I recently had an experience with Saks that has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I have observed some concerning inconsistencies in the enforcement of rules and regulations.
Every morning, the staff at Saks diligently reminds everyone about the rules - no running, no grabbing, no cutting, and no switching tickets. However, despite these repeated reminders, I have noticed a particular couple named Granite and his wife Anna consistently receiving multiple tickets from various individuals. They discreetly collect/switch these tickets, either placing them in their pockets or stacking them in their hands, making them virtually invisible. Several people were observed seeing G receiving multiple tickets from individuals, upon receiving them these individuals proceeded to walk to their vehicles and drive away.
Once Granite and Anna are selected to enter the store, the people who came and stood along side them leave, while the rest of us are left wondering how and when will the staff at Saks notice?
This situation is deeply unfair, especially for those of us who travel long distances to shop. It feels like winning the lottery to be among the top 10 selected each day, but the presence of Granite and his wife receiving multiple tickets undermines the fairness of the process.
Despite the daily warnings of a 90-day ban for rule-breaking, these two customers continuously flout the rules without any consequences. I want to point out that A and the older woman with her have been banned from Saks for 90 days not just once, but twice, for repeatedly breaking the store's rules. Their disruptive behavior is causing chaos and frustration among the customers who do follow the rules. With over 100 customers trying to enter the store each day, the chances of them getting inside are slim to none. It is clear that after being banned twice, these individuals should be permanently barred from entering the store.
As a customer, I expect a level playing field where rules are consistently enforced for everyone. It is disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for the rules and an apparent lack of consequences for those who break them. This not only undermines the trust of the community but also diminishes the overall value and reliability of Saks.
In conclusion, my experience with Saks has been marred by the inconsistent enforcement of rules and regulations. The presence of customers like Granite and his wife Anna, who continuously receive multiple tickets, and the apparent privilege given to certain individuals raise concerns about the fairness and integrity of the Store. I hope that Saks takes these issues seriously and works towards creating a more equitable and transparent system for all customers.
Also I would like to mention that Anna and the older woman who accompanies her have been banned for 90 days not once but twice for disregarding the rules Saks has placed. How does the chaos and frenzy they're causing amongst the customers who follow the rules.
The odds of getting into store top five to ten every day does not alarm management? The manager Nicole stands at the door inside the store to watch the first thirty to forty people walk in, but she has never noticed? CORRUPTION AT IT'S FINEST!

They also have Family & Friends sales, that only workers and management can get tickets, somehow Lou and Granite have had ticket to sell for several hundreds of dollars per ticket. Where did they get that many tickets from. Where did the $$$$ go? This store is CORRUPT! The managers think this is their personally merchandise to distribute to who they want to have it. They are from the area and they know everyone in the area, they have many family and friends and there is a HUGE CONFLIT OF INTEREST at this location. Hudson Bay needs to look into this ASAP
In January they had an employee sale and they had CHANEL BAGS FOR SALE $599 minus the 30% off for employee, none of the minimum wage workers that went to the sale purchased the bags, but I wonder did the managers Nicole and Amy purchase? In Aberdeen the management was told all CHANEL had to be shredded, did that rule change? Ther are selling the shoes to employees because they are all wearing them including the managers. This store is corrupt!
Nothing like this went on at the Aberdeen MD store. the manager did not live in the area and she was not friends with all the shoppers, made a BIG DIFFERENCE!

Product received is good shape and even it cost 20US for shipping+tax, it's still worth it.

Great customer service from Alexander at saksoff5th Great mall Milpitas. This young man is doing a tremendous customer service. I've been observing him for a while, and every time I go to saksoff 5th avenue, he always helps with that smile on his face, and does his best to make the customer feel comfortable. That's why 5th avenue Milpitas has became my favorite store. He deserves a promotion!
Branded clothes for people
No doubts, that there is a very little amount of people in ouw rodl who can afford themselves to wear branded clothes, because it seems to be very expensive. Of course I tell about famous brands like dior, chanel and other similar clothes from french fashion house. Nevertheless, I have decided to acquire some branded clothes in order to have something branded in my outfit and wardrobe. I applied to this company and I spent enough time to acquint with the assortment. Anyway, I managed this task and ordered some clothes which were delivered pretty fast. If you sign up for Off 5th email newsletters they give you 30-50% off coupons to be used about once every 2-3 months. I usually wait until I receive these coupons and then go nuts shopping. With the savings you already get from Off 5th combined with these coupons you can usually find "something" you are looking for that is from a real designer and not FAKE as very good prices. Keep shopping and be safe out there!

