Order #[protected] - I have called 10+ times over the last 3 months asking to resolve my purchase issue. I purchased a suit/tux from your online store. It arrived 2 weeks later without the jacket. I took it to the store, who told me they couldn't accept it - it had to be mailed back. I've called and spoken to many reps who told me all sorts of a variety of things. Then yesterday, your "back office" send the same pair of pants back to me... Because none of your reps told them in the issues notes that the jacket was never received by the customer. Please help me resolve this issue... And refund my ~$846! Thank you! [protected]@gmaill.com
Desired outcome: Refund ~$846 for the Suit I've sent back to them twice
