Our internet was not working properly from two, three weeks back. Earlier it was 2, 3 min but it went to hours, and we informed MTS. Without checking properly, they said it's with modem. Said they placed an order will receive within 3 business days. We called again and asked to come and check the fault. But they refuse to come because they place the order. Once when called they will call them, asked us to go near MTS and take the modem. When we went there wasn't moderns and they have to call. When we called, we tried to explain difficulties without internet, but they didn't care, those 3 days went to 6 days. Again, when we called this time, they checked and told this is some ting wrong with the line. Now it's taking 3 days to send someone to look at it. Is this the way Bell MTS taking care of their customers?