So like everyone I was super sceptical about placing an order, so much so I sent a follow-up email and called their helpline within a week of placing the order. I was almost sure either my parcel won't reach me at all or it will arrive in a horrible condition. When I sent a follow-up email, I didn't get any reply from their team so I decided to call their helpline and the agent assured my order is going to reach the international shipping facility the same day and It did! I received constant updates about my order and yesterday I finally received my parcel after 13 days of placing the order and boy I was happy, the quality is perfect and Im super satisfied. I would recommend everyone to give this site one more shot!
Bought a Versace shirt
I bought a versace shirt on saks off fith, and although it took about 20 days for it to be delivered here, in Australia, I thought it went well. Consistent updates, and when I went on to see the bad reviews I became a bit worried because the shirt was well over $400. I then emailed Saks Off fith about the order, and they replied the next day with an update, however the reply seemed to be a pre written email. Then I waited for the next update. And waited a bit longer, but then it came a few days earlier then the expected delivery date. I was happy opening the box, to see the right size and shirt. But im sure it would be difficult to return. Maybe im just lucky, or maybe its because I live in Australia? Im not sure, but definitely going to buy from Saks again.
Customer service Saks on Wilshire BLVD
I had interesting experience today at Saks. From Worse service to best service. I am in health care and after a long shift i went to the store to make a return. I was exhausted and emotional with work and needed to get home. I don't want to talk about the worse service because the best service i got afterwards made up for that. I can only say worse one was on 2nd floor.
I went to the 5th floor after that. I was lucky to be serviced by this wonderful kind genuine girl named Kristina. She was very genuine and real no fake smiles straight to the point. I felt her positive and real energy, She helped me complete the return. After talking to her i was so relaxed and feeling good. I wanted to stay and shop. I wish all people in service business would be like her. We are going thru such a difficult times right now with Covid life is very stressful and challenging. We need to all be there for each other. All it takes is a genuine smile and caring. I could tell she loved her job. It was so nice knowing that we too can get treated with love and care, be pampered once a while outside of work.

Kindly note I received my order number [protected] today 2nd of April, according to the receipt it contains 10 items. Unfortunately it contained only 8 items and was missing 2 bags ( the most expensive items) item number [protected] and item number [protected].
From the size of the box it looks like they were missed to be included.

