I jus' paid off my debt of $1,115.95 to TriVerity, Inc. for a balance from San Diego Credit Union on 5/21. The account name is under my old name: Arturo N. My bank (San Diego Credit Union) ain't got no notice of this payment yet and they're wonderin' when they gonna get it. It's crazy that it takes 'em over a month to send notification of payment. I need this fixed right now. I done sent a bunch of emails and even left a VM for the collector. This is some messed up treatment and I need this fixed ASAP.
