Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties are poisoning Milwaukee,Wisconsin! They are the ones who are money hungry by buying apartment buildings in the Black neighborhoods and the Hispanic neighborhoods on the southside of Milwaukee,Wisconsin! They don't buy apartment buildings in the White neighborhoods and in the White communities. are making money. They are making money from Black People and Hispanic People in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! White People have common sense not to rent to the devil Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties. They caused a lot of problems in their apartment buildings in January 2022 when they evicted 800 tenants for non payment of rent and During 2002, Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties cost Dalyvette Baez Ramos her apartment, because of the mice,rats and the construction on 3000 & 3100 block of West Wells Street, They brought mice in other tenants apartments on 30th & 31st and Wells Street!, In 2023,They caused more problems on black tenants, They cost Sherlonda Carter, Jimmy Howard, Aaron Redd and the other black tenants their apartments in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Because they would not fix tenants plumbing and they would not clean apartments! Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties are the devil in the City of Milwaukee! They put evictions on tenents records behind their back! Youssef "Joe" Berrada uses tenants money to pay for his big white mansion house in Mequon,Wisconsin, He uses tenants money to buy fancy cars,helicopters,a F15 jet plane and houses out of state. Other Property Management Companies need to start standing up to Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties by saying no to him and telling him that the apartment building is not for sale! Sooner or Later he and his company are gonna pay for their evilness,wickedness and nastiness, God is gonna punish him and his company for his evilness! Stay away form Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties, Because they will do you wrong like they did the other tenants in 2022 and 2023! Go to a different apartment building that is not affiliated with Berrada Properties and Go to a white neighborhood/suburb or a White community where Berrada Properties don't own any apartment buildings!
