Ben Franklin Finance, LLC is a terrible company that causes harm and ruins people's lives. They should be held accountable for their actions and sent to jail. I don't even think they deserve a rating. If I could, I would give them zero stars, or even less if possible. Hopefully, they will face the consequences they deserve.

I don't remember talkin' to someone from this Ben Franklin 'bout gettin' a school loan from 'em. I didn't appreciate the setup made with school without any explanations for where my finances for school are comin' from. Secondly, it ain't nice to pay for loans that ya ain't used. I should pay for what I used but not pay for when I drop outta the program. How do Ben Franklin pay for classes when I am outta school? This is unfair business that ruin out people's credits. I wouldn't recommend Ben Franklin to anyone I know.

I ain't responsible for this debt with BEN FRANKLIN, and I ain't got no contract. Plus, they didn't give me the original application like I asked.

I was an LPN looking to further my education using an online program. Ben Franklin Finance, LLC was the company in charge of the financing. I joined and completed the first class, but it wasn't what I expected. There was no online teaching and the tests were charged separately. None of this was mentioned in the contract.

I gotta say, I've been shelling out $194.42 every month for these loans I got from Ben Franklin Finance. It's a real pain in the neck, especially since I had to drop out of my classes at Excelsior. I had a really bad experience with Ben Franklin Finance, LLC. They claimed to be a distance learning institution for LPNs, but they were actually fraudulent. They would deduct money from my paycheck every week, even though I never took any classes. When I contacted the school, they told me that since I'm not in ***, I can't use their services. They initially promised to provide me with a list of schools that would accept me, but they never followed through. There are no schools in my area, like Excelsior, that would sign me on either. It's really frustrating because I'm paying for a service that I never received, and there has been no communication from them. This is a complete scam, and the federal government should investigate. It's really unfair to scam healthcare workers like this. Please take some action.

Ben Franklin Finance ain't done nothin' 'bout them two claims on my credit report even though they couldn't give me the papers for that "loan" I supposedly took. I signed up with 'em to be an LPN through some online school they said was legit. But turns out, that school ain't recognized by nobody, so I dropped out. Now, years later, Ben Franklin Finance still showin' up on my credit report sayin' I owe 'em money when I don't. I done called 'em up, but they say I can't pay 'em directly or get them loan papers. If they can't give me that, they better take it off my credit!

I got my identity stolen, so I'm writing to ask you to block all the accounts that I didn't make on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. These accounts ain't related to any of my transactions. I didn't give nobody permission to use my personal info. I wanna use my legal rights that Congress and The *** gave me. They say that when someone's a victim of identity theft and they dispute a fake account on their credit report, all the credit bureaus gotta honor it. I had an account with this biz that got put in collections. When I called to settle the account, they gave me the name of the collection agency it was given to. They said I couldn't make payments to Ben Franklin Finance no more 'cause they don't handle the account. They told me this attorney, Paul Mckenzie, who they ain't affiliated with, was handling it and I should call them. They gave me the attorney's number and I called 'em and settled the account. They deleted it from my credit report like we agreed. But if Paul Mckenzie owns the account now, Ben Franklin shouldn't be reporting it to the credit bureaus. But they are and they won't take it off. I settled the account like I told 'em, but they said I should dispute it with the credit bureau. So I did, but when the credit bureau calls 'em, they say the account is accurate on their end. But if the account was given to this attorney, how can they still claim it? I can't fix it 'cause when I call 'em, they just tell me to call the collection agency. I want Ben Franklin to remove this account from my credit report 'cause they don't handle it no more. I settled with the attorney and they deleted it, but 'cause Ben Franklin reports it, it looks like I ain't paid.
