Freepik Mixed Experiences with Freepik: A Review from an Expert

As someone deeply involved in the world of design, I understand the importance of having access to high-quality graphic resources. Freepik, a platform that promises a wealth of creative assets, seems to have garnered a mix of reviews from users. While some praise its extensive collection and ease of finding design elements, others have expressed frustration with issues like fraudulent download pattern accusations, misleading usage policies, and poor customer service. It's concerning to see reports of accounts being closed without explanation, unexpected charges, and slow review processes for contributors. These experiences highlight the need for transparency, fair practices, and responsive support in the creative industry. As a potential user, it's essential to approach Freepik with caution, considering both the positive and negative feedback shared by the community.

Freepik Nightmare Experience with Freepik: Poor Customer Service and Technical Difficulties

My experience with Freepik was an absolute nightmare. Trying to log in was a hassle and it seemed like the website had difficulty connecting to different accounts. Occasionally, I would be logged out of the site after only being on it for ten minutes and for some reason, I couldn't log back in.

I attempted to reach out to Freepik's customer service for assistance, but the employee I spoke with, Marina, was incredibly unpleasant. She even responded rudely, stating that my email was the last one she would answer that contained rude language. How unprofessional. The management should really ensure that their employees are properly trained to provide exceptional customer service.

It's important that companies remember their customers are human beings and not slaves to be treated poorly. My bad experience with Freepik has definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I highly recommend avoiding this website entirely.

Freepik Slidesgo Subscription Unusable - Frustrating Experience and Lack of Customer Support

I had bought a subscription from Slidesgo, which is a part of Freepik that sells ready-made templates for Google Slides. I was charged through my card and the account was linked to my email address. However, now I am facing an issue where I am unable to access my subscription. The membership can only be accessed through Facebook or Google Account, and there seems to be no option to log in through email and password. This has caused me the inability to use my subscription and I am not even able to remove my credit card details. I have tried contacting their support several times, but they haven’t responded yet. I am starting to get annoyed, and it is quite frustrating because it feels like I am losing my money. I recommend everyone to avoid falling into this trap.

Freepik Freepik Review: Great for Graphic Design, But Image Captchas are a Hassle

Freepik is an awesome place where I can get everything I need for my graphic design projects. They've got a great variety of images, templates, and designs that never fail to impress me. It's no secret that I've been a premium member for several years now.

Just recently, though, I've been having some issues. Every time I try to download an image, I get bombarded with a bunch of image captchas. And I mean EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's frustrating, to say the least. I'm constantly downloading dozens of images a day, so you can only imagine how annoying this can get.

I reached out to customer service, and they said it's a glitch that should be fixed soon. So, I decided to renew my account during the Black Friday sale, thinking the issue would be resolved. But alas, it wasn't. I downloaded 20 images yesterday, and I swear I must have played "find the traffic light" at least 75 times!

Honestly, this is starting to feel ridiculous. I understand the need to verify that I'm human, but come on! There's no need to make me do it that many times in the span of an hour. So, I implore Freepik to please fix their website so that I can get back to downloading images without having to jump through hoops first.

Freepik Freepik Review: A Cautionary Tale for Graphic Enthusiasts

So, listen up folks. I wanna talk to all of you about my experience with a graphics site called Freepik (freepik.com). I'm telling y'all, I used this service for like, less than one month. Can you believe it? I couldn't! I thought I'd found a great place for easy-to-use graphics. But listen to this, I cancelled my subscription, and I got confirmation that it was done. Yeah, that's right, I thought it was all over and done with. Then what happens? I was charged again! Can you believe that?

So then I went back in, cancelled again (which should not have been possible, mind you), and I e-mailed the company (like a normal person) telling them about their fraudulent charges. You know what I got? Radio silence from those folks. Yeah, big shocker there.

And you wanna know what else is real crazy? After all that, I got charged a THIRD time! And guess what, people? I've been charged a FOURTH time too! It's like they're trying to milk this cow dry! I tried to cancel AGAIN and it wouldn't even let me, which is further proof that they're doing me dirty by charging me without even a subscription to their service!

Now, let me tell you something folks, I ain't standing for that kinda mess. That's why I messaged their customer support again, just to see if anyone was ever planning on getting back to me.

I gotta tell ya, there are so many other sites out there that are offering the same graphics and services that are professional and have a REAL customer service team. I mean, I'm not one to go naming names or anything (but I know y'all wanna know), but there are definitely way better options out there. So buyers beware!

In conclusion, I hope y'all can learn from my experience here. Freepik might seem like a good deal, but trust me, it's not worth the headache. Keep on searchin', fellow graphic enthusiasts!

