I signed up for this service 2 years ago and it was a long, arduous process to set up with little benefit. When I called to cancel my service they talked me into a discounted monthly service at $49.99 per month.

They never got back in touch, in over a year. I've now been billed for over a year with 0 benefit. They refuse to refund me after multiple conversations.

I would like a refund of 14 months ($800).

They have a recording of my conversation agreeing to be billed monthly.

What kind of company takes money every month and remains silent? I feel this is very wrong.

I hired BeRanked sometime in 2016 to help with my online marketing & internet ranking, as promised they got me ranked and I started receiving calls reasonably quick. However they were mostly the wrong calls(95%)!
I am in a unique category of decorative concrete which I realize makes it hard to market my business. In June of this year(2016) I decided to cancel my BeRanked service and go in a different direction marketing wise. On 06/06/2017 I called and cancelled my BeRanked service. Because I have a bookkeeper that pays my bills and I don't review them every month I didn't realize till this past weekend (11/26/17) that the BeRanked service was still being billed...IT WAS NEVER CANCELLED!
Son on Monday 11/27/2017 I called on and talked to Emma at BeRanked and she verified in her notes that I had in fact cancelled my service on 06/06/2017. She said she immediately suspended my account that and would forward my request for a refund of 6 payments that should not have been drafted from my credit card. Emma indicated that I would receive a call back that day or no later than today. I waited till late this afternoon and still haven't received a call, so I called again and held on the line for at least 40 minutes and then got a generic message saying that no one was available. I have decided to be proactive and file a complaint to see if this will get them moving!

When I try and login to my beranked account with the screen that has the light gray background it always tells me my account is not valid. ( This has been going on for over a year) I can only login with the screen that has the dark background. Currently, I am not on my computer and can not find this login window, so I can not get to my account.
Can you help be find the login screen I need or make the light gray screen work for my account.

They promise you good ratings and that you own everything if you cancel. What they don't tell you is that when they release your listings/ website, that everything will be deleted and will hurt your ratings and loose your progress!
Sick absolutely sick what they did to me and now costing me thousand of dollars in lost not just from what they charge, but the lost of traffic I incurred and will keep incurring until I get my ratings back up.

This company is a total scam they promise things they don't accomplish . They don't have knowledge of your business they pretend to know about marketing and they don't, they don't care about their customers they just want your money and they never keep you updated of your website progress you have to keep calling them and they just try to end conversation saying that they are working on your account but is just lies.

John Sutton the sales person that sold me this crock of sh... promised me out the wazoo that I will be thrilled with the BeRanked results. He even brought his girlfriend into it saying how well he treats her, etc. (He stoops pretty low to use his GF to make a sale.) He told me everything that was a lie and nothing of truth especially one very important thing. My website needed to be mobile friendly. He finally blamed the failure and result of his lies that it was my fault because my website wasn't mobile friendly. After 3 months I couldn't reach him anymore. He had very nice young lady techies call me back and try to make it good but it never did. I received two phone calls total in one year. Neither one of them was a lead. I kept trying to call John but he avoided me, of course, and the nice young techies kept saying my ranking was good but still nothing. I get it now what they do. They ask for 15 key word phrases and promise that once a day my website will rank. I stopped checking because the odds of that producing a lead are extremely low. I have a better chance hitting the lottery. I am writing this complaint because BeRanked hires the most crafty, lying sales people and I am telling the public that they are a fraud. The technicians I must say are nice but they don't really know they are working for a company that will rip anybody off just to make a sale. I am a very small business owner barely surviving and BeRanked sees me as just another sucker. Well, maybe so because of John Sutton's expertise at lying but that will never happen again.

I lost hundreds of $ in business due to these scam artists. Not only did they provide me with no service (just hijacked my good internet presence and took credit for it) but they left a nonfunctioning phone number on my searches which meant customers couldn't reach me at all and even thought I was closed. The negative reviews I received during this time, ruined my exceptional rating. TERRIBLE company!
