Berrada Properties review: They cost me my apartment at 3103 West Wells Street

Berrada Properties cost me my apartment in August 2022 at 3103 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! When I moved inside that apartment building in August 2022, The rats moved inside that apartment building a month later, The rats were scattered everywhere inside that apartment building. My brother Jose was helping the Mexican guys kill the rats in my apartment with broomsticks and metal rods, Rats came out of my closet and started scrurrying across the floor. I killed 9 rats inside my apartment by using traps and poisons, I turned to my family for help. The rats stayed inside my brother Jose Baez's apartment too. I contacted Berrada Properties 3 months to do all that work. The rats came inside that apartment building, because of the trash overflow and The tenants who live at 3104 West Wells Street apartment building been dumping trash and garbage inside that dumpster causing it to overflow! I contacted Berrada Properties and did not get no response! I contacted WISN 12 and told them about the rats inside my apartment that's been leaving mice droppings inside my drawer, biting the top of my drawer and I have to throw away a lot of my clothes, because of them rats! I was scared to go to the bathroom and the kitchen, because of the rats. When me and my kids was sleeping in our beds a rat crawled inside my bed when I was sleeping. Me and brother Jose can not handle this kind of stuff no more! That's why I did not pay Berrada Properties their rent, because of this rat infestation, Berrada gave me a 5 day notice through the mail in 2022 and after that Berrada owner Youssef "Joe" Berrada responded to my message

and WISN 12's message by telling them that maintenance is coming by to put a wooden board up against the basement window and Maintenance came in late to cement, brick and put up wooden boards against the basement windows to prevent the rats from coming inside the basement window through the apartment building! default judgement was entered against me in February 2023. My eviction case was not dismissed in 2023! Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent from Berrada Properties in the future, Because they will screw you like they did me in 2022!
