Hagwood be having tenants doing his dirty work by letting homeless people stay inside tenants apartments and He be using tenants by letting them pull his own weight! Sherard Sebring is a convicted felon and a dangerous tenant who like to break the law and Danyelle Cummings boyfriend and baby daddy likes too ring tenants doorbells, put hands on his girlfriend/baby mama and start problems with tenants!