Freepik Freepik.com Review: Unreliable and Frustrating with Poor Customer Support

I've been using freepik.com for quite some time now, and I must say that it was starting to be my absolute go-to for downloading high-quality graphics for my projects. But lately, I've been experiencing a bunch of problems while using the site. It feels like the whole system has gone haywire and the team running the show doesn't seem to be making any significant effort to fix anything.

When I first paid for a full year's subscription, I expected nothing but the best. After all, I paid quite a sum of money to access a premium account. However, since then, most of the year has been like a nightmare. Every time I try to access graphics or download them, the site crashes or experience glitches that prevent me from logging in my premium account. This is just ridiculous!

I've tried on several occasions to contact the site and tell them about my problems, but it's been a real hurdle. And when I finally get through to their support team, they only suggest the troubleshooting that I've already tried, without offering anything new. It's frustrating to spend hours trying to log in to a site you paid for with no hope. I have projects that need graphics and cannot keep wasting time trying to gain access and support.

At this point, I feel like freepik.com has let me down entirely. I don't see the point of using them anymore when I can't even get basic support, and their service is severely unreliable. I suggest finding an alternative with a more dedicated support team and a more reliable infrastructure. I mean, who wants to spend all their time on a site that won't even let them send support messages unless they're logged in? It's ridiculous!

Freepik Review of Freepik: A Great Resource for Visuals But Usage Terms Must be Followed

Before you go and buy that membership on Freepik, take a closer look at their usage terms. It's important to note that the pictures cannot be the main focus of your design. Even if you use several images from their site, it still counts as a main focus. I went ahead and bought the premium membership despite reading some negative reviews here on this site. It wasn't until later that day when I looked at their highly detailed terms of use and reached out to customer service. They were pleasant and refunded my money without much fuss. Now, let's get down to the designs themselves. They have an abundance of fantastic and aesthetically pleasing design options but it is crucial to go through their usage terms and follow their rules to make the most of their resources. Overall, it's a splendid website for visuals and they're kind enough to offer them for free as long as proper attributions are made.

Freepik Disappointing Subscription Model & Questionable Business Practices: My Freepik Review

So, here's my take on Freepik. I gotta be honest, I was a bit disappointed with their subscription model. I wanted to try it out for just one month, but it seems like they only offer a monthly premium subscription. Oh well, I went ahead and signed up for the monthly premium anyway.

I did use a few of their icons for a presentation I was working on and they were alright. However, when I tried to cancel my subscription, I didn't get any email notification confirming the cancellation. I was a bit confused, but decided to trust that it had gone through.

Fast forward six months later and I got a notification from Freepik that they couldn't charge my card because it had been cancelled for other reasons. I realized then that I had to contact customer support and it wasn't an easy task. They don't have a phone number to call, so I had to do it all through email.

Luckily, I had saved the web response about my subscription cancellation, but I couldn't find it easily. I eventually found a screenshot of it and sent it over to customer support.

But guess what? They said they could only refund me for one month and that was it. I was quite disappointed with their response, but I suppose it's partly my fault for not paying closer attention.

In my opinion, their business practice feels a bit shady and I'm not sure I want to continue using their service. Also, their icons aren't that great and when you factor in the price, it's like paying $5 for each icon. It's a bit of a joke, to be honest.

Overall, I don't think I'd recommend Freepik to anyone looking for good quality icons. There are other services out there that offer better quality at a more reasonable price.

Freepik Warning: Beware of Unauthorized Charges at Freepik - My Bad Experience

Be careful when creating an account with Freepik. Make sure you go through their Terms of Use and check them closely before agreeing to them. This is because I had a bad experience when I was charged $120 for a service I never used. I contacted the customer support team and told them I had not authorized the charges, and my account showed that it was on a free plan. However, they still allowed the charges to go through.

I was frustrated and tried to get a refund for the unauthorized charges, but my request was denied. According to their Terms of Use, I had already agreed to the charges even though I had not used their service. This left me with no choice but to flag the charges with my bank so that they could stop the charges from happening. It was a hassle and a waste of money, but I managed to stop the charges from continuing.

It's disappointing to know that a company like Freepik can take advantage of their customers like this. They should be more transparent with their Terms of Use and make sure that their customers are fully aware of what they are agreeing to when they sign up for an account. It's not fair to charge someone for a service they never used and then deny them a refund when they realize they've been charged.

I hope that Freepik will improve their customer service and be more attentive to their customers' needs. If you don't have money to waste, make sure you avoid putting your payment information into their system unless you're 100% sure you want to use their services. Otherwise, they'll just charge you without remorse or consequence. Stay cautious and be careful when dealing with companies like Freepik.

Freepik Freepik Review: Shady Business Practices and Exploitative Customer Service

Wow, where do I start with this review of Freepik? Let me tell you, it's been a wild ride. Initially, I was thrilled with the site. Who wouldn't be? So many amazing graphics, images, and vectors all in one place. But that initial excitement quickly faded when I found myself banned from the site without any real explanation.

