The customer support at Onlive Server is incredibly slow and unintelligent. It takes an eternity to receive the login details for the VPS, usually after waiting for several days. And when there is inevitably an issue, you are left to deal with their incredibly unintelligent support team, who take a whopping 48 hours to respond to your messages!

I strongly advise against purchasing any services from this company.