The email I sent to Saks and the return I never got
For over a month now, I have been patiently waiting for the arrival of my order. In late August, I placed an order for a pair of socks. When I placed the order, I waited a week to track my order. The delivery location given to me by the tracking number was incorrect. So, I decided to contact Saks.
(Week of August 29nd) ? Now your website, there is a number, ***105, which I called in order to inform Saks that my order had an inaccurate shipping location, one that didn't exist. A robot then prompted me to contact the shipper, FedEx, to inform them of the correct address. I naively contacted FedEx to inform them of the issue. They, in return, told me to contact Saks because only the sender, Saks, has the power to change the address. I would go back and forth between Saks and FedEx for over a day. Even when I had a person on the line at Saks, they told me to contact FedEx, "there is nothing we can do!" Of course, it is a standard in the U.S. for the person who sends the items to be in control of changing destinations or the order in any manner. Yet your employees, and that stupid robot, would endlessly supply me with the lie that I had to contact FedEx. Fed up, I called the following day, and once I got a hold of the second person on the phone, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager informed me that he would contact FedEx to change the order. This pleased me, and, in a very succinct manner, I told the person my actual address.
(Week of September 5th) ? After waiting a week, I once again looked at my order online. I realized that, once again, the package was in transit to an unknown location that did not exist. For the course of a week, I would be on the phone again with Saks. Once again, I got the "we can't do anything response." I only have so much time, so I just decided to wait.
(Week of September 18th) ? I am a first-year law student, so I don't have the time to be on the phone for hours trying to solve this problem. I am typing this on a Sunday night before my midterms. That is why I gave ample time, till September 18th, before calling again. This would also ensure enough time has passed that the issue is beyond regularly expected delivery deviations. After two hours on the phone, I got in contact with a person. They, of course, gave me the same lies I had heard previously that they are unable to do anything and would put in a case. I was fed up and just wanted my money back so I could order the socks from another retailer. At this point, it felt like I was being extorted. The manager on the phone said that it would be impossible until they got my package back. That same package has been sitting in a West Virginia warehouse for a month. They put in the last case for me on the 18th and said they would call, and I made them promise to call because on three occasions, they said they would call back and didn't, regarding my order. The case number, ***, is still not resolved, and it is October 2nd.
The service I have received from you guys has been beyond disappointing. Although you have clothing that I love, I can no longer shop with your store in any capacity online. I do not know which company you have hired to handle the phone service, but they are lying to your customers. Given that I have waited a month, it is fair for me to report this entire transaction as fraud. You have made me want to rip my hair out.
Mentally tortured by the Store Sales woman and security guy
We are still not able to get our heads out of the Insult that occurred at Off5thSaks store in San Francisco California from the Man who said to be the security person at store. We were having a good time looking around the shop and my husband went back to car as he forgot take the card which we intended to use and I was still hanging around with the dresses I intended to purchase when he came back. As it was taking longer for him to come back since we parked our car far away, I had to go to other store and as it was 8pm already, I told him, I will put the dresses on hold and he can come back and buy. Then as I made myself to the exit, he said he is close by and I can wait, so I was waiting at the front door of the store (inside the store). Also we had a heavy bag which was with me and my husband if at all I want to go I can leave the bag with security at the front as he is close by store. The security at the door (he is a different person than other security guy who falsely accused us) said they can't, so I was standing with bag next to me. Then there comes a man rushing at me and I was thinking he is coming towards me to say that I can't leave the bag in store (as the other security guy at the door checked over the phone and then said no, so I was thinking he came to warn me again) then he goes on like "you and your husband are not allowed in our store " I replied no I am just waiting, no I will not leave the bag here. (As I was thinking he is here for the bag issue) then he continues "you have been switching tags in my store and it's causing a loss to my store". I was so shocked and I couldn't even understand what is he talking and why is he talking to me, then made a call to my husband and put him on phone so that he can hear and I told the security person who was accusing me (not the one who stands at the front door) " no I will not leave the store because you are blaming/ Accusing of something I didn't do and please show the video " he said he won't and I have to leave and what is there to leave, I said if I leave the store it means that I accepted what you are accusing me for and it's against my will to do so. As I haven't done anything or what he was saying like switching the tags or whatever. Then he repeated again "what is ther to leave, just leave the store ", I replied the same that " I can't just take false accusations and leave, if u are accusing me of something show the proof / evidence, " then he takes my bag and keeps it outside the store and ask me to leave and at that time my husband comes running and as he asks why we have to leave and all the security person says (and all this time he was taking in loud voice and barely allowing us to talk) " I already told your wife and you both are not allowed in store anymore, so all gets resorted again as my husband and me keep asking him to either show us the video or to anyone in the store, he denied saying he won't, he is not allowed to. Then we say " Call the cops and show them the video " he says he will not call cops. Then we repeat if what you are accusing us of is true then show us the evidence, how can you just come and accuse some one. All this time he was repeating only one thing "leave the store and what is it to just leave " then I said " you are not understanding how it feels to take false accusations and you are accusing of something which we didn't do and if we walk out then it means we have accepted what you said and we can't do that, it's against our will" and I couldn't control and I break down. It was too much for us to take in. We are respected residents of the country and we have been very good people and we never ever involved any kind of isssues or anything. So this was all too much to take in. And I literally started tasing my voice because it was physiologically causing so much of a damage and I had no other way than to raise my voice as he was barely allowing us to talk. I didn't t care where I was and who were there and kept repeating thousand times call the cops. But said he won't and he will not and we said we will call the cops. And it continues repeatedly and then I guess because all this was happening at front door and with louder voices for more than 30 min Cops walking by outside came in and asked us to reach the corporate office. And we strongly suspect that a Sales woman had something to do with all this who was observing us the whole entire time for no reason.

Undelivered goods
I placed an order in Dec 2023 and never received it.. I called Off Saks customer service which is horrible! They said the merchandise was delivered and provided a picture. This is a joke because it’s a blurred picture.. Not of my building and I do not have a mail room.. Received this purse during Christmas 2023. Delivery was late. I was out of the country for 2months and could not inspect purchase. I was charged over $1500 and the quality of the purse is sub-standard and does not look high end as photo posted on the website. No refund for defective order

The order was for KARL LAGERFELD PARIS Snakeskin Embossed Leather Slip On Sneakers. I had received two left shoes instead of the right and left pair. I ordered my shirt for a wedding on 11/1/23 and received notification of this order and tracking information for order # [protected]. Since placing the order, tracking has shown a delivery date of 11/8/23. In the middle of the night, an email was sent stating the delivery would now take place on the 9th and I'm leaving for the wedding today 11/8.
