3rd July 2024 12.13 pm pm bought Juicer Tefal ZE420D at price S$109 . 5th July went with my friend intend to buy the same model however the customer service recommend a newer model & more user friendly Philip model HR1832 price S$119 and if to join BEST Denki member will get 3% discount which result the price is S$109 . It is great disappointment that when I bought my juicer the customer service did not advised about the member discount and also a newer model in which I am getting a old model with price same a newer model Another point is that the Philip model has the juice container whereasTefal did not had the container. When approach the customer service (marilou) that service me on 3rd July about why did not advise about the discount, recommendation of the new model in which to get as the same pricing as the tefal model (after discount) She said that she was busy, snubbed at me and just walked away. Not even a word of apology or explanation .

Desired outcome: To service customer with courtesy instead of snubbing. To encourage customers about being member as to more information Best Denki can provide, to know customer requirement and promote which items best for them
