justify spending a lot on another bedding set for it to only last a few months and asked if they would refund to my credit card instead. Their next response was:
We have also seen this happen when the zipper has been pressed against a spot during the wash or dry cycle causing a small tear to form that can grow quickly unless it is patched or repaired.
Unfortunately, per the policy posted on our website we are not able to refund anything after 90 days. I am very sorry we are not able to accommodate this request.
I have washed many sleeping bags, jackets, clothes, etc. with zippers on them without issues such as this. I expect small holes to form in a cheap t-shirt; not in expensive bedding.
Don't waste your money on Beddy's. Apparently, they only guarantee their product for 90 days and do not stand behind their product. I have purchased cheap bedding from other stores that have lasted much longer (years in fact) than this. You would be much better off buying bedding from someplace other than Beddy's.
Beddy's Bedding Falls Short: Disappointing Quality for the Price
So, I wanted to give my two cents about Beddy's because I couldn't do it on their webby. I honestly had high hopes for their bedding but unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit of a bummer. I mean, I get that it's not like the most expensive linens out there but I was hoping it'd at least be soft since it was a little up there in price. Man, was I wrong - the fabric feels like it belongs in a dollar store bin. Honestly, I've got sheets that I bought from Target for twenty bucks that are better quality. The quality on Beddy's just feels like it should be found on one of them cheap clearance sections in a Ross or TJ Maxx, y'know?
I was hoping that the idea behind their bedding would knock my socks off, but instead, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I mean, we bought it to use in our camper but I'm even thinking of sticking with my subpar Target sheets. I don't wanna sleep on something that feels like complete garbage after all. Honestly, I think they should just go ahead and lower the price to like 50 bucks max because it's just not worth it in it's current state. I wouldn't go around recommendin' it to my friends, let me tell ya.

Convenient but flawed: My honest Beddy's review
I'm from down under and I thought I'd give Beddy's a go even though it cost me a pretty penny, I figured the ease of use would be worth it. And let me tell you, it sure is convenient! It's so easy to make your bed and clean it too. Just zip it up and you're good to go.
But I have a few complaints. Those darn zippers are just so bothersome when I'm trying to catch some Z's. I keep accidentally touching them in my sleep and it wakes me up. And to make matters worse, one of the Beddy's I received straight from the package has already ripped! Can you believe it?
So I reached out to their customer service about these issues and you know what they said? They told me to get my own needle and thread and fix it myself! Can you believe it? I don't know what kind of customer service they're trying to provide here, but it sure ain't top-notch.
So before you splurge on a Beddy's, do yourself a favor and read up on some of the reviews out there. Don't make the same mistake I did!
Beddy's Bedding Review: Poor Quality, Disappointing Durability, and Customer Service
We got 7 Beddy's for our house and our camper. Most recent one we purchased was Goldie's and in less than a year, it lost its color and the zipper got torn. The other Beddy's, full size ones, have holes and tears too. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a 50% discount on a twin size one at that time. Now, for the latest one that got damaged, they offered me a 25% discount. It's unacceptable to have a $299 full size bed that cannot last for more than 8 months. The products are not of good quality. We don't wash them frequently due to this issue. Imagine if we did?
Review: Beddy's Comforter - Made in China and Overpriced. Bring Jobs Back to the USA!
Got a Beddy's bed comforter for my daughter and gotta say, it's a real beaut. But boy oh boy, was I in for a shock when I saw the big bucks I paid for it and then found out it was made in China. I mean, ain't that the kinda stuff you can get at any ol' Wal-mart? I figured for that kind of dinero, I was getting a product made by good ol' American workers who get fair wages. But nope, I was wrong.
Now don't get me wrong, I ain't got nothin' against China or nothin', but I do got somethin' against companies that charge upper dollar for products made cheaply in another country. It just don't sit right with me, ya know?
So c'mon, Beddy's, do the right thing. Use your smarts and your conscience and make your products in the good ol' USA. Plenty other start-ups are managing to do it, so you should be able to too. Bring some industry and jobs back to a country that can treat their citizens right. You can make a difference, my friends!
Beddy's Beddings: Deceptive Marketing, Poor Quality, and Unresponsive Customer Service
This company isn't worth your money! The quality of their beddings was absolutely TERRIBLE! I bought 3 different Beddy's from them and I have to say, I was highly disappointed. The same week I ordered a bedding set from Pottery Barn, which still looks brand new, my Beddy bedding set has become unusable. There were holes in the fabric, zippers were broken, the fabric was faded, and I took notice of tons of pilling.
When I reached out to the company regarding these issues, they didn't bother to respond and went ahead blocking me from their FB page. It's truly distressing how unresponsive they are.
Their marketing tactics are clearly deceptive. I only bought these products because of the glowing reviews, but found out the hard way that they remove or don't allow any reviews that aren't 5 stars.
I took pictures of how terrible the Beddy's beddings were, but for some reason, I couldn't get them to load.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. It's a waste of your hard-earned money.