The customer support team was completely useless, making promises they couldn't keep and leaving me feeling frustrated and swindled. They kept charging my credit card, even though I couldn't access the site. It felt like a complete scam to keep charging me while locking me out.

And it's not just their business practices that are questionable. I have a suspicion that they might be infringing on various copyrights. Plus, it seems like they make up the rules as they go, leaving users in the dark about what's happening. You never know when you might be banned or have your account taken away from you for no particular reason.

As for the customer support team, they claim to have a security division and a tech team, but I've only ever dealt with 'Antonio.' My gut tells me that he's not part of a team but probably one person trying to run everything while reselling other people's work.

They're clearly just out for money and don't care about the wellbeing of their users. It's such a shame because they could have been great, but now, I wouldn't recommend going premium at all. If you're an artist, there are better places to share your work, such as Envato. Don't get sucked into their shady practices, and don't let them exploit you like they've done to so many others.

Freepik Negative experience with Freepik: Throttling users, taking income from providers, and potential vendor issues

Freepik is a website that offers users free and paid images for use in their creative projects. However, I have to say that I have had a negative experience with the site. At the end of the month, freepik seems to be throttling users who download 100 images daily. This really grinds my gears because Freepik is paying for the content, so when you download your allotted number, then Freepik has to pay their providers of the content. Freepik should not be targeting users, as this is not a friendly way to treat customers.

I have noticed that Freepik is taking income away from potential providers. This is not something I support as a longtime user of the site. After doing research, I realized that I was not the only one who noticed this. Red Grey Stock, Pop Cart, VectorStock, ComicStocks, RawPixel, Look Studio, and NACreative were all mentioned. I was warned by family members, other companies like myself who design for companies, shirt firms, and individuals that Freepik is a scheme. I have even identified the investors in this con. Furthermore, supporting this site means supporting this behavior.

I have detected some irregularities in my usage. As I logged in with Edge every time except for one, on that day I was able to download without a problem. However, let me tell you this, Google Chrome and Edge were on the same IP address. How can this be possible? It is clear that Freepik is not being a trustworthy company by imposing these kinds of restrictions and measures. To be honest, I believe that Freepik has another notorious vendor who hosts their servers, Ionos (1 & 1), and some of these measures could be linked back to them.

In addition, if you're new to Freepik, I would advise you to stay away as this harassment is not an anomaly, and they will try to intimidate you with their legal page, which I have had 3 lawyers in the Boston area look at. One laughed, one called it "stupid", and one said it "has no basis". As a woman in my 60s who loves designing creative projects, I have accounts at PngTree, Vecteezy, Clipart.com, CreativeGraphics, Shutterstock. However, I have NEVER experienced this kind of harassment from any of the mentioned sites except for Freepik.

Overall, I cannot recommend this site due to the negative experience I've had. You should question their pricing policy and their control over the content as you might ultimately end up supporting their scheme.

Freepik Disappointing Experience with Freepik: Scammer Alert & Inferior Collections!

So, I gotta say I ain't too impressed with Freepik. I cancelled my subscription and they still charged my credit card! What a bunch of scammers. Freepik Untrustworthy and unprofessional: My experience with Freepik

Freepik is a website that claims to be a one-stop-shop for all your graphic design needs. I was excited to try it out, as their homepage promised 100 downloads per day. However, after two months of using their service, I was sorely disappointed. They abruptly closed down my account without any explanations or reasons.

To make things worse, they had already taken my hard-earned money. Now, I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth and an empty wallet. It's a real shame because I thought this website had so much potential, but they turned out to be nothing but scammers.

I strongly advise staying away from Freepik, unless you want to waste your time and money. Don't fall for their enticing promises like I did. It's better to find a more reliable and trustworthy source for your graphic design needs.

In conclusion, I do not recommend Freepik. They have proven to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the grief.

Freepik Mixed feelings about Freepik: Great Resources, but Subscription Issue Left Me Frustrated

I was pretty annoyed and frustrated with Freepik when they took out a whole year's subscription from my account, when all I wanted was to pay for a measly 7.50 a month. I didn't authorize them to do this, and it felt like a bit of a scam to me.

That being said, once I started using Freepik, I couldn't deny that they had some great resources. There's a ton of different graphics and images to choose from, and they're all very well done. I especially like that they have a variety of file types available, so you can choose what works best for your project.

I also appreciate that you can use the resources for commercial purposes, which is a big plus for me as a freelancer. It saves me time and money not having to create everything from scratch.

Overall, while I was initially frustrated with the subscription issue, I can't deny that Freepik has some awesome resources available. If you're in need of a variety of graphics and images for your projects, it's definitely worth checking out. Just make sure to keep an eye on your subscription!

