I ordered from this company Nov 24th and I have yet to receive my items. Emailed twice and she never responded so I filed a claim with my bank. The Heffah created a label Kan 9th but she can honestly keep it. I’m so upset I didn’t get a screen shot of her shipping policy because she definitely changed it from when I looked the first week of December and I also see she went private since there are so many people complaining

don't buy from benton1988! do your research and look up benton.1988 complaints. i spent 198 bucks on april 6th and 22nd and never got a tracking number or my stuff. i emailed her a bunch of times but she never wrote back. if you're in the same boat, you can complain to the georgia better business beureau, business comsumer alliance, small claims court, and the attorney general. she's gotta stop. lots of people won't do anything about it cuz they don't know better. she's screwing over her community. we gotta call her out! if you got ripped off, make sure you file the reports.

Hi am still waiting on a response . I still haven’t received my order from Benton 1988. I paid for my order . It’s been almost a month. The company refuses to answer my emails. Please let me know what I can do. I am so frustrated. I will be going on my vacation next week and I stilll haven’t received my order. I can’t be paying for someone that I never received. I will have to contact my bank to get my money back. This isn’t fair at all

I've placed several orders and it has taken over a month to received them. I placed a recent order in December but received it in January 2024. I was not able fit a few items so I returned them via USPS on 1/2/24and tracking stated they received the package on 1/4/24. After several emails requesting a follow up I finally received a basic email response about 15 days later stating once the order is processed then I'll get refund. On 1/12/24 I received an email but didn't even states if my return was being processed. As of 2/10/24 I have not received a response or an email with an update. Also lets not forget I've emailed them over 30 times regarding other orders as well.. This company customer service is extremely horrible. They barely responds to emails sent and when they do its a very basic response. As you can see they items aren't cheap. I want my credit back.

This is by far the worst experience! Customer service is poor as hell and they lie ! When I ordered my items were in stock and still to this day I haven’t received anything. The young lady said they sold out of what I ordered and had to wait on my items to come in from vendor . She told me my orders was shipped on 11/13/23 and it’s now 11/22/23 and I still haven’t received anything. It take days or even weeks to get a response and I’m so over it . She keep running sales with no damn inventory and it’s not fair to people paying for the product. Her shipping time is 5- 7 days and it’s been a month . The tracking number states they only made the label .

I place my order on 10/17/23, at the time of placing my order, it stated item in stock. I place more and received confirmation that my order been received. I waited 14 business to see if I would receive a some sort of notification indicating my order been shipped but never did. November 6 was my 14th business day so, I reach out via email on the 7th to express my concern and asked for an eta. I received response on the 8th that item would be sent by the end of this week and here we are at the end of the week and I’m still without shipping info. My order on her site show status of infilled and I have not received anything pertaining shipment. Very disappointed and will never order from her again!

I ordered hbic camouflage cargo pants 10/17 shipping was said a week or so I sent a email asking about my order and they stated they will be shipping it soon.. Then a few days later I get a email saying they just received the item.. And it would be shipped monday.. Nvm the shipping the item looks nothing like what I ordered… the stitching in her post are white different material and nice.. I got a pain of used cheaply made ashy pants.. I ordered large.. The pants seemed to be a xtra small could not get them past my calf.. I will never order from them again!

I placed an order Sept 29th, emailed them that day received one response, which was that day. I placed the order for my tops the following week. I sent numerous emails since then and have not received no response. I even called the number they have on file no response. I have disputed the charges and they not even responding to the bank. These place clothing is a little on the high end for them to have poor customer service and the lack of responses to customers when we are spending our money. I received one order today and my stuff was not in there that I ordered and I still have not received my order from Sept 29th. It is Oct 20th. I will never do business again with them.

I ordered from Benton 1998 on November 22nd, but I still haven't heard anything about my product. I tried to contact them, but they haven't responded yet. Honestly, I just want my money back at this point.

I bought a shirt from Benton 1998 but it was too small. I sent it back but they're still charging me for it. I want my money back or for them to send the shirt back to me.

i ordered from benton 1998 on april 6th for 138.00 and then again on april 22nd for 55.00. i still havent got my stuff yet. i emailed them a bunch of times and even dm'd the owner but they aint said nothing back about my order.

I ordered from Benton 1998 on 11/25, but my order still hasn't shipped. I've tried reaching out multiple times through email and messages, but haven't gotten any response. According to their website, shipping should take 5-7 business days if the items aren't on pre-order. The items I ordered weren't on pre-order when I placed my order.

so i got 2 things from Benton on May 9th, order #***. They only sent me one thing on May 28th and said the other thing is on backup. I tried to hit them up a bunch of times but they only answered some of my messages. I asked for my money back or a store credit but now they're not answering at all.

I ordered some boots from Benton 1998 in October, but they've been on back order for a hot minute. I've sent a bunch of emails asking for a refund, but haven't heard back from anyone. They sent me an email on November 23rd saying the boots shipped, but when I tried to track the package with USPS, they still hadn't received it.

I got my stuff from Benton1988 on Dec. 21 2021. Got it in the mail on Dec. 27 2021. The knit pants and dress didn't fit me so I sent them back to Benton1988. They got it back on Dec. 31 at 7:30am according to the *** store tracker. I tried to hit up the support email and the shop on Instagram for my store credit but nobody's answering. Nobody's said anything about my return or store credit.

i wanna talk about the bad customer service from benton1988.com. i bought some stuff (order #***) on may 9 and got it on may 21. but the quality was bad so i sent it back on may 26 (USPS tracking ***). the stuff got to washington d.c on june 1 but the company didn't pick it up until june 10. it's been 2 weeks now and i still haven't gotten my refund or store credit. i tried to contact them a bunch of times but they never answered my emails. this is really bad customer service and i'm not gonna shop there anymore. i don't want store credit, i want a full refund.

I bought some clothes from Benton1988 on 9/18 and they shipped it out on 9/20. The tracking number said that the clothes were delivered by USPS on 9/24, but I didn't find them in my mailbox. Usually, when the items are too big for the mailbox, USPS puts a key in the box to access a bigger box, but that didn't happen this time. I tried calling my local USPS, but no one answered. I also tried emailing and texting Benton1988 for several days, but they never responded. I've bought from Benton1988 before and never had any problems with deliveries or returns. I just want to know where my clothes are, and if they can't find them, I want a refund or store credit.

So, I bought a jumpsuit from Benton1988.com on 2/12 for $92. But, I still haven't got it yet. The first time they shipped it, it never left Washington DC. Somehow, they found it and sent it again on 2/22. I asked the shipper about the package, but there's no tracking info. Now, I want a refund. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction, and they're an online store, so they should do something about it. I feel like they stole from me because I paid for something I didn't get, and they won't give me my money back. I really want the jumpsuit, but if I don't get it, they should refund me completely. It's not my fault.

I order from this company on 14 Jun (order #***). They said they shipped my stuff on 17 Jun (USPS shipping #***). They say it takes 3-7 business days to ship, but it's now 2 Jul and I still don't have my stuff. Since 17 Jun, my package has been sitting at the company's address in Washington D.C. I emailed them on 27 Jun asking about my stuff. They said they had a delay with USPS and that I should see movement in the next 24 hours. If they have a problem, they should tell me. It was 72 hours later (30 Jun) that I had to email them again because there was still no movement on my package. I told them I don't want my stuff anymore and I want my money back because they have bad customer service. They said they would cancel my order in the next 24 hours and email me. It's now 2 Jul and I still haven't heard anything. I'm so tired of having to ask them for my stuff and my money back.