Convenient and Innovative Bedding with Beddy's - A Review
I am completely in love with the idea behind Beddy's bedding! As a busy parent, anything that can simplify my life is a huge win for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the all-in-one design that includes a mattress cover, sheets, and a comforter all in one package!
I decided to purchase twin sets for my grandsons and was excited to give it a try when they came to visit our new home. While the price point was a little higher than I had anticipated, I felt it would be worth it if it meant an easy bed-making experience and an attractive look.
I ordered extra-long twin bed mattresses and frames, and after reading Beddy's website I thought the twin size would be a perfect fit. Unfortunately, it was not as easy as I had hoped. The fitting was tight, and the large plaid design didn't quite match up at the corners. This resulted in an overall look that was less polished than I had hoped.
Overall, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of this product given the price point. But, the concept behind it is fantastic, and I would be willing to give it another try based on the ease and convenience it offers. I am also keeping my fingers crossed that maybe the company will improve their quality control practices in the future!
Mixed Review: Beddys for Kids - Great for Bunks, Not Impressed with Cotton King
Bought some Beddys for my kiddos and man, they are slick! My boy has them bunks and they work great. My girl's got a reg queen and it looks bomb-diggy when straightened up. Decided to buy myself a Cotton King, no minky, and wasn't impressed. Honestly, the sheets are kinda flimsy and hella scratchy. Maybe I'm just used to getting some fine threads or sumthn'. I tried washing and it didn't do jack. Plus, there ain't enough sheet for my significant other and me to share. So we still had to pull out another blanket. I'd give it like 3 stars coz it looks dope and it sure is a easy way to throw the bedding together. I'd just hoped for a better quality prod, ya feel me? But hey, it's all good for the young'uns, they don't even mind the scratchy if they got that minky.
Disappointing Experience with Beddy's Bedding: Small Holes and Unsatisfactory Response
I am quite disappointed with my recent purchase from Beddy's. My son's bedding, which he has had for only six months, has developed a plethora of small holes. I reached out to the company for an explanation, but their response was less than satisfactory. They claimed that this issue occurs when the sheet gets snagged in the zipper over time, and that it isn't considered a manufacturing defect.
However, I beg to differ. The fact that this can happen with regular washing and use of the product should be a cause for concern. I feel as though they should inform their customers that dry cleaning is necessary to prevent this from happening. That would certainly be a helpful detail to know.
To try and make up for their mistake, they offered me a gift card. But honestly, I'm not interested. After this experience, I don't think I'll ever buy from Beddy's again. Instead, I'll be investing in some quality bedding from Pottery Barn. Their customer service and product quality are remarkable, something that Beddy's could certainly learn from.
Beddy's Review: Cozy Covers, but Frustrating Return Policy
We had a heap of stuff up in our attic that we needed to sort through to make room for two new kiddos who were coming to live with us. We finally dug out some bunk beds, but they were pretty tired looking. We wanted to give the girls something cozy and warm to snuggle up in, so we turned to Beddy's.
The ordering process was simple enough, but when we realized we needed to exchange one of the covers for a different size, we hit a snag. There's no hotline to call and chat with a real person, so we had to navigate the company's return system online. Unfortunately, by the time we got around to it, we were a few days past the window for returns. Now we're stuck with a big old zipper bag that we can't even use.
It all just seems a bit unfair to me. I mean, we're not asking for our money back or anything. We just want to swap one product for another so we can actually use it! I think Beddy's really ought to let customers exchange stuff for at least a month, if not longer. It's just good business, you know? Show a little customer service and all that.
Overall, the Beddy covers themselves are pretty nice. They feel soft, the zippers are sturdy, and we did manage to get everything set up in the end. But the return process left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. If you're thinking about buying from Beddy's, just be aware that you'll need to act fast if you need to make changes to your order.
Beddy's: Room for Improvement in Customer Care and Environmental Impact
I'm not too sure about Beddy's. Don't get me wrong - I do like the idea of their bedding, but I can't help feeling like they could be doing more for their customers and the environment. For one thing, the prices are quite high, and they've already made a lot of money. So I think it would be better if Beddy's started manufacturing their products in the USA instead of China.
Another thing that bothers me is the minky fabric. Apparently, it's made of polyester, which isn't great for kids with eczema (or so I've heard). And even the "all cotton" bedding has some polyester in it! That's pretty deceptive, if you ask me. Synthetic fabrics like polyester have been linked to hormone problems in children, which is definitely not good. So why can't Beddy's use more natural fabrics that are better for kids and the environment?
All in all, I just don't think Beddy's is putting their customers first. It seems like they're more interested in making a profit than in making good quality products that are healthy for people and the planet. I mean, why can't they be more conscientious about the impact they're having on our world? With all the resources they have, they could definitely be doing more.
Come on Beddy's, you can do better! I know you can make a positive difference and be a company that we can feel good about supporting. So please, consider using more natural materials and manufacturing your bedding in the USA. Let's make the world a better place, one bed at a time!