Freepik Great resources, disappointing customer support: My experience with Freepik

I gotta say that Freepik (freepik.com) got some seriously terrific images and resources. The site itself works alright and all, but when it comes to their customer support, boy oh boy is it a letdown. I ain't even kiddin', their premium payment system got declined and the agents they have to talk to people are just plain rude and unhelpful. It's like they don't even know how to properly deal with customers. :(

Freepik Disappointed with Freepik Premium: Poor Quality and Lack of Customer Support

I gotta be honest, Freepik ain't all it's cracked up to be. I shelled out for their fancy-pants premium images, but when I downloaded one it looked like it had been run through a meat grinder. Seriously, the quality was terrible. So I messaged them about it, even sent over some reference images to show the difference, but I heard nothing back. Not from email, not from social media - nada. Zilch. Zero. And don't even get me started on the fact that they never even offered a refund. Like, what the heck, man? I'm not impressed.

Freepik False Advertising: Freepik.com's "Unlimited Downloads" Claim is Misleading

Freepik.com claims to offer "Unlimited downloads", but when I tried to download more than 100 files in one day, I hit a limit. I don't understand why they would advertise unlimited downloads if they are only allowing a certain amount per day. It's kind of a ripoff if you ask me. They say it's to prevent "irresponsible use of our images", but I don't think they should be the judge of that when I paid for the service. It's my money and my decision. My suggestion is that they should make it clear that there is a limit of 100 downloads per day to avoid any confusion with their advertising.

Freepik Freepik.com's Free Image Search: A Bumpy Ride with Paid Pitfalls

I went on Freepik.com to look for some free images to use for my blog and, let me tell you, it was a bit of a bumpy ride. Firstly, I appreciated the variety of options available in the FREE section, but I couldn't help but notice that a significant amount of the results actually led me to PAID content. Now, I ain't tight with my money but if I'm searching for free content, then I expect free content, you know what I'm saying?

Anyway, the most frustrating part was clicking on a thumbnail that looked promising, only to be taken to Shutterstock.com - a paid stock image site. Don't get me wrong, Shutterstock is great and all, but it's a completely different ball game when it comes to the price point. It just wouldn't make sense for me to spend money on something when I was in search of free alternatives.

All that being said, I did eventually find some decent free images to use, but the experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I'd say that Freepik still has some room for improvement if they want to keep their users happy.

Freepik Freepik's Black Friday Deal: A Cautionary Tale of Billing Woes

So, I had a bit of a situation with Freepik. You see, I was really excited to take advantage of their Black Friday deal, so I decided to open a new account. At the same time, I cancelled my auto-renew on my old account - or so I thought. Unfortunately, I got billed for both accounts, which is seriously not cool.

What really grinds my gears is that I never received confirmation that my auto-renew was cancelled. I even checked my new account, but there was nothing there to suggest that the cancellation had gone through. Now, I'm out more than ?90 and feeling pretty fuming.

The worst part is that I don't even know how to prove that this happened! It's not like I can provide confirmation of the cancellation, since I never received any in the first place. Ugh. I really hope Freepik can do something to make this right, because this situation is seriously not okay.

Freepik Buyer Beware: Freepik and Flaticon Partnership Falls Short on Icon Selection

I used ta go ta Freepik whenever I needed ta find some icons really fast. But after they teamed up with flaticon, things ain't the same no more, nah mean? Even the mediocre icons got redirected ta flaticon, and if I found a really good one, it took me straight ta Adobe or ShutterStock.

Apparently, flaticon is like the baby of Freepik, they made it ta get even more money. I don't mind payin' for good icons, but when they're constantly tryin' ta nickel and dime me, it ain't worth it. I reckin' I'd be better off just goin' ta Adobe or ShutterStock in the end. So if y'all thinkin' of usin' Freepik, buyer beware.

Freepik Unprofessional and Unhelpful Freepik Customer Service: A Warning

.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing a premium account on Freepik.com. I had some trouble with my account when I bought it, and it seemed like nobody wanted to help me. After only downloading a few images, I was not allowed to download anymore. I was pretty frustrated by this and reached out to their customer service, but unfortunately, their representative named Marian Tonella wasn't much help. They insisted that it was my device causing the problem, even though I don't think that was the case. Moreover, they didn't even bother giving me any helpful technical advice, which really bothered me.

To make it worse, I had to wait for a few days before they could respond again, which was a total inconvenience to me. But unfortunately, the help I received was not sufficient, and the representative was kinda rude to me, which I found unacceptable. I was left with no other choice but to speak with their customer service again, but I didn't hear back from them at all.

Overall, I was scammed by FreePik, and it was a really unpleasant experience. They definitely should have been a lot more helpful and done something to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend using their services at all, and wish I could have my money back. So, I warn everyone to be careful and cautious when dealing with this platform.
