Untrustworthy company
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT INSTINCT! They are not helpful at all, I had an expert here to give me some guidance regarding my mattress and he has even conducted that the mattress is not what was advertised at all! When I asked for a first time exchange they refused which is absolutely terrible customer service, I would have ordered another mattress through this company but I've now not even recommended them! The mattress I bought was not cheap and it hurts our backs terribly! Absolutely disgusting service

We required a mattress that was good for our backs and that you never felt anyone moving or rolling over, however the mattress we received has already received indents, we feel every movement and both our backs are terribly sore during the day! We do not get good sleep on this mattress as it is advertised and I think this should not be legal! I have requested over and over for a manager to call me but it seems they just don't give a shoot about our complaints
Excellent delivery communication throughout
I received a phone call to arrange a suitable day. I then received a text the day before to remind me, and another text with an approximate time in the morning. Close to the delivery time the driver phoned to give another update, and they turned up exactly midway in the original estimate. The driver lifted the mattress over my doorstep to make life easier for me. The mattress is much softer than I like. However it is for my daughter who likes a soft mattress, and she is really pleased with it!

My third matress from there and never was disappointed. This time the mattress is absolutely fantastic! You can not go wrong with double mattress for 2 that is doublesided, medium to firm and so afordable. Delivery sometimes is a pain but here I knew between what hrs it will arrive The Next Day! 1hr before I received a phonecall about delivery so it didn't mess up my whole day off. And the moment of truth. First night on my new purchase. My new Mattress is absolutely comfortable! Medium to firm gives me a perfect rest.

King spring Tuscany double bed
I researched and bought on line due to lockdown. I was pleased it was a British and local company. It had natural fibres and they recycled your old mattress so environmentally friendly. I looked at the reviews and decided this was the bed for me and my husband. Medium to firm. Spring mattress to keep my husband cool as he has MS and gets very warm whilst sleeping and I have to have my back supported. WELL I LOVE this mattress it's the most comfortable sleep I have ever had. I climb into my princess bed every night. I have a big smile as I climb in every time feeling the gorgeous soft but firm mattress and I find I ho to sleep almost instantly. And another thing my husband has stopped snoring! Thoroughly RECOMMEND this mattress

Called them, lovely sales lady, very polite and helpful, arranged next day / Saturday delivery for ?20, she gave me free deliver to any room worth ?15, delivery guys called saying they were running late, great comms, arrived when they said, carried straight to bedroom, no fuss.
The relyon 1500 extra firm ortho was not only a good bit cheaper than the competition, it was in stock and is the most comfy hi quality matress I have had over 30 years, THANKYOU Matress next day, you exceeded my expectations

Great mattress/value
I spent a really long time looking for the perfect mattress. My main requirements were that it is made from natural fibers as I get warm easily and that it is medium firm. All the ones I saw in person and liked were ?500+. Given that I'd just spent a hefty amount on the bed frame I was delighted to find this mattress online which seemed to tick all the boxes for almost half the price. Although I was a little dubious purchasing it online having never seen it, it has met all my expectations. The only slight disappointment is that the cover fabric could be of slightly better quality however it makes no difference as I've bought a mattress topper to go over it anyway (the mattress didn't need the topper but I'd slept on one at a hotel and enjoyed it so much I had to have it). I've had the mattress for a month now and it is still the same as when it first arrived. Great night sleep every night. Thank you!

Faulty mattress
Bought a mattress that was to be delivered on 20th November and after a few calls to the. Company got told it would be Monday I phoned again as no delivery to be told weds, then same story on weds to be told Friday, it finally arrived on the Thursday and low and behold the damn thing is faulty, phoned them up send emails with pics and got told they will get in touch with manufacturer and yet I am still chasing them

I bought 2 Kayflex 2000 mattresses from Mattressnextday.co.uk in June 2018. They are guaranteed for 5 years. One is faulty and the company has not investigated or offered a refund or replacement despite me repeatedly chasing this. They say they have contacted Kayflex but nothing is being done. Can you please help?

Kayflex shallow luxury 800 pocket mattress
They arrived on Friday 29/01 and they came rolled up, which I thought was strange for a sprung mattress. It is stated in the description that these are "medium firm", but in reality they are super soft. My kids are 4 and 6, not even 20kg and even they "sink" in them.
After opening they haven't fully gone back to what they should be.
The photos on the retailer's website are completely different to what I received.
These seem much lower quality and not what is stated in the description. On top of it all, they were also slightly damaged on the surface with some visible pulled threads and the seam undone.
The retailer says they need to hear back from the manufacturer regarding the damage and if I want a full refund that I need to self return them.
In case of a mattress, that is obviously very expensive.

Ordered from them this mattress Coolflex Pocket Platinum 1800 Memory Mattress mattress totally fake, on web site shows one, came totally different, springs can be seen from sides, materials used for mattress are the cheapest in the world.After emailing several times complaining about the mattresses quality, they finally collected the mattress after four days and it is the second week round that I have not got my money back.And from every of their emails they have a "reason" for not returning the money.Cheap, low quality China mattress never ever again. People if you don't want problems with this rubbish company avoid them.

If that's all you can do, refund for the very unprofessional carrier compagnie what damaged the vacuum system inside the package what results in a mattress that, after 5 days of use, still not completely is at the shape it should be (20 cm thick, 3 corners and 1 long side are not thicker then 12 cm), we agree, with a big hesitation, with your offer of refunding the £30.00 for delivery.

Don't get caught like I did, they will not collect the mattress even though it was of an inferior quality, it will cost you dear to return it back to them and you'll be at their mercy to get your money back! My inferior quality mattress was made from the cheapest possible materials you can ever imagine, the springs were visible at the bottom, it was not worth a fraction of what I paid for it and arrived 3 days late and was dumped outside my door even though I'd paid for "room of your choice option"! I called them three times and received terrible unhelpful service from their staff, I sent them two emails but no reply at alI! Never again! I now check every company and it's return policy thoroughly before I buy anything online!
Should have gone to reputable company like John Lewis and saved myself the trouble and cost.

When I ordered the ' Pocket Superior Mattress ' I forgot to request the disposal of my old mattress. I phoned ' Mattress next day ' And paid the extra money ( £40 ) by Debit Card, over the phone.The delivery arrived, NOT within the 2 hour delivery slot given, but 45 mins. later.
The delivery team ( 2 men? ) brought in the new mattress . I had already moved the old mattress into my sitting room, for their ease, only to be told, in a few grunts, that they had not been asked to remove the old mattress.They then left.
I contacted Mattress next day and spoke to Becky. She told me that the mistake was theirs and that the delivery team had not been informed of the disposal.I was then told that the team had been contacted but they refused to return that day.I am now waiting for a message as to when they are picking up my old mattress.As yet I have heard nothing.WHEN my mattress is collected, the VERY LEAST I will expect is the refund of ALL or MOST of the fee involved.
Could you please instruct your delivery men to pick up my old mattress TODAY and to LET ME KNOW WHEN. I should NOT be expected to wait in all day, for their convenience.

I bought 2 mattress double and king size - 5 years Guarantee last year from MatterssTomorrow.
1. Mistake 1 - Guarantee information: After mattress delivered to my home, nothing mentioned about guarantee. Then I confirmed with customer services that my mattress will cover 5 years guarantee and made a note so other persons can see.
2. Mistake 2 - Product quality: Problem started with double size mattress during 11 month - sagging issues causing neck/back pain. I thought this would be gone by rotating but never. Then based on conversation with customer service I am told to send pictures so that they can refund money back and cannot made replacement or credit.
3. Mistake 3 - Changing words: Then I decided to buy mattress from different company. Also sent current sagging pictures to team. They accepted claim but they cannot refund money back. Because I am told someone gave me a wrong information that they can see in their system. You will only get credit 114.99. I said I will call soon to confirm.
4. Mistake 4 - Changing words again: When I spoke to customer service I am told they cannot find my information in system they need sometime and will call me back. I never received call then I rang them again after sometime the person said they cannot find my details and call disconnected suddenly. I rang them 3rd time then first lady pick-up the call. She said we cannot refund you money back and I asked to her to escalate to manager. Then she rang me again saying because someone gave me wrong information manager agreed to refund full money back 114.99. But they cannot give money back. I said will confirm this tomorrow because I already bought mattress from different company.
5. Mistake 5 - Changing words again and again: When I spoke to customer service this morning another lady picks-up the call and mentioned I did a mistake I will refund you half instead of 114.99. Whatever conversation I had yesterday is no use. And I did explained I have issue with other mattress as well now I am told I need pay 30 GBP for check and I cannot send pictures.
Guys please don't buy any products with this retailer. Honestly I am suffering lot with faulty products and misleading information. Mattresstomorrow/Mattressnextday are same but your receipt will be in the name of Mattressnextday. I am going to legal services now to resolve issues.

Terrible company!
Purchased a mattress for over $300 and did not receive it! Mattress Next Day is a scam company - they take your money but never deliver orders. I saw the reviews when it was already too late. I tried to cancel my order but they did not reply. It is now over three months and still no order. I'm still trying to get in touch with them but they continue to ignore me. I regret I ordered from this terrible company!

A complete bunch of rouges that cannot be trusted 1, I ordered wednesday today monday-draw your own conclusion. 2, called several times on friday and sat in queue system for 20/30 mins then phone answered and immediately hung up. 3. 5th time (friday) call eventually got answered told him of issues - no apology about wait time. 4. A bright point-he offered to call courier and call me back (I didn't believe him) but he did call me back 5 mins later :) & told me delivery will be today (friday) between 17:00 -18:00. 5 liars — you guessed it no delivery. 6. All further contact since has been ignored. 7. Had to contact my bank to start return of payment. The company seems to be totaly incompitant with no respect or decentcy for their customers... There are many other review sites about the same company. (wish I had found out sooner) you decide. Do not use this company go anywhere else but not to them! Even if it means sleeping on a wooden plank

I bought a “medium” mattress from this company and advised them the day after arrival that I was unable to sleep on it after testing it in its original wrapping. The company commissioned an independent test of the mattress which confirmed that it had not been slept on and was in Excellent condition and still in its original packaging. When I tried to return the mattress within the 14 day cooling off period I was told that I had slept on it when I had not. The company refused me my consumer rights to return the mattress which contravenes my rights as a consumer. Lisa, the “Complaints Supervisor “ has been evasive, misleading and unfair in her dealings with me and extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. This company is nothing more than a bunch of crooks and rogues. They have perfected the abuse of our consumer rights and they have no morals or integrity towards the customer. I ordered mattress from the company www.mattressnextday.co.uk. I paid before 1 p.m., so they provided info that order would be delivered on the next day. I waited for the whole day, but these jerks never showed up and no delivery. I called to the customer services, but the lady told me that they haven’t got any info about my order, so they couldn’t check it. They simply didn’t care. I don’t advise other people to buy from them. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

I bought mattress from the company www.mattressnextday.co.uk. I got it, but the mattress was damaged. The seller mentioned on the website that within 30 days I could return the order and get money back. I tried to return my order, but the seller refused. He never explained why, he simply told “no” and stopped to communicate with me. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. They just want your money and don't care about service
Ordered a mattress that was in stock! Initial thoughts were ok, they phoned next day to say the mattress that was in stock, actually wasn’t however they could deliver the day after, not a problem as I needed for the weekend and delivery would be Friday. A week later and they still had not delivered … this time the story was delivery in two days, another week later and yes still two days away! I highlight we were canceling due to the delay. Then out of the blue it arrived and they wanted to charge £50 to pick it up!
Mattress Next day should be Mattress Next Month... They just want your money and don’t care about service! Looking on line so many people have had the same experience!

I arranged for a bed to be delivered today with a mattress. hence the mattress was delivered and no bed. I spent 5 hours chasing department after department to get an answer. at first it was dont know why not delivered. then no one available to scan it to get it on del van. my daughter is heavily pregnant she suffers from a bad back and is having physio. I had to take the day off work to be at hers for when the delivery came. so my daughter could go to her antenatal appt and then her physio. not one person is bothered about her sleep ing with no bed. as she got rid of the old one because we had a text saying the bed would be del today.! ive never met such an incompetent company in all my life. theyre disgusting absolutely no compasion. not bothered about customers. just them selves
I had awful experience with the website www.mattressnextday.co.uk. They promised to deliver mattresses on the next day, but they sent me emails and excused, because they had a lot of work and couldn’t deliver it. Ok, but after two weeks I still haven’t received it. The seller continued to provide empty promises, and he refused, when I told him to return money. I won’t recommend you to buy from them, because their delivery system is horrible and you won’t get your order on time. Please post your comments and views.
Totally agree - it is a disgrace, kicking myself i did not order from anywhere else, if i'd married my partner that would only of been my second biggest mistake, this company is a 2 bob cowboy outfit, no apology, no explanation, no redress, no compensation, they won't even pick this joke of a half bed up and refund me, ordered mine 6 weeks ago and 2 days ago still no slats! Maybe they think my nephew is Dynamo and will float in mid-air. Never, ever use this disgraceful company, if you want a bed you got more chance in a homeless shelter than getting one from Mattressnextday, if i'd ordered a bespoke handmade one from abroad it would of been here by now.
